Friendly hostess, bright and new furnishings, abundant breakfast that changes daily and is made to order with home-grown produce from the garden, simply great. Unfortunately there is a noisy road in front of the house.

Mi dispiace vi abbia disturbato il rumore della strada, che vi assicuro non è molto frequentata soprattutto la notte. Forse sarebbe stato meglio, ad una certa ora, chiudere le finestre e lasciare così fuori il rumore delle macchine.

The landlord Stefania was very attentive to her guests despite language barriers. It worked well with her translator. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. Next time I would choose (if it is free) the slightly larger room, as the bathroom is quite small. Nevertheless, we managed well and truly lacked nothing. The breakfast was amazing; many hotels could take a cue from it. Once again, heartfelt thanks and I think we will come back.

We stayed for the second time at Cuore di Lavanda and we will return every time we are in the Spilimbergo area for work! The welcome is splendid; we felt at home. The property is cared for in every detail. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are above average, and the breakfast with fresh cakes is superb. Stefania is a very lovely person, very kind and helpful. She added extra value to our experience here in Spilimbergo, which, by the way, is a very beautiful town. Another strong point is the breakfast. Stefania's cakes are delicious!

With my husband and daughter, we stayed in this lovely B&B for only 1 night. Stefania was very nice and kind, the place very beautiful and quiet just a stone's throw from Spilimbergo. Comfortable beds, abundant breakfast with delicious cakes. Highly recommended, if I return to Spilimbergo, I will surely return to the B&B Cuore di Lavanda.

The structure is very beautiful and well-kept both inside and outside. The owner is welcoming and available in a very family-like atmosphere. The geographical location allows easy and quick access to the nearby mountainous areas. There is also a convenient restaurant pizzeria just 10 minutes on foot.

The B&B is exceptionally cute, a bit outside the city but in a really quiet place. My son and I had a great time! We arrived by bike and immediately Stefania welcomed us with open arms. Our room was really nice and very clean, and we had everything we needed for the two nights. You can see that Stefania pays attention to all the details, and the garden was beautiful. Beyond the structure, Stefania helped us in a moment of crisis. I had lost the key to my bike lock that I had secured to a pole near the festival where she was working, and luckily Stefania knew someone who could help us. For me, it's important to find someone who is available, and I would say she was really very kind despite being very busy. Stefania and her friend Rino saved us! I don’t know how to thank them. Highly recommended B&B.

I stayed one night at the B&B Cuore di Lavanda during a bike trip, and I received a perfect welcome, from the comfortable room to the rich breakfast with excellent homemade sweets. My bike also found shelter in a safe place! The host was available and very kind. Thank you from the heart!

We spent 3 days in this wonderful b&b, extremely welcoming, very clean and detailed, 3 minutes by car from the center of Spilimbergo. Stefania and Massimo are excellent hosts who made us feel at home immediately. Super breakfasts, Stefania is a very good cook who offers 2 different pastries every morning, always delicious! I gave 10 to all the categories, but for us it would deserve another 10. It's the second time we are guests at the Cuore di Lavanda property, which makes us feel really good starting from the owner, very kind, who cares that everything goes well. Our room was a little jewel, according to my wife. The breakfast is great like this, even without savory. If I have to come back to the area, it will be the first place in my search.

We stopped for a couple of days in Spilimbergo while visiting friends and stayed at this B&B. We were welcomed by Mrs. Stefania, a lovely and very kind person, always available to make our stay as comfortable as possible and very good at making sweets... my son very happy with the cakes. The property is located in a quiet area, with a beautiful view of the mountains... well-kept, clean rooms and the possibility to park the car in the courtyard inside the property. Delightful! The room and the bathroom are very clean, everything seems brand new just unpacked. The very kind host makes you feel welcomed and pampered. Breakfast with homemade cakes, yogurt, milk, coffee, fruit juices, bread and Nutella, in short, we had a great time!

Beautiful, the lady who manages is very kind, very attentive to details, the room has been recently renovated and equipped with everything. Delicious cakes for breakfast, homemade jams. A bit off the center but very quiet. We will definitely come back.

New and beautiful structure, well taken care of in details and maintenance both inside and outside, with a lovely area in the patio with a small sofa, illuminated armchairs until late at night. Large internal parking closed by an electric gate. Rich and healthy breakfast. Only the salty part was missing but surely, if we had asked, it would have arrived plentiful! The management is really friendly. To go back at the first available opportunity.

It's the second time I come back more than willingly. How does it feel in this place? The right word is PAMPERED! You rest very well. Absolute relaxation. Upon waking up, Stefania, the very nice owner, surprises you with a wonderful breakfast! You find exquisite freshly baked cakes made with her own hands. Always different and delicious! The structure is extremely clean and cared for in every small detail. I highly recommend it. A hug to Stefania.

Well-maintained property, the owner is kind and affable, the place is very peaceful, just a stone's throw from the center. Along the street there are excellent restaurants, breakfast was plentiful with delicious cakes made by the owner.

I stayed for only one night and booked last minute. Stefania was extremely kind and managed to find me accommodation, which was also very convenient. The house is quiet and very silent, perhaps a bit far from the town, the rooms and bathrooms are new and fully equipped. Exceptional breakfast catering to all tastes, excellent homemade cakes. I recommend it to those looking for a B&B in the area!

I was very pleased with Stefania's generous and personal welcome, making me feel at home. Her house is truly original, with many hand-painted decorations by her mother. Delicious cakes every morning, the snack is very good and facing the mountains, a quiet area but close to Spilimbergo (visit the Mosaic School! Very interesting and projects so different and innovative). A beautiful region (enjoy the San Daniele Ham...), to be explored. I will definitely come back! Thank you Stefania, Yvonne.

It was the first experience in a B&B and it was very positive. Excellent hospitality, extremely clean and tastefully furnished rooms. Comfortable beds and a quiet location ensure peaceful nights. Breakfast brightened by wonderful cakes prepared by the lovely owner Stefania. A beautiful experience for those who want to spend days of peace and tranquility.

Perfect welcome, cozy and fresh room despite the outside heat, more than abundant breakfast and wonderful availability of the lady for any special need (I am a vegetarian and practice competitive sports). The place is more than recommended, in fact we will return in September for the next competition and surely also in 2016. Thank you from the heart (of Lavanda).
