Nice building, very nice, clean and spacious room - we slept in a 4-bed room, it was large and with a bathroom. Tastefully furnished. Breakfast at a nearby bar, with very nice food and lovely people. The B&B is close to a metro station, very handy to reach the city - but keep in mind that the last metro was quite early at night.

A beautiful accommodation with friendly and very helpful hosts. Extremely conveniently located, just 2 minutes to the metro. The room was very tastefully decorated and located to the inner courtyard, therefore very quiet. Secure parking in the courtyard available. You get a voucher for breakfast in a nearby cafe, which we really enjoyed, with great cappuccino, cornetto and without any other tourists. All in all highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

Excellent property and a very warm welcome. Barbara was extremely kind and very helpful from the moment we arrived! The room was for four people and equipped with all comforts. Special mention also for the affiliated bar located right below the property: because my cousin and I have gluten and lactose intolerances it is always difficult to travel, but Marco was perfect. He offered us several excellent alternatives, allowing us to enjoy a very good breakfast in complete safety. Highly recommended for the care, cleanliness and attention to guests! We will definitely return!

Everything was perfect: clean and comfortable. Quiet area and in front of the subway, which takes you to the center of Naples in 20 minutes. Mrs. Barbara, very kind, responded to everything. I absolutely recommend this property, a bit outside the chaos of the center but easily reachable.

We spent only one night in this B&B for a concert at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium, and we couldn't wish for better since it is just a few steps from the stadium. Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Barbara, with a sincere smile and many attentions that made us feel immediately at home. The breakfast was at a bar right next to the property. Fresh and delicious products, the coffee in Naples is divine.

I was welcomed by the owners who are two very sweet and helpful people. The room I stayed in was very beautiful, large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Additionally, it is located near the station, making it easily reachable on foot. Breakfast at the bar was included with a giant delicious croissant. Very good quality/price ratio! We stayed at this property to attend a concert at the Maradona Stadium, and it turned out to be an excellent choice because it is very close and reachable on foot in a few minutes. We stayed at this property for two nights from April 25 to 27, 2025 and we had a great time. The room has everything you need if you are not very demanding, it's more than fine. The place is very close to the metro and in a few minutes you can reach all the main attractions. The breakfast at the bar next door is good and nice, the great thing is that they give you tokens to use it, so you don’t have fixed times, which is great for those like us who have a small child and never have a precise schedule. We had a wonderful time.

Well-furnished, comfortable bed. The cleanliness should be improved. The bathroom lacks ventilation and turns into a sauna. But the big problem is the noise, coming from other rooms since the sliding doors are very thin and the entrance door opening system is a blast in the night. Forget about sleeping.

The structure lacks an elevator due to being a historic building and the floors are high. It is very close to metro 2 of Piazza Leopardi, a few stops from Central Station (the station is outdoors and from the street you pass on an elevated path that, through a two-ramp staircase, leads to the platforms). Near the structure there are various places to eat and also a well-stocked supermarket (Sole 365). Breakfast consists of a cappuccino/coffee and a brioche (various choices filled with chocolate cream, pistachio, pastry cream, jam, or empty), both good. The manager has always been quick to respond to requests.

Nice bed and breakfast. Excellent location as it is positioned practically in front of Leopardi station on metro line 2. The city center is reached in a few minutes. Excellent location also because it is in a quieter area compared to the city center. The only downside is that I got the room with a private bathroom not inside the room but with entrance from the common hallway. A bit inconvenient.

Room in an excellent location for those like me who visited Naples for a couple of days. The metro station is only 100 meters away and you can reach the most interesting areas in a very short time. The room is very large and welcoming, the bed very comfortable. The owner is very kind. The very interesting thing is the possibility of having parking inside the building. I will gladly return.

Comfortable and well-maintained property. Kind owner. Ideal for two people and short trips. The location is a strong point, being located just a few meters from the Napoli Campi Flegrei stop. Breakfast at the bar, good but nothing exceptional. The only downside is the shower bath products, not available except for the liquid soap.

The property is in a great strategic location, close to public transportation, with the convenience of parking. Unfortunately, breakfast is not provided, even though there is an agreement with a local bar. Considering the pandemic period, it's not a fundamental issue, but it would have been appreciated to be informed in advance. An important aspect that concerns me is the cleanliness. On the balcony, there is a table and two painted metal chairs (rusty), in an untouchable condition. There is also a small fountain for washing small clothes on the same balcony. When I opened the cabinet underneath, it was full of cobwebs and very dirty. The most significant issue is with the bed, the bed sheets smell musty, unbearably. To sleep, we had to spray perfume on the bed every night before going to sleep, thankfully we always bring pillowcases from home. The towels have the same bad smell. I don't understand how they received a rating of 9.1 out of 10. Perhaps something has changed over time, but currently, for my standards, a rating of 7 is already generous.

Very welcoming, clean and tidy structure. The welcome was very kind. It is located in a not very central area but close to the stadium and the exhibition center. The only discomfort is the breakfast offered outside the structure at a nearby bar. Recommended also for the excellent value for money.

The place turned out to be particularly suitable for my needs (close to the places to reach, relatively easy to reach from the Central Station...), with an excellent quality/price ratio. Well-kept cleanliness, quite a quiet place despite being located on a busy street. For breakfast (in a nearby bar) I gave a positive rating on trust, considering that due to time constraints I was not able to take advantage of it. In conclusion, the structure is certainly recommended!

Overall the room is well-kept and nicely furnished; it also has a fridge available. The bed is comfortable. There is a coffee machine with pods available at no additional cost (pods, cups, sugar and stirrers all included). Mrs. Tiziana is very kind and precise. The only downside is that, although private, the bathroom is external to the room. The breakfast, to be enjoyed at the bar, is the classic cappuccino with croissant. The property is just a few steps from the Fair of Oltremare, San Paolo Stadium and the Engineering Faculty of Federico II.

I chose this property because it is located in an area well served by public transport and relatively close to the places of my interest even though it is in an area that was once popular but has now greatly improved. I was assisted on my arrival with professionalism and courtesy, and the convenience I appreciated the most was the possibility to park my car in an internal courtyard for free. In another Bed and Breakfast, I had to resort to an affiliated garage which, however, still cost a considerable extra. I would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Very nice and convenient structure for travel. Very well-kept and clean. The managers are very kind. The breakfast actually consists of a basket of packaged snacks, yogurt, and a coffee machine. They don't even provide spoons to eat the yogurt. They could perhaps leave a kettle to make at least a tea or set up a machine to make milk or cappuccino.

We were welcomed in a very clean apartment, completely renovated with great taste, there are stunning cement floors with decorations, practically everywhere; very comfortable wrought iron beds; abundant breakfast; TV and fridge in the room; a terrace overlooking a small citrus grove where in the morning the trees are full of birds jumping around everywhere and you can also have breakfast there because there is a second table with chairs, the lady is welcoming and very polite and makes you feel like you're going to a family member's house, the property is a five minute walk from the exhibition center 'Le Stanze in Fiera' and is in front of the 'Leopardi' metro station so there is no shortage of attractions, I was there to attend a fair and in the evening I dined at a trattoria halfway recommended by the lady, I ate very well and spent little, but anyway the area is surrounded by restaurants and bars of all kinds, I will definitely return on future occasions, a warm greeting.

An exceptional Bed and Breakfast in every way, from the elegance of the building to the warm welcome and availability of the owner. We had the pleasure of staying at this property during the Christmas period. The decorations made by the owner are very pleasant. The B&B is practically in front of the metro, with services (supermarket, pub, bar) within walking distance; the property has been recently renovated and is impeccable. Clean, fresh, and full of comfort. The owner was extremely helpful in recommending what to visit and available for any clarification on how to reach places of interest. There are no shortage of small attentions such as a coffee pod for each guest to enjoy on-site and candies in the room. Breakfast is served in a bar near the property, amazing croissants overflowing with cream. Overall, the general rating is 10. Congratulations Tiziana, keep it up.
