Fulvia and her family are excellent hosts, always kind and willing to accommodate every request: they are available and prompt in responding on chat. The property is vertically developed, on multiple levels: every space is rich in memories and past treasures. There are two breakfast rooms where you can access the tables and all the kitchen accessories, including microwave and coffee machine. I stayed in two different rooms: the attic is very bright thanks to the dormer windows that allow you to see the stars directly from the bed and it is equipped with a fabulous "xxl" shower. The room on the first floor, with a double bed, is equally comfortable. The breakfast is spectacular, with homemade cakes and pastry products: AMAZING! The location is very convenient: less than five minutes from the Fermi stop; the area is nice and quiet. What can I say? How much I miss waking up there!

We had a great time! The two owners are very kind and helpful. There were four of us and they put us in a room (with one double bed and two single beds for our daughters) that was very spacious and with a bathroom I think just renovated because everything was new. They also gave us the opportunity to park the car in their inner courtyard for the entire duration of our stay, even though there were free and available parking spaces on the street. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices with fresh cakes and brioches. Definitely worth going back!

It is located outside the center in a very quiet area and well connected to all the points of interest in Turin by metro and public transport. The area is great for visiting Turin because in a 5-minute walk you reach the metro and in 15 minutes you are at the station, practically in the center. We have just returned from the Immaculate Conception Bridge, we stayed here with 3 other families of friends. The structure has been recently renovated, the furnishings are new, modern, the cleanliness is excellent. The metro is reached with a 5-minute walk. Also excellent breakfast, with biscuits, brioches, cakes and, upon request, also cold cuts and cheeses. But what will remain in our hearts the most was the welcoming attitude of the owners, their extreme availability. Thank you very much and we will definitely come back!

Quiet neighborhood structure 5 minutes walk from the metro stop and several buses (necessary to move around as it is not very close to the center). The B&B is located on the ground floor of a small building in a residential street. Each room has its own renovated and spacious bathroom. We stayed with two children in our room and the space was adequate. The owner is polite and very helpful. The breakfast is traditional with fresh croissants and cookies. We appreciated the availability of fruit, juices, coffee, and water bottles always available during the stay. Parking space inside is available.

In occasione della prima Granfondo ciclistica di Torino, cercavamo un alloggio per 5 pedalanti non lontano dalla griglia di partenza. Al primo tentativo e senza alcun dubbio, ci siamo fidati di questo B&B che già telefonicamente, garantiva una buona accoglienza. Struttura moderna e pulitissima, camere ampie con bagno annesso, luminosa sala per la super colazione. I Signori Danilo e Fulvia, ci hanno accolti come se fossimo vecchi amici, si sono prodigati per rendere il soggiorno facile e confortevole. La posizione è ottima e servita da mezzi che portano in un attimo in centro città, inoltre non mancano tutte le informazioni utili a pianificare il giro di Torino e dintorni. Questa volta è stata una gara a portarci qua, ma ci sarà di certo una prossima occasione perché nelle vicinanze ci sono un sacco di cose interessanti da vedere. Che dire, consigliamo a tutti questo luogo che è raggiungibile facilmente da chi viaggia in treno e per chi arriva in auto, a disposizione un comodo parcheggio privato.

Che dire? Sono stata benissimo. Mi sono sentita coccolata. La Signora Fulvia e il Signor Danilo sono molto disponibili e gentili, prodighi di informazioni per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e sereno. La colazione abbondante e buona. Vi preparano un succo d'arance freschissimo e buonissimo. Ci si sente come a casa. Gli ambienti sono luminosi, silenziosi e puliti. Posizione strategica per spostarsi con la metro, c'è una fermata a 2 minuti a piedi. Quasi sicuramente ci tornerò in occasione della prossima edizione del Salone del Libro.

Colazione buona e ricca all'italiana Fondamentale la presenza del posto auto interno, posizione strategica, ben servita sia da autobus che da metro non distanti dalla b e b sicuramente da consigliare per la visita della città. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime, accoglienti e molto disponibili. Da consigliare vivamente, io e la mia famiglia speriamo di tornarci.

Pulizia, cortesia ed eleganza. Letti comodissimi! Stanza accogliente! Bagno spazioso. Non manca nulla! Colazione deliziosa, gustosa e rilassante. Ottimi padroni di casa, con suggerimenti e consigli ci hanno aiutato a visitare Torino per la prima volta. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo il B&B per il soggiorno di amici e parenti.

Struttura nuovissima, accogliente, confortevole. Molto spaziose le camere, con bagno interno, il tutto sistemato ed arredato con gusto. Molto buoni il servizio ed il livello di pulizia. Molto abbondante e gustosa la colazione. Fondamentale e strategica la presenza del posto auto interno per chi arriva in città in auto e vuole evitare problemi di parcheggio, ZTL e traffico durante la visita della città, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, peraltro non distanti dalla struttura in questione. In conclusione: struttura sicuramente da consigliare e da tener presente per futuri soggiorni torinesi!

B&B situato in uno stabile familiare tranquillo e in una zona residenziale dotata di ogni necessità (metro, market, benzinai, etc). Io e la mia amica siamo state accolte con molta gentilezza e subito l'appartamento ci ha fatto un' ottima impressione: ampio salotto comune e camere abbastanza spaziose con arredi e sanitari moderni. Ho soggiornato in molti B&B e sicuramente questo è tra i migliori.

Vivamente consigliata per attenzione, cortesia e pulizia. I proprietari sono persone veramente disponibili e cordiali; data l’atmosfera famigliare sembra quasi di essere a casa. La struttura si presenta completamente nuova, le camere sono molto spaziose e dispongono di un bagno interno. La sala colazione e molto carina e la colazione è veramente abbondante “ottime le crostate preparate dalla signora Fulvia”. Molto comodo il sistema wifi, potente e gratuito! Da segnalare la presenza di un ampio parcheggio interno privato (molto comodo per chi giunge a Torino in macchina). La stazione metro è veramente a “due passi”, comodissimo per chi vuole girare il centro senza utilizzare la macchina. Che altro dire, ci tornerò senza alcun dubbio!

Io la consiglio. Siamo stati accolti molto bene, come essere a casa, coccolati sia dalla signora Fulvia e dal figlio Enrico. Struttura nuova, pulita, perfetta, colazione super abbondante e attenti a chi ha problemi di allergie. Parcheggio auto privato e metro a poca distanza. Faccio i miei complimenti ai proprietari sia per ambiente curato ma anche per la cortesia che fa la differenza!

Ambiente familiare e accogliente aperto da poco. Camere funzionali e carinissime come il bagno annesso. Per le nostre esigenze in posizione perfetta. Gestori attenti alle esigenze particolari e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Avevamo con noi le nostre tre furette e l'ambiente per loro è perfetto. Soggiorno veramente come a casa. Per i nostri prossimi viaggi in zona torneremo senza alcun dubbio. Perfetto!

Struttura nuova e molto carina, appena fuori dal centro in zona molto tranquilla, ma al tempo stesso comodissima con fermata della metro a pochi passi oppure in taxi (10 euro per 4 persone) ricordo che i parcheggi sono carissimi e se non si conosce la città le zone ZTL sono praticamente per tutto il centro. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e con un ottimo bagno in camera, dotate di riscaldamento/aria condizionata autonoma. Parcheggio auto a disposizione nel cortile privato I proprietari gentilissimi e a disposizione per ogni necessità Sicuramente lo consiglio.
