Communication was initially difficult. The phone numbers listed did not work. Once Mario contacted me, we were connected. He could not meet us at arrival, but was eager to meet shortly after for payment. I thought I was paying by credit card, but cash was insisted upon for this "special price", so I had to go to an ATM. He wrote to me at 7:30 a.m. because we could not meet the night before; this seemed very early to me given we were staying two nights. I felt nagged by many messages and was not relaxed during my stay. When I booked, I did not realize there would be no one on site. Our room was lovely. The view and terrace were very nice, though the bench is broken, so do not sit there. Our bathroom was large and very nice. There are many stairs to reach the room. The breakfast is poor. There are lots of signs around with directions of things to do and not to do. There was no wine opener; it would have been really nice to have a glass while sitting on the pretty terrace. It is a pretty place with a great location in the old town, but not user friendly, and I felt like the owner does not want to be a host. The cleaning lady, whom I saw once to collect my payment, was very nice and friendly.

Too much packaging at breakfast, no organic nuts as stated on the small sign in the dining room. We would have appreciated a good wholemeal bread as well as eggs and two or three local cheeses. We enjoyed our stay, but the mattress needs to be replaced as soon as possible out of respect for the sleep of future guests.

Good communication with the host, all information was provided in a timely manner. The location is excellent and the room with the terrace was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast could be a bit more varied.

There are pros and cons. Excellent location with free parking in front and you are in the city center. Large room with nice bathroom. Large shower and comfortable bed. Nice balcony with breathtaking view. Sufficient breakfast... nothing special. Everything is packaged except for the croissants. The cakes are the same every day. In the room, the towels are changed regularly but they are very dry and hard and the glasses are never changed. So you always stay with the same ones. The biggest flaw is that we found the minibar turned off with spoiled items (tomatoes and salami) from before us. Cleaning that I did personally and I mentioned it to the lady who came by in the evening to collect the payment for the room. Not bad but there are things to improve.

The room is very clean and lovely, well-equipped. Wonderful view: highly recommended for a breathtaking sunrise to be enjoyed directly from your bed, because by leaving the curtains open, there will be no need to get up to have a beautiful natural picture. Very kind manager, wonderful bathroom, superb bath set. Highly recommended property.

Kindness of the owners who will show you all the things to see and the restaurants to try in the city and out: they didn't get one wrong! The structure is lovely, cared for in every detail, in a very central position right above a large parking lot. The sea view is exceptional, right on the characteristic harbor! Abundant and varied breakfast, served in the breakfast room (also with a sea view) without having to go out of the B&B (it was raining and it would have been inconvenient to go out for breakfast). Large and very clean room. Highly recommended!

Despite the name, the structure is not a traditional Bed and Breakfast because it combines the comforts of a charming hotel with the possibility of staying in the city center and close to the beach and parking. From the rooms and the breakfast room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view, right on the tourist harbor of Manfredonia. Our room was spacious and meticulously cared for, with personalized furnishings and equipped with everything necessary. Abundant buffet breakfast with typical products. A wonderful and romantic place, we will return! Thank you!

At Christmas my wife and I toured Puglia far and wide, and Manfredonia remained in our hearts, thanks above all to this charming B&B. It has a lovely sea view, it is on the main street of the city and the owners, very kind, gave us a lot of useful advice. Excellent breakfast served in their room, overlooking the sea, and not downstairs at the bar! To come back in summer!
