The reason we chose Villino Margherita was its convenient position between our home and the port of Ancona. Bathroom facilities are shared with other rooms. Our room was spacious, as were the kitchen and lounge. We were disappointed with the quality of breakfast. We did not find fresh bread or milk. We profited from a good rate. However, the price-performance ratio should be improved. On our return home, we stayed in a 4* hotel incl. breakfast for a similar price in Pesaro on the beach front.

Easy to reach. Clean. Quiet area. It would be convenient to provide the room with a small table and chair, and the bathroom with towel holders. If needed, we will return to stay at this property.

Ottima posizione per spezzare un lungo viaggio in A 14. Letto comodo stanza calda. Proprietari gentilissimi. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura molto confortevole, immersa nel verde della campagna ma a soli 15 minuti d'auto (forse qualcosa meno) dal centro di Bologna. Emanuele (il gestore) è simpatico e molto disponibile. Unica cosa, per gusti personali, aggiungerei un po' di frutta fresca, ma considerando anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo non posso che essere comunque soddisfatto! Lo consiglio!

Partiamo dalle note positive: Il B&B si trova all'interno della proprietà del gestore. L edificio è proprio accanto alla sua casa, in un giardino grandissimo. Il luogo è incantevole. Con grandi alberi che ti fanno stare benissimo anche se fa un gran caldo. Il tutto circondato da campi di grano. È proprio all'uscita dell'autostrada e a due minuti in auto dal centro della città. L'ho scelto proprio per questo. La stanza matrimoniale è grande. Ci sono due bagni in comune, una cucina con tutto (lavatrice, forno, lavastoviglie) ed una sala con la tv. Il padrone è un ragazzo alla mano. Poi abitando accanto, se si ha bisogno di qualcosa non avete nessuno problema. Note negative ma costruttive: La polvere bella stanza, tantissima e la situazione non è cambiata nei giorni successivi. Biancheria e pulizia bagno impeccabili. Ma di polvere quanta ne volete. Consiglio al proprietario di curare di più questo aspetto, così come dovrebbe curare di più la colazione. Stessequattro cose per quattro giorni di fila. Niente di che. L ultimo giorno era anche finita l unica marmellata che mi piaceva e non era stata rimpiazzata. Cmq basta poco per mare meglio. Un po' troppo fastidioso il continuo (anche ogni 5minuti) del treno. Infatti i binari sono ad una cinquantina di metri. Ma niente di particolarmente proibitivo. Lo consiglio vivamente e, a febbraio, dovrei tornare a San Lazzaro per un corso di formazione e sicuramente tornerò a Villino Margherita Lo consiglio.

Sono stata al Villino Margherita per due settimane, in quanto mi trovavo a San Lazzaro di Savena per un corso formativo. Beh che dire è come essere a casa! Dopo le giornate in mezzo alla confusione, quando rientravo la sera potevo rilassarmi al 100% grazie all'ottima posizione della struttura in quanto molto vicina al centro di San Lazzaro ma nello stesso tempo immersa nelle campagne! La casa è molto bella, grande e fresca. La cucina è grande e spaziosa così come il salotto. Nonostante nella descrizione i 2 bagni siano in comune, con sole 3 camere da letto non si è presentato alcun tipo di problema. La camera era spaziosa, fresca, dotata di condizionatore, tv, wifi, e zanzariere alle finestre. Come fiore all'occhiello lo splendido giardino a disposizione della clientela! I gestori sono molto cordiali e molto disponibili a venire in contro ad esigenze particolari. Di sicuro se tornerò a San Lazzaro alloggerò al Villino Margherita!
