We stayed at this property in August. There is no parking. It is easy to find, but you have to drive around a lot. The host is very helpful and kind. The apartment is small and very minimal; it is fine as a base, but if someone wants to stay indoors they will have difficulty. The location is excellent for visiting nearby places and there are all the amenities you may need; it is about 500/600 m from the town center and the seafront.

The structure is located next to a small municipal park and is equipped with everything necessary. It is very pleasant to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of cicadas in the background. In front of the structure, there is a fruit and vegetable market during the week and nearby there are a bar, a bakery, and a fish shop. I appreciated the village of Mola di Bari because it is still possible to stay in a village that is not overrun by tourism.

Kindness and availability of the owner. Excellent location five minutes from the city center and the seafront. Clean and welcoming apartment. The only negative note is the small and poorly functioning refrigerator.

We stayed a few days in this property. The property is located in the center and this is a good aspect, but unfortunately we had difficulty finding parking every evening, in front of the property you cannot leave the car parked. In the room where we stayed, it was impossible for us to hang the laundry on the drying rack, otherwise everything inside the house would get wet and create humidity for the night. The fridge is very small and does not cool much. We had some problems with the house with smells coming from the kitchen, but Mr. Antonio came to our aid for the inconvenience. However, the inconvenience was there, and we had to adapt to continue our vacation.

It has been three years that my in-laws and I have been coming to this facility and we have found ourselves very well, everything is close with the sea at seven hundred meters and people are friendly as well as Mr. Antonio, called Tonino by his friends, who always welcomes us with his delicious grapes.

Bravo the owner and in centro ci vai a piedi perfect, the fruit market every morning under the house and then nothing is missing, many shops, pastry shop, pharmacy, bar, etc.
