We have many two bedrooms apartments to rent in the Andrea Doria Holiday Village. The apartments all have the same layout, features and services. They consist of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large open plan living room with kitchen (including laundry facilities), a covered terrace and a private parking space. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue. The apartments are ideal for 2 to 6 people if you use the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 4 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 3 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very nice, spacious, well-kept and really clean apartment. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and also in the rest of the house. Very interesting location, a bit outside the center, often chaotic, but easily reachable on foot. Very clean and fairly quiet area. The residence is well maintained with parking reserved for guests.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie a Marina di Ragusa al Residence Andrea Doria. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è quasi tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. È presente posto auto, wifi, barbecue e la fornitura di lenzuola e asciugamani. Prezzo ottimo perché soggiornando per n. 3 notti abbiamo pagato € 50 a notte. Grazie mille Alessandro, a presto.
