This B&B is in the beautiful "Villa nel Parco" located just on the shore of the Bracciano lake, 2 km far from the center of the town Anguillara Sabazia.

It has two rooms, both with windows on the panoramic view of the lake and a private bathroom.

Guests have access to the whole roof garden and they can access the lake throughout the exclusive private beach of the Villa and they can do free use of the vessels of the B&B (canoe, pedal boat and rowboat).

All services included are free of charge, e.g. the private parking, Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the area secured by the use of two independent service providers (TIM and TRE).

We appreciated Villa nel Parco very much. If you are looking for a five star hotel with spa, etc., this is not your place to be. If you are looking for a real bed and breakfast, homely feeling, a clean room, contact with local people, in a green environment with a nice town a short drive away: please enjoy your stay at Villa nel Parco! We highly recommend this place for many reasons: - first and foremost: very friendly hosts who are willing to help you with whatever you need. And I mean whatever: advice on the area, food, making up the room, toys for the kids, even some hugs:) Roberto and Stefania made us feel at home and were really charming people. - a big room, we had the panorama room and stayed there with 2 adults and 2 kids - comfy and spacious beds - good and abundant breakfast and coffee - very good wifi (in the room, on the property, and on your private beach at the lake) - child-friendly: toys available, a garden and beach to play. The garden and the beach are enclosed by a decent fence, so the kids can play around. But be aware you have to cross the road to go to the beach. We didn't think of it as a problem, but kids cannot go by themselves from the garden to the beach. - a nice town, Aguillara Sebazia, is only a five-minute drive. You can find lots of places to eat/drink, nice strolling, Carrefour, and other shops,.. - you can visit Rome easily. It will take you a 15' drive and 60' train ride. - great view of the lake, also from the garden Recommended.

Structure with beautiful garden, very well-kept and panoramic: the Panorama room is very spacious and comfortable, the most beautiful we have ever encountered among all the B&Bs we have used. The managers are very kind, reserved, always ready to meet any need. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Very helpful staff, clean and tidy room, bathroom in good condition. The exterior of the B&B Villa nel Parco left much to be desired, full of old things to throw away. The private small beach was dilapidated, comparable to an entry to a pond. Pungent smell at the entrance, but not in the bedroom where it was comfortable.

Welcoming and friendly host; on-site, easily accessible via WhatsApp, and always available. Exceptional private access to the lake: a small lakeside garden, protected by a tall hedge, tree-lined and flowery. Pay attention when crossing the provincial road behind! The villa and the beautiful front lawn, also tree-lined, are shaded for much of the day. Breakfast is served outdoors, on a terrace adjacent to the lawn. The property has only two rooms, so the atmosphere is familiar and the common areas, both indoors and outdoors, are never crowded.

Structure suitable for those who want to relax and enjoy a wonderful spectacle of nature, with a view of the lake and a private beach. Cozy and elegant rooms with a lake view, with a garden and terrace for a lake view breakfast, truly a structure deserving of a stay. The two owners, Roberto and Stefania, are truly exceptional people, very friendly and infinitely sympathetic and kind, who do everything to make the stay in the structure as pleasant as possible. I was really satisfied.

The B&B is run directly by two spouses living in the villa, in the upper floor of the B&B. They are two retired professional executives who have decided to share with their guests the beauties of the Villa in the Park.

The villa that houses the B&B is located in Anguillara Sabazia, in the woods of the Park of the two lakes Bracciano and Martignano, just by the shore of the Bracciano's lake.
One arrives at the entrance of the Villa along the lakeside road 2 km far from the port of Anguillara Sabazia.
Around the lake there are many traces of medieval origins including the Odescalchi castle in Bracciano.
The entire surrounding area, the Tuscia, is of great archaeological interest for the remains of the Etruscan civilization (e.g. the necropolis of Cerveteri).
The proximity to Rome and to the Vatican makes Anguillara as an excellent base for excursions to Rome without traffic problems (regional train arrives at the center of Rome in 30 minutes and is directly connected with the network of underground railway).
