The Rosmarino room, also matrimonial, has a private bathroom with a large shower space, ideal for those who desire more convenience. Frederica welcomed us in perfect French, she was very good advice for our visit to Brescia, even lending us one of her books for the visit to the city. In the middle of August, we had no difficulty parking. Special mention for the breakfast that we particularly appreciated. A very nice discovery.

The owner of the place is remarkable for kindness and very helpful. The owners' culture is very positive and the exchanges are highly appreciated. Furthermore, the level of quality and cleanliness of the place is above average. We recently stayed at a charming BNB in Leno and I can only highly recommend it! The rooms were tastefully furnished and very clean, with all the amenities one could wish for. Particularly noteworthy is the cozy bed that ensures a restful sleep. The breakfast was an absolute highlight: freshly prepared croissants, local cheese and sausage specialties, and delicious coffee – a perfect start to the day! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay at the B&B in Leno was simply wonderful. I can recommend it!

Federica is such a nice and attentive host. The room was very clean, the breakfast lovingly prepared, and she gave tips on restaurants in the area. And the ice cream shop around the corner was delicious! I highly recommend this accommodation ☺️!

We arrived due to a traffic jam at the Gotthard Tunnel only around 10:00 PM, which was not a problem for our friendly hostess. We were still greeted very kindly and patiently. The accommodation and breakfast also invite for a longer stay. The Colibrì is definitely on our list for accommodations in the region. We will gladly come back. Everything was a 10. Federica and her kindness in welcoming and pampering the guest deserve the highest score. Also the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless and when I returned in the evening I found the bed made and everything clean and tidy again (including the bathroom). The breakfast was super abundant and her jam tart was delicious! I can only recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Leno: it is also in the centre, very convenient!

Nothing to complain about. Nice structure, nice room, clean and tidy. Good breakfast and excellent hospitality. The only downside... the location is not very convenient, and parking in the area is not that easy to find (at the time of our arrival it was actually yes, but only because it was the weekend and the construction site was stopped).

Federica's love for this jewel in the heart of Leno can be felt in every corner of the structure. Impeccable rooms, abundant breakfast, and a well-kept garden! Leno is a countryside town, but lively in its historical center. Very very nice!

We stayed one night at Il Colibrì because we needed a room to sleep in while our house was being arranged. Federica, the owner, was fantastic and super hospitable despite the late hour at which my partner and I checked in. The room we stayed in was perfect, I've been to several B&Bs and I've never seen such a level of cleanliness and perfection! The bathroom was huge, clean, with a huge and impeccable mirror, and the shower was amazing! Additionally, the air conditioning made the night cool and very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, high quality and varied (the brownies were fantastic!). We thank Federica again for welcoming us with warmth, hospitality, and kindness, things that are now rare in recent times! :-)

It is difficult to review Il Colibrì because The Colibrì must be experienced, a delicate scent greets you as soon as you cross the threshold, “Kindness is revolutionary” is the phrase that best represents its philosophy. Affability, kindness, availability are just some of the adjectives that characterize the hosts Federica and Alessandro. I had read about the breakfast at Il Colibrì but nothing compares to experiencing it. Recommended and enchanting structure from all points of view.

I think that to review the Il Colibrì property it is necessary to insert a maximum vote of 100 and praise. Who enters Il Colibrì enters an oasis of beauty and kindness: every detail is cared for with love, from cleanliness to furnishings, from the beautiful and exquisite breakfast to the welcome from the property. I chose this property for its proximity to my destination and I was very satisfied. Federica welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. The room was large and very cozy and clean. The huge bathroom with an over-sized shower. I recommend it without any doubt.

Staying with Federica means forgetting you are in a B&B. Federica opens the doors of 'Il Colibrì' pampering you to the point of making you feel at home. The breakfast is super abundant (with homemade cakes) and is served by her with her wonderful smile, as well as her disarming kindness. The room cleanliness is impeccable. If there was a higher rating than 10, it would deserve that.

To be recommended. It is located in the quiet town of Leno, a convenient place to reach cities like Cremona, Brescia, Verona, and others by car. Comfortable, quiet, and clean room, very good breakfast, and, above all, extraordinary attention at all times. Excellent value for money. There are several good restaurants a short distance away. I am very satisfied. The owner accommodated all my needs both regarding the check-in time upon arrival and the breakfast time. The welcome was warm and the owner was very kind. New structure, impeccable cleanliness, parking in the same street as the B&B or in the immediate vicinity (I found parking right in front of the entrance door). Very rich and abundant breakfast, with sweets prepared by the owner, cookies, yogurt, bread, jam, juices, tea, and freshly made coffee, in short, suitable for any need. I highly recommend it.

The manager has always been very friendly and welcoming, from the first contacts to organize the arrival at the property. He was very helpful in meeting our requests and answering our questions. The property is located in a central position of the town, easily reachable, but not disturbed by traffic. The environment is comfortable, clean, tidy and meticulously decorated with a Christmas theme during our stay. The Jasmine room is also ideal for extended stays. It is very spacious and bright, with a TV, sofa, and a very large bathroom with a whirlpool. The manager prepares a plentiful and complete breakfast for guests in the designated room at the agreed time: homemade cake, coffee served on the spot, and a serving of fruit are not missing.

The structure has been renovated, the room and bathroom are comfortable and very clean. The manager is really very helpful and flexible, she met all our needs. For me, the location was great because I had a commitment in Leno. Very close to the central square. Breakfast is sweet. For breakfast, I would have preferred fresh bread, but there was a rich and abundant selection of products.

This was my first time staying in a Bed and Breakfast and I must say it was an experience I will definitely repeat in the future. In addition to the attention to detail, which is present in every area of the property, what truly makes a difference at Il Colibrì is the kindness and cheerfulness of Federica, the owner of the property. Federica made me feel at home right away, gave me lots of useful advice (for example, on where to eat), and always went out of her way to meet my needs. Pleasantly surprised by the room as well, which I imagined to be smaller. In reality, it was very spacious and comfortable.

Well-maintained property, down to the smallest details, very clean, excellent breakfast that can be enjoyed in the garden. Federica is truly kind and helpful. We asked to arrive earlier and leave later to be able to study for a very important exam, and she granted us this possibility. In the room with a terrace, I recommend Federica to put two chairs to chat in the fresh air or smoke a cigarette. However, this is just a minor detail. So, thanks to Federica for everything!

We had a great time, my son didn't want to leave. The managers are very kind, friendly, they make you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent, especially the homemade cakes. The location is strategic, both for Il Colibrì, and for visiting the surroundings, which are beautiful. You are dazzled by the brightness of this house as soon as you open the door. In three teammates, we stayed for one night in this lovely B&B, we immediately felt at home and comfortable. Slept comfortably, the day was splendid and we were served a plentiful breakfast in the garden, with homemade cake! and a lot of other really good things. Too bad it was only for a one-night stay. Last but not least, the courtesy and kindness of the managers, we really couldn't ask for more. We hope to return.

I arrived at Il Colibrì in the afternoon of August 22nd and stayed there until the morning of the 26th. The B&B is very close to the town center and from there it is very easy to reach cities (such as Brescia) even by public transport. Tastefully furnished, spacious room, really comfortable bed. It is a fabulous place where you feel at home in a beautiful structure in the center of Leno. I had the opportunity to spend the recent New Year's Eve at Il Colibrì in Leno. I can only compliment Mrs. Federica (whom I only had the opportunity to contact by phone) for her availability towards me, ready to satisfy every request. I also add that I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness of the premises. I will reserve in the future, if needed, to request hospitality again at this property.

I had the opportunity to stay, unfortunately, only one night: I say unfortunately because I wouldn't have left anymore! The structure is very well-kept: the rooms are beautiful, spacious, and really well-furnished. The bathroom, usually a sore point in many structures, I would have taken home: really large and with a modern and elegant design. Regarding the cleanliness of the premises, there is nothing to say. Impeccable! Not a hair out of place, not a fingerprint, everything in order, sparkling, in its place. Abundant and well-served breakfast. Finally, the welcome from the owners: something rare! From the very first moment, they were very kind and helpful. I had the pleasure to notice that, for them, customer satisfaction comes first: their own smile is reflected in the quality of the service they offer. Parking adjacent to the structure. From my room, I could see the car just a few meters away and, moreover, given the tranquility of the place, I slept peacefully. In conclusion, if in the future I find myself again near Leno, this will certainly be the first place I will have the pleasure to turn to for finding a safe, elegant, and clean accommodation where one can feel at home. Highly recommended!

The photographs are not up to par with the enchanting Colibrì. Everything is taken care of in detail with love and kindness and expresses the spirit of the owner, Federica, who makes every stay unique and wonderful. Unbelievable, simply a must try.

If you think of Il Colibrì as the classic bed and breakfast to rely on for a quick and informal overnight stay, you are mistaken (even though Leno is strategically close to Brescia, Lake Garda, Cremona). Il Colibrì is a charming nest that smells of the passion and love for beauty in every way of the wonderful host, Federica. Brand new, each room has its own theme: The jasmine, the rosemary, the marjoram (a real gem!) and a bathroom worthy of a grand hotel. Maximum comfort that blends with tradition, because here and there the grandparents' furniture peeks out, to further warm up an already very welcoming environment. Breakfast overlooking the wonderful garden, or even immersed in Federica's flowers. What else to add? It's not just a place to stay overnight if you are in the area, but an experience to treat yourself, to pamper yourself, to "recharge the soul". This is what I felt. A home that is not just a beautiful home, but one that smells of good feelings. Try it to believe it!
