Description
The B&B is located in a residential area with view. Within a few minutes walk you arrive to Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Parking is free on the street in front of the house
The rooms are spacious and bright, furnished with taste and attention to detail. It can be added a third bed on request. At the time that they prefer, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast served in a lovely room near the bedroom, where they can also work on their Pc or having their meals. Guests have access to a beautiful garden where you can relax, read or smoke and during the summer even have breakfast. In the B&B there is freedom for coming back at any time. The rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, soaps, toiletries and daily maid service. Animals are allowed and for free

Very clean and welcoming environment. Well-kept furniture and very clean and really nice bathroom. Structure with the possibility of reaching the center on foot (10 minutes)...which, given the traffic, moving by car was ideal.

Good welcome and availability from Mrs. Alisa. Comfortable room, close to the center and no guaranteed parking near the property. The only downside is that it is not specified that there are 4 cats in the apartment where the B&B is located. They are very discreet, but those with allergy problems or others should be informed.

Mi dispiace che non avendo voi letto con attenzione sul sito, ignoravate che nella struttura potevano esserci i miei gatti (che comunque avete a malapena intravisto). Consiglio sempre a chi soffre di specifiche allergie di controllare e/o chiedere preventivamente se la struttura scelta ammette gli amici a quattro zampe o se sono presenti altre possibili fonti di allergie ( piante,alimenti ecc). The B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood; the setting is very welcoming and detailed. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with excellent quality linens and very vivid colors. The breakfast is quite varied. Alisa is very friendly and knowledgeable about both Tivoli and hiking and walks in the surrounding areas, so much so as to encourage a return to better explore this territory. The location allows you to walk to Villa d'Este, the center, and various restaurants. There are some cats in the house, which do not disturb and do not come into contact with guests except to access the beautiful garden.

We stayed only one night in a peaceful and welcoming environment. Well-furnished room and comfortable bed, nothing is missing, impeccable cleanliness and very kind owner. We stayed in Tivoli on our way back from Calabria to break up the journey. Mrs. Annalisa is a very helpful and friendly host, the hospitality was excellent, the room and bathroom colorful and tidy, outdoor space to relax and chat. The breakfast was excellent and abundant. Mrs. Annalisa gave us many ideas for visits that encouraged us to come back! We really enjoyed it, thank you Annalisa!

Molto carino, moderno e confortevole, stanza spaziosa e ben arredata, molto silenziosa. A breve distanza dal centro e da Villa d'Este raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti attraversando il centro storico. La sig. ra Alisa è gentilissima, ci ha fornito in prestito guide turistiche e mappe. Colazione più che abbondante e varia. Molto apprezzata la presenza discreta dei suoi gatti che girano per la casa facendosi coccolare tranquillamente.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene al giardino di Alisa, situato vicino al centro città in una zona tranquilla la sera e con facile reperibilità di parcheggio. La signora Alisa ha saputo consigliarci su come organizzarci al meglio per le visite delle ville e ci ha anche indicato un ottimo ristorante dove cenare! Menzione d'onore della mia bimba per Ugo e Tata, i due gattoni di casa!

Il B&B è super ed ha tutto ciò che rende un soggiorno perfetto. La camera è bella, colorata, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, ha un letto comodissimo e il bagno anch'esso colorato, pulito e ben attrezzato. Alisa è gentile e disponibile, prontissima a darti consigli su dove andare e cosa vedere. I locali sono molto puliti e arredati con buon gusto. La colazione è buona ed abbondante. La posizione non è centralissima, ma si può raggiungere il centro facilmente (sia a piedi che in auto). In compenso, si trova facilmente parcheggio. In conclusione, un'esperienza totalmente positiva.

Una bella stanza colorata in un quartiere residenziale di Tivoli. Il centro si raggiunge anche a piedi con un cammino di circa 15 minuti. La stanza e il bagno sono carini ed accoglienti, la padrona di casa è gentilissima. In casa ci sono dei gatti, che fanno compagnia durante la colazione.

Le foto confermano le aspettative. Anche se l'appartamento si presenta in un piccolo condominio esso è molto curato: è ad un piano terra dove c'è un carinissimo giardino! La proietaria è gentilissima e disponibilissima! Ti spiega meticolosamente tutto e ti da consigli su come muoversi a Tivoli. La colazione è servita in un salottino carinissimo pieno di guide che ti presta per il tour, più depliant gratuiti Delle maggiori strutture. La colazione è abbondante: paste calde, biscotti, yogurt, torte, pane e marmellata! Quando mai torneremo a Tivoli, sapremo già dove andare! La casa è in una zona sopraelevata del paese dal quale si può vedere il panorama della Valle di Roma!

Situato in un condominio nella zona panoramica di Tivoli, a dieci minuti dal centro ma senza il rumore e il caos automobilistico del centro. L'appartamento è nuovo e curatissimo nei particolari, come anche la stanza, colorata e arredata modernamente. bagno privato grande, pulito e con kit cortesia molto fornito. Davvero sembra di sentirsi a casa, una casa piena di libri, arte e colore. Gli ospiti hanno accesso al bellissimo giardino, dove godersi il fresco estivo e la compagnia dei gattini di casa. Proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile per informazioni e consigli. In poche parole è ottimo, consigliatissimo e speriamo di avere occasione per ritornare.

Alisa, the owner of the house, runs the bed and breakfast from the concierge to the preparation of breakfast, taking care of every single detail. She is a member of the FAI (Italian Environment Fund) and FederTrek-Hiking and Environment- and loves art, nature and local traditions. Thanks to numerous courses attended, she is also the quality food and drink expert. She can you recommend, and, on request, also take you on food and wine tours, historic sites and hiking trails in the area.
