Located in a seemingly one of the noisiest and busiest areas of the zone, the apartment is actually very quiet and the double windows keep the chaos of the ring road far away. This, along with the cleanliness of the rooms and the shared kitchen and the friendliness and kindness of the manager, make AleNic a truly interesting experience, where the view over the ring road (for the rooms that face it) is a value and not a negative aspect. The area is central, the apartment is at the junction of the vibrant neighborhoods Pigneto, San Lorenzo and Esquilino, all easily reachable on foot.

I stayed overnight with my family, rooms with adjoining bathrooms well furnished and clean, very kind manager attentive to our needs. What can I say, everything perfect!

The room and the apartment are well arranged, clean and comfortable, but the building where it is located is really bad and in a bad neighborhood. The metro is not very close but not too far either. The building's parking lot was supposed to be closed by a barrier but it was broken and therefore always open. We had a good time but for what we spent I doubt we will return, even though the lady who runs the place was really kind and helpful, she even offered us breakfast even though it was not planned.

The B&B is on the third floor in a condominium located in a quiet and residential area. It is moderately close to the metro, it's a 10-minute walk. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean.

Long weekend in the capital as a couple. The B&B is well furnished and located on the 3rd floor of a condominium. The room is spacious and clean with a private bathroom. Mrs. Marisol who manages the property is very friendly and provides useful tips for visiting the city. The area where the property is located is in the major gate area, in the semi-suburbs: it is not very inviting, but it is easy to reach the center with public transport (bus 105 or 50 at 50 meters). To be exploited for short periods. Convenient condominium parking, a bit to improve the standard Italian breakfast, perhaps with some fresh and not packaged products. We thank Marisol for her kindness.

My name is Roberta, and I had the pleasure of staying a week at the B&B AleNic with my boyfriend, and I must say that there was a beautiful welcome. The lady is very kind and helpful, she made us breakfast every morning, and cleaned the room every day. The B&B is new and cozy. For those who intend to visit Rome, I recommend this B&B not only for the excellent hospitality, but also because it is in a location where it is easy to get around, both by bus and metro. You won't regret it.
