Super friendly welcome. We were able to arrive a little earlier and drop off our bags, coming from afar it was great. The room is very pleasant, the bed very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very generous and the coffee super good.\n\nI will definitely come back.

Anche le sue valutazioni lasciano molto a desiderare e non appaiono credibili: “struttura pulitissima” e ci assegna 7 in una scala da 1 a 10. Quindi il 10 lo può prendere solo una sala chirurgica d’ospedale? “Gestore abbastanza disponibile” e dà 5, cioè insufficiente?! Meno male. Il voto alla colazione si commenta quindi da solo e lascia il tempo che trova.

Unfortunately we encountered a cold weekend and the property had no heating. The host apologized but did not offer solutions, for example the use of an electric heater to warm the room, which was very chilly. He suggested only using another blanket on the bed and, during the night, we managed to stay, but we were tired from the trip and could not rest at the property before dinner because it was too cold; we were therefore forced to "warm up" in a shopping mall. It's a pity, because the property is excellent, but our stay was greatly affected by this issue that the host did not try to resolve in any way.

The suite is a plus, the living area is really a gem, combined with the comfortable and relaxing terrace. The manager is kind, the green of the garden is a real treat. The only flaw is the thin walls: we stayed two nights and unfortunately the neighboring guests were quite noisy, it felt like they were in the room with us. It is absolutely not the fault of the manager, certainly the rudeness of the guests and alas the thickness of the walls. It's a shame that the structure does not accept dogs, we would have liked to return with our four-legged friends.

Parking was insufficient, I was offered to leave the car on the street. The room was booked with air conditioning, but I was given a room without it. I chose based on the presence of private parking and air conditioning but did not find adequate correspondence. Best regards.

I booked this property for some relatives and chose it because, having visited it in person, I found the rooms cozy and clean, a feeling later confirmed by those who actually stayed. An issue with breakfast arose, which, despite being stated as included on the website, was not actually included as the rooms only have a kettle and teas. After reporting the problem to the owner, he informed me that he had informed the managers of the various sites where he advertises his property that breakfast was not included. Upon my request, he still offered to provide coffee to my relatives for breakfast and for this I thank him. Personally, I believe that being a Beija-Flor Bed & Breakfast, breakfast should be included, even if it were just to find a tray inside the rooms with croissants, cookies, toast, jam, and fruit juice. Regarding the kindness, the owner turned out to be a very welcoming and nice person, however, the remark that this was still his home (referring to the presence of a cotton ball fallen from the balcony in the garden) could have been avoided!

Gentile Ursula, grazie per il suggerimento ma sulla questione della colazione sarebbe utile precisare i seguenti fatti: Su nessuna delle piattaforme di prenotazione con cui collaboriamo vi è scritto che la colazione è inclusa nel prezzo, anzi è sempre specificato che è opzionale a pagamento, compreso il sito bed&breakfast. it che ospita questa recensione; Le avevo chiesto l’indirizzo del sito dove aveva letto che la colazione era inclusa e mi ha risposto che era bed&breakfast. it ma da una verifica non risulta affatto così; Abbiamo fatto una ricerca su internet e trovato un sito che si rifà a bed&breakfast. it nella grafica e riporta una foto con scritto colazione inclusa, non ma non so chi siano nè dove abbiano preso queste informazioni; La scelta se includere la colazione o meno è una questione prettamente commerciale e infatti la grande maggioranza degli ospiti preferisce non includerla nel prezzo pagato. Quanto alla frase, io certo avrei potuto risparmiarmela così come la sua parente avrebbe potuto evitare di gettare il cotone sporco dalla terrazza. Questione di educazione.

The owner and his wife are exquisite people, they showed us the way because we didn't have a navigator. We felt at home, there are herbal teas available to drink on the terrace. The room is well furnished with everything needed to feel comfortable. Despite the heat, we slept well because the room is cool, although there is no air conditioning but a good fan that we didn't need to use. I highly recommend the property as it is close to Monza and Desio, and other places of interest. Thanks Andrea.

I can only recommend this property, I stayed for three nights. Room quite large, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable mattress. Even though it was November, I managed to enjoy the large terrace thanks to the beautiful sunny days. The lady of the Beija-Flor Bed & Breakfast is truly kind and welcoming.

The Deluxe room is really small and simple and not very welcoming with a miniature bathroom, we entered at 3.30 pm and the room was very cold, our request to turn on the heater was not accepted by the owner with the excuse that everything is automated and it only turns on at a certain time. This "deluxe" room is part of a small apartment (with another larger room) divided by a corridor from the owner's private home, the people are not very welcoming. Not recommended.

Solo una puntualizzazione sulle dimensioni, per dirle che sono “a norma” e nella media. Se lei è abituata a suite presidenziali (ma dall’apparenza non ci sembra) non deve nemmeno frequentare siti di bed & breakfast ma andare direttamente nei Grand hotel. Questa risposta vuole essere anche un avvertimento agli altri gestori di B&B di stare attenti ad accettare gente come voi.

Although I only spent one night at this property, I can only praise it, as it is a beautiful, clean, and well-kept Beija-Flor Bed & Breakfast, as well as functional. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very well furnished, equipped with all the necessary comforts to make guests feel at ease and fully autonomous. It is located in a strategic position, with owners who are very helpful and excellent company, as well as very friendly. I will definitely come back, I recommend it.

I will give all the stars! First of all, the strategic location of Beija-Flor Bed & Breakfast, close to the highway, offers easy access to Milan and Lake Como. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast has everything, with quality products. What is priceless is the friendliness and availability of the owners. From the beginning, they were very helpful in explaining the main tourist locations and common interests. Already on the highway, our car's engine broke down, and we contacted Andrea, who immediately came to our aid. We were there for three hours, and he accompanied us the whole time. Until the problem was resolved, always counting on his help. I have no words to thank this gesture. Surely a hotel would not have the same attention. I recommend it to all travelers!

I have been to the Beija-Flor B&B many times, both last year and this year, and I can assure you that this villa surrounded by greenery with numerous botanical varieties is to be among your favorite B&Bs in Brianza. Nothing is missing: cleanliness, order, hospitality, and breakfast allow you to request what you like or are used to eating before starting your day. The decor and everything around it are of absolute good taste and practical. The owners are friendly, cordial, and always available for any of your needs.
