Tenuta Don Paolino is a bed and breakfast nestled in a lemon grove and is located in Avola, strategically located for easy access to Syracuse and Noto, the B&B is composed of three double rooms and one single room, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating radiators, tv, private bathroom. The breakfast is served in the dining area or inside or on nice days you can have your breakfast outside near the trees of lemon. Occur daily cleaning of the room while the bath towels are changed every three days and bed linen once a week. The Villa offers free wifi for guests in a device and the car park is on the property and it's free.

Great starting point for the surrounding (or slightly further) places. The immediate area and Avola itself do not offer much, but for example Noto, Syracuse (Ortigia), Ragusa are beautiful places to visit. There are also some nature reserves and even Etna is doable. The rooms are not large and relatively simple, but perfectly fine. Outside around the pool, it's nice to relax with plenty of sunbeds and/or seating. Breakfast is not very varied, but enough to start the day well with fresh products. The owner (and the friendly staff member) are very accessible, helpful, and nice. For the price/quality, it is truly a top choice.

It was a fantastic place to stay, delightfully peaceful. The bed & breakfast is beautifully decorated, excellent beds and everything very clean. We can definitely recommend this B&B, we enjoyed it. The host is super nice and you feel very welcome. Perfect, just absolutely perfect, Simone and Bart.

The B & B is located in the countryside of Avola and is about 4 km from the sea and the town of Avola, in the car, it takes 5 minutes to reach the beach or the center of Avola. The location of the hotel is strategic to visit the wonders of the area as, Noto, Siracusa, ponds Cavagrande Cassibile, Pantalica, the Vendicari Reserve, Ragusa Ibla and many other architectural and scenic wonders.
