The room was very clean and spacious, tidied every day and with linen changed every 2 days. The refrigerator was stocked every day with 2 bottles of water. Beautiful terrace to enjoy a very delicious and abundant breakfast. A convenient sink and clothes drying rack are also available. Reserved parking nearby, quiet neighborhood very close to the historic center reachable in a few minutes on foot. Dimitri and Simona were very welcoming, helpful, and kind.

Beb very nice just a few steps from the center. Free parking is a two-minute walk away. The cleaning is perfect and the breakfast is great and varied, served on a nice terrace. You really feel good and the mastermind behind it all is undoubtedly Mrs. Simona who, with her smile and sociability, welcomes you in the morning on the terrace for breakfast and makes sure your room is as clean as a mirror in the evening when you return.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast just a short walk from the center of Otranto. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, starting from the secure parking just a few hundred meters away. The rooms are very nice, the bathrooms are new, everything is impeccable and spotlessly clean. The property has a small terrace with a relaxation area where you can enjoy a good breakfast, all fresh. The WiFi works, the owner is very kind and courteous. You really feel at home. I will definitely come back! Thank you.

Beautiful experience. Stayed for one night as a couple. Spacious and clean room. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, complete with every delicacy where you truly leave feeling satisfied, then served on the terrace by a very kind and attentive girl to every need. Highly recommended and we will definitely return on our next visit.

Structure 10 minutes from the historic center of Otranto. We found friendly people attentive to our needs. A special thanks to Simona who pampered us with rich breakfasts on the terrace. Thanks also to Dimitri who welcomed us warmly. The only downside is the difficulty of finding parking nearby without some waiting in the car for an available spot.

We had a great time at this property. The owner Dimitri is a very pleasant person, very nice and helpful, provided us with useful and precise information. The room is really tastefully furnished, modern and perfect, the bathroom spacious and spotless. The historic center is less than 5 minutes away on foot. Really an excellent solution.

Brand new structure; 3 rooms; a short walk away (5 minutes) from the center of Otranto, well furnished and detailed, very clean, equipped with TV and air conditioning. Complete autonomy with keys to the front door and the room. Very abundant breakfast (fresh pastries, homemade cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, jams, nutella etc) served on a covered terrace. Possibility to park nearby, both free and with blue stripes (this year also provided with a pass). The tourist tax in Otranto (extra) entitles to Otranto-card with discounts and free access. Only to report (otherwise the review would not seem truthful): the windows do not have shutters, but blackout curtains; to access the rooms you have to go through a staircase (attention for people with reduced mobility), but with us there was an elderly person who did it excellently! Superlative.

The room is pleasant and welcoming, furnished with taste. It is complete with everything and clean. The owner, Mr. Dimitri, is kind and available. Good breakfast with delicious local pastries. I definitely recommend it, and if I were to return to Otranto, I would choose it again.
