We booked at Agriturismo Tre di Spade because the website showed different animals and we were going with two children aged 2 and 4. Disappointment: there were only sheep completely at the end of a field and inaccessible, a rooster and three hens that ran away at the slightest noise and four dogs, gorgeous but one barked very often. We had booked an apartment with a kitchen and another separate room. We were promised to be next to each other, at ground level, but my daughter ended up upstairs with her family and we were relegated to the back of the building, next to the kitchen. The only way to have natural light in the room was to open the doors because there were no windows except in the bathroom. It was inconvenient for privacy because there was a passage right in front of the doors and it was used, even when we closed the small external fences. Note that the towels were not changed for four days. I must emphasize that the ladies working there never stop and are very kind, especially the one serving breakfast. The breakfast is good but repetitive and lacks fresh fruit. The pool is great but had just been put into operation and was very cold (70 degrees Fahrenheit) and had unwanted tenants like algae. The owner is in a hurry and seems overwhelmed.

A very nice accommodation. Fantastic pool. Quiet location near the beach. A beautifully renovated farmhouse with animals and very friendly operators. Very delicious breakfast. Knowledge of Italian is helpful. But the staff puts in a lot of effort.

Brand new, extremely clean and very tastefully decorated rooms and very warm hosts. You couldn't ask for better. Particularly noteworthy is the lovingly prepared, delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients from their own farm. It's about a 10-minute bike ride to the beach, which we were provided for free. Within walking distance there are two restaurants offering simple but very tasty regional cuisine and a drinkable house wine at surprisingly affordable prices. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

What a pity! Overall pleasant structure (dog excrement on the lawn aside!) but poorly managed: the service, though willing, is completely inadequate and suffers from the moody, unprofessional, and not at all kind management of the owner. Too many restrictions for guest animals and too few for the 4 Maremma dogs on the premises. Agriturismo Tre di Spade.

I stayed at this magnificent structure immersed in greenery with my family and I could not have made a better choice! The children were enthusiastic about the greenery and the presence of animals, everything perfectly clean and odorless despite the presence of many animals. Very kind and smiling staff, serenity of the place, and above all the fabulous 0 km breakfast characterized by organic products and abundance. 10 out of 10 on everything.

Agriturismo Tre di Spade at the gates of Milano Marittima, where peace and tranquility reign. Beautiful experience to be surrounded by chickens, turkeys, etc... Extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming staff. Only thing missing is the pool!

Excellent base for our daughter's horse riding competitions. The structure is new and the owners have many developments planned, including the pool. Simple environment in contact with animals.

Excellent location for those, like us, who had horse riding competitions at the equestrian center le Siepi and close to the sea (about 2 minutes by car). Very kind and helpful owners, varied and rich breakfast, impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended. We will be back soon.

It was a real pleasure staying at Agriturismo Tre di Spade. Excellent welcoming and availability from the owner and staff. The location is very pleasant, between countryside and sea, three minutes from the Equestrian Club Le Siepi which can be easily reached on foot. The rooms are clean and essential. Good breakfast.

We spent four days busy at the nearby equestrian center for the competition. The welcome and availability of the owner and the ladies of the farmhouse made us feel at home. The comfortable room, with a spacious bathroom, allowed us to rest warmly among D'Angelo leather sheets and soft pillows. Too bad we didn't have more time to relax among the well-kept gardens and inhabited by farm animals. We felt at home, thanks again.

Marco is the owner of the agriturismo. Very kind and super helpful, he perfectly understood our needs. He was the first to reply and send us the quote. He satisfied all our requests. The breakfast is delicious with products made by them, cakes, cookies but also great savory pieces and eggs from their hens, cooked on the spot. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The view is stunning in the middle of the countryside.

The place is really nice, the owners are very friendly and hospitable. The food is good with typical dishes of Romagna cuisine. Impeccable cleanliness. In short, I would go back and highly recommend going there. The location is great for taking children to nearby amusement parks.

We stayed at this property using the holiday bonus, the booking management was very easy. It is located in the open countryside and enjoys a breathtaking view and absolute tranquility. The managers are very kind and helpful as true Romagnoli. The sea is just a few kilometers away and everything is within easy reach. Highly recommended for those who want to relax.

Beautiful place, immersed in nature. It is the ideal place if you want to get away from the city chaos. Good location. In less than 5 minutes you reach the sea. The only note: the cleanliness of the room. The room was quite clean... there were just a few crumbs and a bit of dust around the wardrobe... But when we arrived there were two squashed mosquitoes on the wall right where the headboard of the bed was (definitely squashed by previous guests) that could have been easily removed. I removed them with a damp towel. And the baby's crib was broken. I didn't feel comfortable putting her in it, so I kept her sleeping next to me. These are the only two notes. Otherwise, everything was fine! We had a good time. Super abundant breakfast with a wide selection! Nice and friendly manager and girls. I would definitely come back.

We stayed at this Agriturismo Tre di Spade and we had a great time. The structure is new and our apartment was very large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, including the cappuccino which is not always served at breakfasts or is not very good. We have a small dog and we appreciated being able to take him for a walk in the large outdoor area of the structure and also being able to bring him to breakfast with us. The owner also has 2 very good and affectionate dogs that played with our daughters. In conclusion, the structure is perfect for families with children and pets. It's not by the sea or near the city center, but there are bikes available and the beaches are 5 minutes away by car and we had no parking problems even in the peak season (the week right after August 15th).

Newly renovated structure immersed in the countryside and at the same time a couple of km from the coasts of Lido di Savio and Milano Marittima. Breakfast offered with homemade cakes. Impeccable cleanliness. Possibility to rent bikes, bike paths a few meters away to reach the sea or bike trails. Manager and staff kind and super helpful. Everything in the right place for a modern and family-friendly b&b.

Very welcoming place, family atmosphere, very helpful and kind owners. Excellent cleanliness and breakfast. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in total relaxation and in a truly family environment, especially for horse lovers, as it is in an excellent position to reach the Centro Ippico Le Siepi.

Ci spiace dell'attesa per la registrazione, ma essendo un agriturismo piccolo con una gestione famigliare con pochissimi dipendenti, non riusciamo a garantire un servizio di reception 24 h. Di solito chiediamo sempre ai clienti un orario indicativo dell'arrivo per evitare le attese. Per la colazione ricordiamo inoltre che abbiamo un ricco buffet servito dalle 7:30 alle 10:00 e su richiesta si può concordare una colazione al sacco oppure una colazione espressa al mattino per chi va di fretta oppure per chi tarda. Ci spiace che non sei mai riuscito ad arrivare durante gli orari della colazione servita. Speriamo che per il tuo prossimo soggiorno in occasione delle tue gare ci possiamo organizzare meglio. Very beautiful and welcoming structure. Very spacious and comfortable room. Amazing breakfasts (and dinners on request), with products from the owners' vegetable garden and eggs from their chickens. Everything prepared on the spot. Very beautiful and relaxing outdoor veranda, dining surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, and within a few minutes by car (or even by bike) you can reach the beach. Highly recommended for families (like us) but also for couples due to the exclusive location. Thanks to the whole staff, impeccable. We will definitely come back!

Excellent bed and breakfast, located just a few kilometers from the sea, quiet place immersed in nature (chickens, roosters, and a pharaoh walking freely in the well-kept garden, very cute) and two very cuddly dogs out of the ordinary. Brand new structure with very clean rooms, spacious bathrooms with everything we needed at our service, breakfast and snack area very welcoming with large windows and furnishings that make you feel like you're on a seaside vacation. Very kind staff. So I would say top stay!

I highly recommend this farm stay for many reasons: new structure, cleanliness, tranquillity, friendliness, and availability of the owner and all the staff. The stay offers a relaxation experience and I highly recommend it, also considering the proximity to the beaches and the possibility of having breakfast, tasting the farm's products. Definitely the best location in Romagna. Congratulations to Marco, we will definitely come back!

Excellent facility very close to the Cervia racecourse and therefore very convenient for those who have to compete for a couple of days. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is excellent, rich in homemade cakes and also delicious bomboloni. Those of us who don't have much appetite for breakfast were treated to a delicious basket. Experience to be repeated.

New tasteful renovation, clean and quiet, availability of the manager and the cook for good breakfasts. It's better to go to the sea by car, but if you want you can also go by bike following the cycle path for a few km.

Brand-new, extremely clean structure (rooms redone every day) in a very quiet green area, ideal for children (there is also a small farm). Kind and affable owner, available from booking to check-out for any requests. Very close to Milano Marittima, we really enjoyed our stay.
