Immersed in the lush Maremma countryside, Agriturismo Peretti has been offering an authentic and refreshing experience since 1996 and has been organic since 2003. This fascinating place spans 35 hectares of olive groves, woods, and meadows, where noble Maremma breed horses are raised. The structure, dating back to the 16th century and once owned by Admiral Bartolomeo Peretti, preserves a rural atmosphere that invites discovery and relaxation.

Guests can choose from five rooms and six apartments, designed to ensure a comfortable and independent stay. All rooms with private entrances offer modern comforts, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, while the apartments, available in various types, boast equipped kitchens and private verandas where you can enjoy moments of tranquility surrounded by nature.

A really very beautiful and well-maintained estate in the countryside. We found the hosts to be very nice and open people. Anyone who also likes animals is in the right place. The location is very quiet and rural. It is only a few minutes by car to the Maremma National Park. Thank you for the lovely stay and the wonderful experiences.

We had a wonderful time at this agritourism place set in greenery and away from traffic where we stayed for 10 days. Andrea and Silvia were always kind and very helpful to us and our children who especially appreciated the sweetness and company of Happy and the kittens. In the morning we woke up curious to see what slices of cake we would find for breakfast: each day always different! The location is excellent for visiting the area and the different beaches and the village is less than 10 minutes away. It only takes about half an hour by car to reach Orbetello, Grosseto, and Porto Santo Stefano. For our type of vacation, everything was perfect.

My wife and I stayed from March 7 to 9, 2025. The managers of the structure, Andrea and Silvia, are 2 wonderful people. We also enjoyed breakfast in a kitchen-like setting with a round table in the middle so that we could have breakfast together with other people. What can I say, it was sublime, homemade cakes from Silvia's hands, which you can see she put her deepest love into making. Not only that, there were also cold cuts, salami and mortadella, homemade toasted bread, delicious pecorino cheese, eggs, exceptional ricotta, delicious homemade jams, and more. During breakfast, we got to know Silvia better because she kept us company while we savored the delicacies she had prepared, and she is a delightful, polite, friendly, and honest person. The room was very nice and the double bed was very comfortable. In conclusion, we had a great time, and I hope to return one day to breathe in the tranquility and hospitality of this place immersed in greenery.

Beautiful agriturismo in Maremma. 20 minutes from Grosseto and Orbetello, a convenient location to reach the most beautiful tourist destinations in the area. The owners are very kind and, a week before our arrival, they sent us all the info on possible activities and the best localities, along with a useful PDF guide. A small break in an oasis of peace.

We had a very good time. Welcoming structure, in the open countryside, a wonderful entrance of pines and surrounded by olive trees, the productive hub of the managers, exceptional cosmetic and food products. A few kilometers from the sea (Monte Argentario), near the beautiful medieval village of Magliano, a bit further away the Saturnia thermal baths, Scansano and other small realities of Maremma. We stayed for a week in an apartment at Agriturismo Peretti. The agriturismo is completely immersed in greenery, in a quiet and well-kept area, about 30 minutes from the most important towns and cities. Mr. Andrea welcomed us and illustrated some of the best attractions of Argentario. The apartment was tidy, clean, and very beautiful. Although breakfast was not included in our package, we were kindly offered some slices of homemade cake on a few mornings. In short, perfect stay.

What can I say... my dog and I had a wonderful time in this sort of earthly paradise! Located in a very strategic position, it allowed me to reach beaches of remarkable beauty just a few kilometers away, while at the same time being immersed in a fascinating countryside. Silvia and Andrea manage this beautiful estate with great courtesy and generosity. A special thanks to Silvia who delighted me with her genuine and delicious cakes! Thanks also to the little Labrador Happy, who joyfully and cheerfully kept us company. A rejuvenating holiday that I highly recommend to everyone.

We discovered this farmhouse on the occasion of the B&Bday. We spent a lovely weekend at Agriturismo Peretti in the beautiful area of Orbetello. The view from this property is simply spectacular, offering moments of peace and serenity. The rooms were a pleasant surprise: beautiful, welcoming, and above all extremely clean, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family, including the children who were with us. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. Despite the slightly remote location, the beauty of the place and the tranquility it offers make the trip absolutely worthwhile. Holiday in Maremma, first time for my family. The location of the agriturismo offers various possibilities: sea, Argentario, Isola del Giglio, and ancient villages. We stayed in an apartment with a nice living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with everything you need. The breakfast is always varied and abundant, with homemade cakes by Mrs. Silvia and the valuable advice on how to spend the days in the surroundings from Mr. Andrea. Magnificent place, in the middle of the Maremma countryside, quite close to the sea and villages like Magliano. I stayed a week at Agriturismo Peretti. Andrea is very kind and generous, but 9 Euros for breakfast per person is too much. The problem was that there were a lot of mosquitoes. But the hotel structure is beautiful.

I highly recommend this Agriturismo Peretti. Andrea, the owner, was very kind: a few days before our arrival he sent us several very useful links with suggestions for bike rides, lunches and dinners, places to visit. The location is immersed in nature, very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast, with a wide choice between sweet and savory, all local products and self-produced. A perfect stay for a few days of relaxation.

We had a great time. We stayed in an apartment. Excellent cleanliness and brand new. There is internet connection, but really limited, however, I rediscovered the pleasure of reading a good book in the evening. Fantastic breakfast with all their farm products and all cakes made by them. Perfect.

Welcoming, well-kept place, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace of Maremma. A few kilometers from the coast and close to many villages to visit. Owners are helpful and kind, homemade breakfast with their products, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. In the evening you can admire beautiful sunsets and spot some harmless wild animals.

Beautiful farmhouse in Maremma Tuscany immersed in a fantastic garden. Very clean and comfortable rooms all equipped with a small personal outdoor space. Great attention to anti-Covid regulations. The two bikes available for guests are new and in good working condition. Mr. Andrea, with courtesy, sympathy, and availability, is ready to explain and advise you on the tourist destinations in the area and to put you in touch with other local places of various interests. Mrs. Silvia pampers you with a princely breakfast based on organic products of their own production. There is also always a small variety of packaged products for celiacs. A special thanks to Andrea who rescued and supported us during a small travel mishap. Highly recommended stay!

I stayed at Agriturismo Peretti for 4 days, an ideal destination for those who want to escape from the daily chaos and enjoy total relaxation by immersing themselves in nature. Highly recommended structure surrounded by greenery but still just a few kilometers from the sea.

Excellent location for those who want to unwind and be in nature and greenery. The hosts Silvia and Andrea are welcoming, friendly, very kind, and open-minded. I stayed at this wonderful farmhouse a few days ago with my partner and my little dog. Already missing it! Suitable place for those who want to regenerate, immersed in the Maremma countryside and not far from the sea. Essential, clean, and well-kept rooms. Super abundant and high-quality breakfast! We arrived at Agriturismo Peretti by chance, due to a misunderstanding as our booking at another property had been lost. The manager Andrea immediately showed himself to be very friendly and helpful. The property is very easy to reach from Aurelia and just as convenient to reach Orbello and Argentario. We stayed in a spacious mini apartment with air conditioning, very clean and fully equipped. We only stayed for one night so we didn't fully take advantage of the entire property, which however offers much more to its guests. In the morning, breakfast is served outside, under a gazebo with a fantastic view, the breakfast is excellent and abundant, with local products and many delicious homemade cakes by Andrea's wife. Reasonable prices. We had a great time, I recommend it.

Very well-kept place both outside and inside. Cleaning is top-notch. The breakfast is wonderful. Sleeping is wonderful. There is peace, you wake up to the chirping of birds, it feels like being in another dimension. Breakfast, served in the gazebo, with a wide selection of cakes, cookies, jams, yogurt, brioches, cereals, fruits, etc. all made by them with zero kilometers. In 15/20 minutes you can reach all the places of interest.
