A very warm welcome! A special, open and helpful family! I recommend it to all tourists passing through Naples. You can easily go to the surroundings, to the islands, etc. We have been here for the second time and hope to come back if possible! Perfect, clean, smiling!

We stayed for 4 nights in this splendid and very central B&B Casa Avallone, the room we were assigned was truly huge, equipped with everything we needed, hairdryer and towels. The location is strategic, in the middle of the Spanish quarters and a 5-minute walk from Via Toledo and the metro. Mrs. Imma who manages it with her family welcomed us with affection and warmth. The breakfast and especially the delicious cakes prepared by Mrs. Antonella made us start the day with an extra boost, congratulations. A big kiss and see you soon.

Casa Avallone is a property located just a short walk from the city center. In a strategic location for shopping and visiting the most beautiful places. Excellent reception, availability, and friendliness of Mrs. Imma. The room is very nice, excellent breakfast. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

In the heart of Naples, Spaccanapoli.. and you immediately feel at home. A warm and pleasant atmosphere, breakfasts with sfogliatelle and pastiera prepared by the skilled hands of the lady. The only downside is that then you wouldn't want to leave anymore.

Structure located in the lively Spagnoli district, a few minutes from metro stop 1 Toledo which allows you to reach the central station and a few steps from central Via Toledo and the historic center. Strategic position to be able to visit Naples and its architectural beauties on foot. Family atmosphere and very friendly. We felt like family! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality! We were in Naples for Easter, the B&B Casa Avallone is located in the Spanish Quarters, a popular and very authentic area of Naples, near Toledo metro station, but the street is all uphill and with suitcases it's a bit tiring to get there, and access to the property is via some rather steep stairs. The triple room is cozy and clean, as is the bathroom (but it was never tidied up until our departure). Breakfast is very plain except for a different sweet prepared every day by Mrs. Pina (the pastiera is very good). Mrs. Pina and her daughter Imma are welcoming and courteous.

I stayed 2 nights at Francesco and Pina's place. They were kind and always helped me when I needed. The B&B Casa Avallone is furnished with great taste. It was easily reachable from the train station, close to the port and in a convenient location to visit the city.

Kindness and hospitality as in the good Neapolitan tradition: a babbà! Ideal for those who want to discover the city on foot. Strategic location. Punctual and 'authentic' breakfasts, apple pie and freshly baked sfogliatelle to take your breath away. More than a B&B, a truly prepared and available info point at all hours. Highly recommended. We will return.

Casa Avallone helped make the stay in this beautiful city even more beautiful, lively, and enjoyable. The loving attentions of Pina, her and her husband Franco's advice, the availability of their daughter, the sweetness of a little girl welcoming you, are no less important than the absolutely excellent location to reach, even with just a few steps, the key points of the historic center; a few minutes from Piazza Plebiscito, Teatro San Carlo, Maschio Angioino, Castel dell'Ovo, from the funicular to Vomero and the beautiful Castel dell'Elmo, a few steps from the beautiful and ultra-modern Toledo metro station. Not to mention the very close Historic Center. Staying at Casa Avallone makes you feel like you can always count on someone, without giving up privacy and tranquility. The atmosphere is cheerful, colorful, and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast with Pina's warm cakes and sfogliate makes you want to get up and start new adventures. Thanks again for the warm welcome and invaluable advice, we couldn't have made a better choice.
