Nice location, clean, friendly staff but there was no 'breakfast' even though it is called a B&B. \nOtherwise a very pleasant place with friendly staff.

Great location close to the city center and hospitals, clean and spacious room. Welcoming host and clear in explaining the structure.

It shouldn't be called Bed and Breakfast, but just Bed since there is no breakfast. It's bad to leave without breakfast and especially without coffee. The bidet drain was visibly leaking. Excellent in terms of location, close to the Polyclinic and the station. The manager and the collaborators are very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast should be included because, as the name itself suggests "bed and breakfast", it's about breakfast! At the very least, inform about it immediately or better yet, lower the price, because paying 80€ for a room is really too much. Everything else is excellent.

For my needs, the location of Affittacamere Pavia was very convenient, being close to the train station and at the same time close to the center. However, the level of the structure, despite the rooms being very clean and freshly painted, leaves something to be desired. There was a bad odor in the bathroom. In general, even the entrance, the lobby, and the manager's office were not very attractive, lacking documentation on the city of Pavia for general information, although there was a city map. We had to ask for face towels, bidet towels were not even there, there was no hot water in the morning, and for breakfast in the room, there were only plastic cups for tea and herbal teas. Perhaps setting up a breakfast corner outside in the corridor would be nicer, maybe with ceramic cups.

Breakfast not provided. Face towels and bidet towels not provided due to shortage. The first day the room was not cleaned and the bed was not remade, the trash can not emptied. Noisy room, not soundproofed. You could hear the neighbors' bathroom fan, the flush, the TV, and talking in our room. In short, it felt like we were with them. Defective gate and entrance door keys.

Negative experience, to be deleted for the following reasons: Beds not remade, towels not available (we used dirty ones for 3 days), soap not available, cold and very noisy rooms, very thin walls, very noisy bathroom extractor, wardrobe without hangers, almost no cleaning and absence of reference staff. However, I paid with good euros!

We will come back with more calm to enjoy our stay more. Mine and my son's visit to Pavia was not a pleasure trip but everything went well. Ours was not a room but a mini apartment where we felt at home. The area is strategic, close to the San Matteo Hospital, the train station, and an excellent restaurant. Thanks to the friendliness and kindness of Mr. Mauro. Greetings and goodbye!
