The B&B is located in a residential area with view. Within a few minutes walk you arrive to Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Parking is free on the street in front of the house
The rooms are spacious and bright, furnished with taste and attention to detail. It can be added a third bed on request. At the time that they prefer, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast served in a lovely room near the bedroom, where they can also work on their Pc or having their meals. Guests have access to a beautiful garden where you can relax, read or smoke and during the summer even have breakfast. In the B&B there is freedom for coming back at any time. We stayed in this structure and found a quiet and silent room, overlooking the garden, a kind and caring owner who made us feel doubly on vacation. The structure is in the center of Tivoli, easily reachable by car and five minutes on foot from the pedestrian area of the historic center.

Very clean and welcoming environment. Well-kept furniture and very clean and really nice bathroom. Structure with the possibility of reaching the center on foot (10 minutes)...which, given the traffic, moving by car was ideal.

Good welcome and availability from Mrs. Alisa. Comfortable room, close to the center and no guaranteed parking near the property. The only downside is that it is not specified that there are 4 cats in the apartment where the B&B is located. They are very discreet, but those with allergy problems or others should be informed.

Mi dispiace che non avendo voi letto con attenzione sul sito, ignoravate che nella struttura potevano esserci i miei gatti (che comunque avete a malapena intravisto). Consiglio sempre a chi soffre di specifiche allergie di controllare e/o chiedere preventivamente se la struttura scelta ammette gli amici a quattro zampe o se sono presenti altre possibili fonti di allergie ( piante,alimenti ecc). The B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood; the setting is very welcoming and detailed. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with excellent quality linens and very vivid colors. The breakfast is quite varied. Alisa is very friendly and knowledgeable about both Tivoli and hiking and walks in the surrounding areas, so much so as to encourage a return to better explore this territory. The location allows you to walk to Villa d'Este, the center, and various restaurants. There are some cats in the house, which do not disturb and do not come into contact with guests except to access the beautiful garden.

We stayed only one night in a peaceful and welcoming environment. Well-furnished room and comfortable bed, nothing is missing, impeccable cleanliness and very kind owner. We stayed in Tivoli on our way back from Calabria to break up the journey. Mrs. Annalisa is a very helpful and friendly host, the hospitality was excellent, the room and bathroom colorful and tidy, outdoor space to relax and chat. The breakfast was excellent and abundant. Mrs. Annalisa gave us many ideas for visits that encouraged us to come back! We really enjoyed it, thank you Annalisa!

Very nice, modern and comfortable, spacious and well-furnished room, very quiet. A short distance from the center and Villa d'Este, reachable on foot in 20 minutes through the historic center. Mrs. Alisa is very kind, she provided us with tourist guides and maps on loan. Breakfast more than abundant and varied. The discreet presence of her cats wandering around the house and being cuddled is greatly appreciated.

We had a great time at Il Giardino di Alisa, located near the city center in a quiet area in the evening and with easy parking availability. Mrs. Alisa was able to advise us on how to best organize our visits to the villas and also pointed out a great restaurant for dinner! Special mention from my daughter to Ugo and Tata, the two house cats.

The Garden of Alisa is superb and has everything that makes a perfect stay. The room is beautiful, colorful, spacious, tastefully furnished, has a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom is also colorful, clean, and well-equipped. Alisa is kind and helpful, very ready to give you advice on where to go and what to see. The premises are very clean and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is good and abundant. The location is not very central, but you can easily reach the center (both on foot and by car). However, parking is easy to find. In conclusion, a completely positive experience.

A beautiful colorful room in a residential neighborhood of Tivoli. The city center is also within walking distance with a walk of about 15 minutes. The room and the bathroom are cute and welcoming, the hostess is very kind. There are cats in the house, which provide company during breakfast.

The photos confirm the expectations. Although the apartment is in a small condominium, it is very well maintained: it is on the ground floor where there is a lovely garden! The owner is very kind and extremely helpful! She explains everything meticulously and gives you advice on how to get around Tivoli. The breakfast is served in a lovely lounge full of guides that are lent to you for the tour, plus free brochures of the major attractions. The breakfast is abundant: warm pastries, cookies, yogurt, cakes, bread, and jam! When we return to Tivoli, we will already know where to go! The house is in an elevated area of the town from which you can see the panorama of the Valle di Roma.

Located in a condominium in the panoramic area of Tivoli, ten minutes from the center but without the noise and automotive chaos of the center. The apartment is new and meticulously detailed, as well as the room, colorful and modernly furnished. Large private bathroom, clean and with a very well-stocked courtesy kit. It really feels like home, a home full of books, art, and color. Guests have access to the beautiful garden, where they can enjoy the summer breeze and the company of the house kittens. Kind owner and very helpful for information and advice. In short, it is excellent, highly recommended, and we hope to have the opportunity to return.

Alisa, the owner of the house, runs the bed and breakfast from the concierge to the preparation of breakfast, taking care of every single detail. She is a member of the FAI (Italian Environment Fund) and FederTrek-Hiking and Environment- and loves art, nature and local traditions. Thanks to numerous courses attended, she is also the quality food and drink expert. She can you recommend, and, on request, also take you on food and wine tours, historic sites and hiking trails in the area.
