The reason we chose B&B Villino Margherita was its convenient position between our home and the port of Ancona. Bathroom facilities are shared with other rooms. Our room was spacious, as were the kitchen and lounge. We were disappointed with the quality of breakfast. We did not find fresh bread or milk. We benefited from a good rate. However, the price-performance ratio should be improved. On our return home, we stayed in a 4-star hotel including breakfast for a similar price in Pesaro on the beachfront.

Easy to reach. Clean. Quiet area. It would be convenient to provide the room with a small table and chair, and the bathroom with towel holders. If needed, we will return to stay at this property.

Very comfortable property, immersed in the green countryside but only 15 minutes by car (perhaps a little less) from the center of Bologna. Emanuele (the manager) is friendly and very helpful. The only thing, for personal tastes, I would add some fresh fruit, but considering the quality/price ratio I can only be still satisfied! I recommend it.

Let's start with the positive notes: The B&B Villino Margherita is located within the manager's property. The building is right next to his house, in a huge garden. The place is enchanting, with large trees that make you feel great even in hot weather, all surrounded by wheat fields. It's right at the highway exit and two minutes by car from the city center. I chose it for this reason. The double room is large, there are two shared bathrooms, a kitchen with everything (washing machine, oven, dishwasher), and a room with the TV. The owner is an easy-going guy. Plus, living next door, if you need anything, you have no problem. Negative but constructive notes: The room had a lot of dust, and the situation didn't change in the following days. The linen and bathroom cleaning were impeccable, but there was a lot of dust. I recommend the owner to take better care of this aspect, as well as to improve the breakfast. The same four things for four days in a row. Nothing special. On the last day, the only jam I liked was also finished and not replaced. However, it takes little to do better. A bit too annoying is the constant (even every 5 minutes) noise of the train, as the tracks are about fifty meters away. But nothing particularly prohibitive. I highly recommend it, and in February, I should return to San Lazzaro for a training course, and I will definitely return to Villino Margherita. I recommend it.

I stayed at B&B Villino Margherita for two weeks, as I was in San Lazzaro di Savena for a training course. Well, what can I say, it's like being at home! After days in the midst of confusion, when I returned in the evening, I could relax 100% thanks to the excellent location of the structure, very close to the center of San Lazzaro but at the same time immersed in the countryside! The house is very beautiful, large, and cool. The kitchen is large and spacious, as well as the living room. Despite the fact that the 2 bathrooms are shared in the description, with only 3 bedrooms there was no problem. The room was spacious, cool, equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and mosquito nets on the windows. As a cherry on top, the splendid garden available to the guests! The managers are very friendly and willing to accommodate special needs. I will definitely stay at B&B Villino Margherita if I return to San Lazzaro.
