Agrisole is a farm stay located in the Gallura countryside, just a few kilometers from Olbia, Porto Rotondo and the beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The property is set within a 15-hectare agricultural estate, surrounded by silence, nature and wide open spaces.

The rooms, few in number and all on the ground floor with independent entrances, are designed for guests seeking a peaceful stay. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Cleaning is carried out every four days to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.

The property also features a restaurant, open from Easter to October, for dinner only and by reservation (open for lunch on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday). The kitchen offers a fixed tasting menu of traditional Sardinian and Gallurese cuisine, prepared with local ingredients and family-style recipes. During their stay, guests may book up to four dinners, with a menu reserved for in-house guests, enjoying an authentic and relaxed dining experience in a simple and welcoming atmosphere.

Agrisole’s location is ideal for exploring north-eastern Sardinia: within a short drive you can reach the port, the airport, Olbia town centre and several beaches such as Marinella, Portisco, Rena Bianca and other Costa Smeralda destinations. A car is required to get around comfortably.

Agrisole is run directly by Monica and her team, who welcome guests with discretion and availability, offering genuine hospitality far from standardised tourist circuits. It is the right choice for travellers who wish to experience Sardinia at a slower pace, respecting nature, local traditions and the surrounding landscape.

We had such a lovely stay for a week in Sardinia. The property is in a great location with easy access to Olbia for flight/ferry connections plus so many great beaches and areas to explore, access not too far from the main road but very quiet, it was a great base for us! Our room was very comfortable and we were so well looked after. The hosts were so thoughtful and the food was amazing! We are both vegan and they went out of their way to make sure we had amazing food! Was so sad to leave today. Lovely people and a gorgeous spot.

We had an excellent stay at Agriturismo Agrisole. The accommodation was impeccable, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The environment is peaceful, ideal for relaxing. Furthermore, it is possible to dine at Monica's restaurant, which is absolutely fantastic for discovering authentic Sardinian cuisine: fresh products, homemade dishes, and a welcome as generous as the table. A real favorite. I highly recommend it for any stay in the vicinity of Olbia!

The price of the room is not justified in relation to the services and the location set back. The shower cabin is tiny, a person of large build cannot access it. This establishment is more of a restaurant offering rooms than a Sardinian agriturismo as we know it. That is to say, with animals and people on site during the day. Breakfast is from 8:00 to 9:30 and outside of breakfast and the dinner that is organized in the evening, there is no one on the premises.

Excellent welcome, spacious and very clean room, equipped with air conditioning and refrigerator. The bathroom is comfortable and very clean. Mrs. Monica is very kind and helpful, she made us feel at home! The typical Sardinian dinner was spectacular. We had a great time and we recommend it to anyone who wants to spend pleasant days in serenity in the green, immersed in nature.

The facility is located in a very convenient position to move among the various beaches/tourist destinations of the Costa Smeralda and a few kilometers from Olbia. The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good! The real plus is the staff. Monica and Alessia are really very kind and helpful. If you can, stop for dinner.
