At 700 meters from the historic center and 1, 5 km from the lakeside, the B&B Aurora Rooms offers hospitality in bright rooms with private bathroom, heating and air conditioning, modern and comfortable.

We also offer the possibility to book a private car park.

For those traveling by public transport the train station Como Borghi is 300 meters away, offers easy access to the area and Milan EXPO, without stress.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise mit unserem Motorrad und konnten leider nur eine Nacht bleiben. Als wir ankamen mussten wir eine Telefonnummer wählen und sofort war ein Ansprechpartner zur Stelle. Konnten uns Englisch mit ihm unterhalten. Zu unserem Glück war das Appartment auch schon fertig beziebar und wir konnten sofort auspacken. Dementsprechend hatten wir mehr Zeit um Como zu erkunden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann die Altstadt und den See zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück wurde uns in die Küche gestellt und Kaffee haben wir selbst gekocht. Dies war uns ganz recht, somit waren wir an keine Zeit gebunden. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder in dieses Appartement fahren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Price a bit too high for the national B&B day. Cleaning costs exaggerated to clean a bedroom with an attached kitchen, 60 euros are definitely a lot and mandatory for a 2-day stay. Besides, I had to pay extra money not included in the initial contract. It would be advisable to establish transparency with the owner from the beginning, from what is provided at the payment stage to what will actually be paid in the end. Not just the issue of the few extra money I had to spend, but at least provide a coherent explanation. Nice place even though quite far from the lake on foot.

The studio where I stayed for three days had two large windows, so it was very bright and overlooking the inner courtyard, also quiet. Convenient private parking. Strategic location, in a few minutes on foot you could reach the lakeside, a supermarket and restaurants for dinner. The only flaw was that the bathroom, clean and bright, could not be locked and the kitchen equipment was minimal, lacking even a colander. However, I would recommend it.

L'affittacamere Aurora Rooms è al centro delle attenzioni del cliente. Partendo dalla struttura delle camere ben arredate, pulite ed organizzate alla simpatia del gestore che in un clima molto spontaneo oltre a farti sentire a casa, ti consiglia visite e luoghi di interesse a Como. L'attenzione anche nei particolari come i bidoni per il riciclaggio o le tapparelle elettriche regolabili a tua scelta, mettono l'oste in un clima totalmente familiare. Passare qui il fine settimana è stato rigenerante. La possibilità poi di ospitare il mio piccolo cane grazie alla camera separata dalle altre ha permesso agli altri ospiti di non sentirsi a disagio e a me personalmente di creare disturbo. Altra nota di positività è la vicinanza con il centro storico e nello stesso tempo il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Ad un passo da negozi e ristoranti in piena comodità. Aver il parcheggio all'interno dello stabilimento è una marcia in più che da ottimi requisiti a questo affittacamere. Lo consiglio moltissimo.

Esperienza semplicemente fantastica. Camera e bagno fantastici, molto grandi e ben arredati. Pulizia eccezionale, ma soprattutto cordialità del gestore unica. Si è dimostrato estremamente flessibile e cordiale, molto apprezzate da noi viaggiatori. Inoltre la location si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro storico di Como e circa un km dal lago. Poco da dire, consigliata proprio a tutti.
