Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The presence of air conditioning alleviated the heat of these days. The staff was helpful and courteous. Even though we didn't choose it for a beach stay, we realized it is a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Struttura molto carina, ho trovato i comfort di un hotel quattro stelle. Le camere sono molto silenziose e riscaldate. I materassi molto comodi. Ottima la colazione con dolci fatti in casa. Essendo un agente di commercio e avendo la macchina carica, ho usufruito di un ampio garage sottostante al Bed and Breakfast. Tutto perfetto!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia e ho trovato la massima disponibilità e cortesia che ci si aspetti da un gestore si una simile struttura e, dai suoi collaboratori, d'altra parte l'ambiente stesso è così come viene descritto " elegante e raffinato". Tra i migliori hotel dove sono mai stata, (dopo circa 25 anni di viaggi). L'eccellenza viene espressa in ogni cosa. Nulla da eccepire. La cortesia del personale é superlativa. Gran servizio, pulizia straordinaria ed ottima manutenzione.
