Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 10 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Francesca is an exceptional host, attentive to details and customer requests, she has managed to establish a climate of trust and respect. The stay was a real cure-all for my very hectic life, peace and tranquility, hospitality and sympathy made my little vacation/work a pleasant stay. The characteristic La Bugneta structure and the lawn all around it I used for a video that was requested for a work project. We spent 4 nights and found a familiar and very quiet environment. B&B convenient to the sea (about 2 km) and to the center of Pietrasanta (2.5 km) also reachable, via cycle path, with bicycles provided free of charge (fabulous service). Mrs. Francesca proved to be very nice, kind, and always available to provide information about the nearby places. Excellent and abundant breakfast where the homemade sweets made by the same lady are not missing. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Structure suitable even for long stays, welcoming, with an excellent value for money. The bike service is very useful and we really appreciated it to go to the beach and to Pietrasanta for dinner. The hosts are very friendly, discreet, and capable, making you feel comfortable in this beautiful property. The breakfast is excellent and varied. A place to return to.

Optimal location to easily move both towards the sea and the inland and neighboring countries, availability of bicycles for getting around in an area where parking is a problem. Spectacular view towards the Apuan Alps. Very beautiful structure, well-kept outdoor garden and shaded car park. Cozy, functional, and very clean rooms. Open-air breakfast worthy of a high-level hotel with the added bonus of products made by the skillful hand of Francesca, whose availability and friendliness are not common things. I am a lover of Versilia and its people, and here I found what I was used to.

We came back this year as well, and Francesca has always been super kind; we were pleased to know that she remembered us and was able to manage our late check-in. At breakfast, there is everything one could desire, both packaged and genuinely produced products. Very clean rooms and very useful bike service. The property is in a very convenient location to visit the surroundings, from the sea to the cities. We will definitely come back.

Very happy to have spent my holidays here. La Bugneta is a very well-kept structure, with exceptional cleanliness and order. The breakfast is super excellent, special and abundant. Great idea to have bicycles to go to the beach or for a walk, leaving the car in a really well-kept and orderly garden. Well-kept environment both outside and in the recently renovated rooms, clean, welcoming, with TV and air conditioning which is a nice plus during this period. The breakfast is rich, plentiful and of quality both sweet and savory. Francesca and her partner are beautiful people, kind, smiling and ready to give all the necessary advice. The free use of bicycles is an excellent service to move to the sea which is only 2 km away and made us feel like children again (thank you). We will definitely come back because we had a really good time. Absolutely honest price, I would say quite low. I recommend it with closed eyes.

La struttura si trova in campagna vicino all uscita autostradale versilia. È una casa su due piani con un ampio e curato giardino. Al nostro arrivo ci accoglie sorridente Francesca che ci mostra la sala colazioni, la nostra camera e dopo qualche formalità ci lascia le chiavi della camera. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cagnolino, un maltese, nella camera zafferano a piano terra. La camera è completamente ristrutturata, pulitissima, molto curata. Il bagno non ha finestre ma è grande ed ha una doccia spaziosa. Abbiamo dormito comodamente. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante, con torte fatte in casa, yogurt, pane, affettati e frutta, non potevamo chiedere di più Francesca è una padrona estremamente carina e mai invadente. Voto dieci, senza lode solo per la posizione, che pur essendo in campagna viene leggermente leggermente (veramente quasi impercettibile) disturbata dalla strada. Il nostro cagnolino è stato accolto come un re. Come tutti i b&b o le strutture dove vi sono cibi esposti, non è stato possibile portarlo nella sala colazioni ma questo per noi non è affatto un problema. Era libero di girare nel giardino senza alcuna limitazione.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Francesca è gentilissima, disponibile e ospitale. La pulizia è ineccepibile. La colazione varia e abbondante (ottima la torta fatta in casa). Bel giardino e comodo parcheggio. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Niente di eccepibile. È equidistante da Pietrasanta che dalla Marina, se si hanno delle biciclette c'è un bellissimo percorso ciclabile pianeggiante per raggiungere entrambi. Penso di tornarci in estate.

Io e la mia amica Paola abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo splendido B&B gestito in maniera eccellente dalla proprietaria Francesca. Accoglienza impeccabile, pulizia e cura delle camere davvero superlativa, per non parlare della colazione; tutti i dolci sono fatti in casa e ogni dettaglio in tavola è curato nel minimo dettaglio. Dopo un paio di giorni è arrivata un’altra amica che si è aggiunta al gruppo e abbiamo utilizzato la camera Anice, davvero bella e molto spaziosa. Tutto perfetto, torneremo presto in questo piccolo angolo di relax situato a pochi minuti da tutti i principali luoghi d’interesse della Versilia e con un bellissimo panorama sulle Alpi Apuane. Persone deliziose, disponibili, simpatiche e discrete mi hanno accolta in un luogo tranquillo, accogliente e curato nei particolari, dove anche il nome del B&B e la presenza di un originalissimo e appartatissimo gatto sono stati per me particolarmente significativi ed evocativi. Si è rivelato inoltre molto piacevole scoprire di avere delle biciclette a disposizione ed avere pertanto la possibilità di poter raggiungere il mare, ma anche Pietrasanta o Forte dei Marmi, rinunciando con piacere ad automobile, traffico e calura delle ore di punta.

B&B stupendo, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, Francesca e Stefano sono gentilissimi e disponibili. La colazione con le torte di Francesca meritano un punteggio ben più alto di un 10. Eravamo già stati ospiti l'anno scorso, e speriamo di tornarci presto!

Un grazie a Francesca che ci ha accolti con simpatia e disponibilità, facendoci scoprire questo magnifico B&B tra Pietrasanta e Marina di Pietrasanta. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, dotate di bagno e tutto il necessario. La colazione è costituita da un piccolo ma sostanzioso buffet. Il tutto condito da simpatia e tanti buoni consigli su posti da vedere. Ci torneremo presto per una vacanza più lunga.

Abbiamo soggiornato in novembre nella camera "Anice" veramente accogliente, pulitissima, grande cura dei particolari, silenziosa, ristrutturata con gusto e attenzione. Colazione buona (anche senza glutine) in cucina con la proprietaria, una ragazza davvero simpatica. Anche l'esterno è tenuto molto bene, bel panorama sulle Alpi Apuane. L'unico lato negativo è la vicinanza dell'autostrada ma il rumore delle auto, con le finestre chiuse, non si sente. Questa "pecca" è compensata dal prezzo equo della struttura e dalla bella vista verso est. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Francesca, è veramente professionale, oltre che disponibile e gentile. Nel breve periodo trascorso ha dimostrato capacità e buon senso. Un mix questo che oggi purtroppo non puoi permetterti di dare per scontato. Anche in persone che "vivono di turismo".

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questa struttura. Siamo stati benissimo: la padrona di casa Francesca è ospitale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza. I suggerimenti ricevuti sulle località' da visitare e sui ristoranti dove si mangia bene spendendo il giusto, sono stati azzeccati. Camera e bagno pulitissimi e completi di tutto il necessario per rendere confortevole il soggiorno. La struttura è molto vicina ad una delle più rinomate località' balneari della Versilia. La consigliamo vivamente.

Tutto eccellente! Camera "Menta" e bagno davvero suggestivi; tutto lo stretto necessario, ma con un'accurata attenzione al dettaglio; mobili antichi " rinfrescati" e resi attuali; bagno con mega doccia + doccione funzionale. Colazione raffinata: si spazia dalla torta del giorno buonissima fatta dalla carinissima sempre sorridente e disponibile Francesca alle fragole fresche, unite a tutto ciò che di altro si potrebbe desiderare; in più in qualsiasi momento sono disponibili the di marca, caffè solubile, biscotti, yogurt e acqua.. La casa è dotata di impianto di riscaldamento e di raffreddamento. Accanto a Francesca "collabora" Stefano, un ragazzo anche lui estremamente cortese. Una coppia peraltro amante degli animali come gatti e cani che quindi accoglie volentieri anche i "quattro" zampe. Io e Paolo siamo stati molto bene e, a breve, torneremo per più giorni durante la stagione estiva. La Versilia merita e a "La Bugneta" il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Marcella e Paolo.

Abbiamo avuto fiuto! Appena arrivati la piccola Bugneta ci è subito apparsa calda ed accogliente, mentre la stanza assegnataci, denominata "Menta", ci ha riportato indietro nel tempo! Avvolti da una così piacevole sensazione di tranquillità ci si sono allentate tutte le tensioni dopo il lungo viaggio. E al risveglio? Niente di meglio che un'ottima, abbondante colazione preparataci dalle abili mani della simpatica e garbata di Francesca. Quando torneremo in zona sosteremo sicuramente di nuovo qui, speriamo presto, ciao Francesca!

Sono tornata per la seconda volta perché mi ero già trovata molto bene lo scorso inverno. In questi giorni fa molto caldo ed ho avuto una piacevolissima sorpresa: l'aria condizionata. Pensavo di noleggiare la bicicletta per andare al mare ed altra sorpresa: senza pagare alcun sovrapprezzo ci sono le bici per i clienti con il lucchetto. Tutto perfetto. Ci si sente come a casa. Voto 10 meritatissimo in tutto.

Si era deciso di fare una pausa per rompere il viaggio, senza grandi pretese e invece...sorpresa. La Bugneta. Uno di quei posti che ti rimangono nel cuore. Caldo, accogliente, pulito, arredato con gusto, semplice ma con tutte le comodità, a pochi passi da Pietrasanta e dall'uscita dell'autostrada ma con la quiete intorno, la simpatia di Francesca e Stefano...insomma un posto dove tornare.

La struttura è situata in ottima posizione strategica, vicinissima a Fiumetto e quindi vicina a Pietrasanta e Forte dei Marmi: collocata in un' area molto tranquilla e silenziosa, garantisce un soggiorno davvero rilassante. Ottima la pulizia delle camere, ricca e abbondante la prima colazione, ottima l' accoglienza dei giovani proprietari Francesca e Stefano, sempre pronti ad ogni bisogno del cliente e sempre sorridenti.
