Villa Sunset is the ideal place to spend your holidays between the sea, culture and leisure.

The structure has apartments, double, triple and quadruple rooms.

The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a third and fourth bed, a kitchen/living room with table/chairs and a French sofa bed (one and 1/2 square), a bathroom with shower.

The structure is furnished in a modern style, the apartments and rooms are equipped with excellent comforts: air conditioning, safe, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, bed linen and bathroom set, free Wi-Fi connection.

In the common areas you can use the swimming pool with hydromassage tub, the umbrellas and deck chairs, the external showers and toilets, the large external verandas equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs, the laundry.

Breakfast, to make it more pleasant for our customers to wake up without worries and according to the times that each prefers, our structure provides a breakfast kit every day that they will find directly in their room or apartment with various selected foods such as: coffee, tea, cappuccino, fruit juices, yoghurt, packaged foods, as well as jams, rusks, croissants, tarts, etc.

We provide our customers with a map with various information on how to reach the most beautiful and evocative beaches in the area: Fontane Bianche, Oasi del Gelsomino, San Lorenzo, the nature reserves of Cala Mosca and the Oasi di Vendicari, the Isola delle Correnti which it is the southernmost beach in Italy.

Being our structure well positioned in the place, it makes it easy for our customers to reach tourist destinations such as Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica in a few minutes and make excursions in the countryside to admire places of extraordinary beauty such as Cava Grande and the Necropolis of Pantalica.

A beautiful well-maintained facility with a pool and garden, seating areas in the shade, nice room, delicious and plentiful breakfast. Angelo and his team are very nice and helpful (for example, we were allowed to spend the morning in the garden even after check-out because we didn't have to go to the airport until noon). The accommodation is by the sea, but not on a sandy beach, rather on a rocky section. The road in front of the accommodation is typically noisy, but you don't notice it too much in the facility itself. Overall: TOP, unconditional recommendation!

Kind and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast, modern and well-maintained structure. Lacking private parking, the car is essential for the sandy beaches.

Perfect structure to access the various locations in the area such as Noto, Ortigia, Syracuse, and various beaches, each one more beautiful than the other. Mr. Angelo was very kind and attentive in everything, he advised us where to eat in the evening. Super breakfast, nothing was missing. I hope to be able to return there also because I was not able to complete the entire itinerary I had planned.

Beautiful structure equipped with all comforts. A little treat for a few, coffee machine in the room. Large and functional fridge with free water and drinks. Small bags of chips to relax. Everything very comfortable and nice. Including friends in the garden.

This is the second stay at Villa Sunset B&B/Apartaments. During the first stay, the breakfast was better, while this time it was very poor. A piece of advice I would give to the owner is this: instead of buying liter juices, I would recommend buying those in small bottles of various flavors and placing the cakes on a table so that guests can take them, as a piece of cake for 3 people is not enough. The empty croissants were 2 instead of 3. The coffee from the automatic machine was not drinkable, while the one in the room was, but the pods were 2 instead of 3. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

It is a perfect place to use as a base to enjoy the pool and garden upon returning from a trip, or before leaving. The manager (I believe Angelo) is a very courteous person, who does everything possible to make everything pleasant. The breakfast partly homemade is delicious. I recommend enjoying the sea right in front of the property, even though it has rocks instead of sand, but it's worth it and very convenient. The price is a bit high, but it seems to me that it is very difficult to find better at lower prices.

Not worth the price because it's a bit dated and it would take little to improve it. Small room under the roof without balcony and/or terrace. TV without antenna. Empty pool. Sleepless night due to a motor positioned under the window in 'orchestra' with the fridge motor. Essential breakfast with some clearly recycled products (slices of pizza and covered pizzas). More than a criticism, a suggestion because it would take little to be worth the 130 euros per night requested. Ps. All around the desert! Dirtiness and roads full of potholes! The manager obviously has nothing to do with it but for the renowned Fontane Bianche a big disappointment.

The pool was not working despite the reassurance the day before our arrival by the manager. There was no balcony in the room, daily cleaning was not carried out, linen change only on request after 3 days. Breakfast of insufficient quality with stale croissants and savory pies.

Great structure in every way. The only note I would make is to at least change the linens given the price paid is not really that of a B&B.

Everything was perfect, a structure to recommend. The owner Angelo was not present, but the parents Elio and Rosa made us feel at home and not in a hotel.\n\nVery abundant breakfast, perfect room cleanliness and very friendly people.

Painful notes: Deadly mosquitoes on the ground floor of our room (attracted by the pool that nobody uses?). The air conditioning that does not condition, safe not available due to a phantom fault in the electronic cards, breakfast that, in addition to not having the salty option, is really of low quality.

We have just returned from a stay at the Villa Sunset B&B and cannot thank the managers and the staff enough for their kindness and availability. We were fortunate to stay during a quiet period and fully enjoyed many cuddles from the hosts, whom we never felt were just hosts but rather like parents. It was really nice and not at all rhetorical to feel them so "close". We were not car owners, but despite that, we had no difficulty moving around in a very welcoming place. We miss dad Elio and mom Rosa, as well as dear Angelo, and we hope to hug them again very soon.
