Centrally located in an old, beautiful property, divided into rooms with a separate bathroom at the end of the hall. Bedsheets and towels were very old; the accommodation could use a proper cleaning service. The accommodation is located very close to the cruise terminal. The host was very kind.

Far too little for the money. Price is adjusted for the child (17) as for adults - is okay, but only travel cot is provided. Never again, thank you.

We stayed in the room described as 'economy', and I don't know if because of that the air conditioning didn't work during the peak August heat. We informed the owner, who told us there was nothing he could do. It was a nightmarish night. Never again. I would add that the self-service breakfast areas were dirty. To conclude, €157 for one night's stay for 3 people was by no means cheap, especially compared to the service offered.

Purtroppo in quei giorni in tutto il centro città ci sono stati sbalzi di corrente che hanno lasciato al buio interi quartieri per ore, Questi sbalzi hanno fatto danni, e mi spiace è successo anche al condizionatore della camera, era sera ed ho potuto far intervenire un elettricista solo il giorno dopo.

The value for money is very high. 71 euros for me, my wife, and 4-year-old child, practically the cost of a hostel. I emphasize that the cost should have been higher, the manager said he couldn't configure the child supplement correctly. There are a few things that don't add up. On the b&b.it page it says that all guests can have a self breakfast, while we were told that for a self breakfast with milk, coffee, and cereals it would cost 7 euros per person. Cleaning theme: could be improved. We wanted to use the kettle, but the previous guests had left tea inside, it had been there who knows how many days and there was mold on top... kettle unusable. Dust present in moderate quantities. External bathroom light: it's timed, while I was in the shower it turned off, I had to step out dripping to turn on the switch and return to the shower. In summary: the value for money is unbeatable, the location is great, but in my opinion a bit more clarity and a bit more cleanliness wouldn't hurt.

Great location! For us who arrived by train from the station it's a 15-minute walk and then to go from there to catch the cruise ship another 10 minutes. Very courteous and kind manager, gave us lots of information about the city and its history. Rooms in a vintage apartment with well-kept furnishings. Recommended.
