Welcome to Villa Abelia, where you can enjoy a holiday of relaxation and fun. Our newly built propertyis composed of 6 double rooms with bathroom, garden and private entrance, to ensure maximum privacy. At our brand new breakfast room overlooking the olive groves and pool, guests can enjoy a rich continental breakfast buffet (sweet / salty) with local and seasonal products.

Also a lovely rooftop terrace and our beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace. Guests have access to a dedicated parking space in our garage.

The hotel also offers 3 large apartments of 65 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen area, complete with coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, the apartments also have a balcony and / or furnished terrace. In our garden you will have a BBQ for your grill. Wi-Fi Zone.

Very pleasant guest room very close to Lake Garda, spacious and with all possible comforts. We enjoyed the pool, the underground parking and of course the welcoming atmosphere and the surrounding calm. We recommend.

Air-conditioned accommodation very well located, good welcome with various information, availability of the hosts. Charming pool at good temperature. Only downside: no dishwasher.

Great facility with beautiful rooms and good pool and plentiful breakfast. We also became aware of the house through the WDR broadcast and were not disappointed. The hosts were very good and helpful. Thank you for everything! We would like to come back again.

I stayed for a weekend at the wonderful Villa Abelia, the structure is charming and well maintained, the managers are very accommodating and friendly. I will come back!

I stayed with my husband and my 6-year-old son in this very quiet place very close to Lazise and all the playgrounds in the area. Located on the hills, among the olive groves of the property owners, Villa Abelia is an oasis of relaxation. The structure is new and well maintained with love and a desire for innovation. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, very clean, equipped with every comfort, and the recently renovated bathrooms have a shower/whirlpool that was very much appreciated. Externally, you will be welcomed by a very well-kept garden with a pool. In the evening, a short walk will take you to the center of Colà, where you can find pizzerias, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast is very varied, sweet and savory, with some appreciated fresh fruit. The managers are very available for any information, very welcoming and friendly.

Abelia House is located in a quiet residential area on the hills surrounding the lake. We are in a strategic position to visit the theme parks in the 1, 5 / 2, 5 km. As the spa of Villa Dei Cedri is only 800 meters distance. The nearby lake, the beach and the port of Pacengo can be reached either by car or on walk. Parco Natura Viva is just 5min.
