We spent some wonderful days in this apartment. Just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and the train station. An excellent choice to spend some days in Bologna. The manager is a very kind and punctual person who waited for us despite my flight arriving with a considerable delay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

I spent two nights at Casa Royal. The first night alone and the second with my parents. The apartment was cozy, clean, and apparently newly renovated. Giuseppe and Elisa were extremely kind. The train station is within walking distance and the parking is really just 4 minutes away on foot. In 10/15 minutes on foot, you are in the city center. Considering the high prices of B&Bs in Bologna, I would say that the value for money is definitely good. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, new and clean kitchen, TV, everything in perfect working order. Highly recommended!
