At B&B Le Rose have two double bedrooms with bathroom. The rooms are equipped with wardrobe, bedside tables, table with chairs, LED TV 26 "and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is made in perfect harmony of the place, suitable to carry out its functions, with hairdryer, soap and clean linen. The rooms are cleaned daily and changes the towels will be made before each stay. For those who stay 5 or 7 days, the exchange takes place mid-week. The rooms are equipped with private entrance through French windows so that guests can always keep an eye toward the landscape. The decor is rustic Umbrian, simplicity, comfort, refinement are essential to make your stay unforgettable.

Besides the rooms the B&B Le Rose, offers a breakfast room where guests can enjoy their meal in peace. Plus the ability to use the kitchen made available, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery. Anyone who wants can organize lunches and dinners, an additional way to engage and create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere typical of the Bed an Breakfast.

The limited number of rooms is the strong point of our facility, just so our guests will be able to relax and enjoy our region. Away from the confusion, the discovery of the intimate and deep green heart of Italy, Umbria.

This B&B is a gem, a real candy box. It is part of the main house but separate from it. It has only two rooms and a breakfast room with a kitchen. Furnished with care, very nice, it has everything you need. The owner is very kind and helpful, and you can chat pleasantly with her while having breakfast. The location is quite strategic for visiting Spello or moving to other villages. Excellent choice.

I stayed only one night in this magnificent place but I savored the tranquility, the silence and the hospitality of this place. Very cozy room, clean and breakfast with homemade cake! Highly recommended also because in the evening you can enjoy a stunning sunset comfortably lying on a deck chair in the garden.

The B & B Le Rose is a family business and as such will welcome you as the most welcome guest. Our family is composed by Maria in charge of breakfasts in the morning, she will welcome you and nursed during the stay, cleaning and linen changes, she is the real leader. Then there are the two sons Mark and Angela each with its tasks. Marco manages the garden, always careful that everything is to your liking, takes care of your routes, bicycles and technological activities, such as making this website. Angela specializes in furniture, in the management of the details and the attention to detail, to make your stay romantic, cozy and unforgettable. In our house, inherited from generation to generation, we decided to accommodate as many visitors as possible. We are proud of it and we want to share with the world the beauty of this area, of which we are totally in love.
