Description
Our house is a villa with garden, sunny and very bright. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the historical center of Pisa, in a quiet area and close to the main points of interest of the city. Two kilometers from the motorway, from the Galilei airport, from the station and from the hospital of Cisanello. It has four bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, private entrance and garden where, in the warm months, you can have breakfast or spend time in peace.

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 2 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €7.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

Propriétaire sympa et arrangeant. On est arrivé après minuit et elle était à notre accueil. Emplacement desservi par le bus au cours de la journée sinon il faut prévoir un taxi le soir.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte e siamo stati benissimo. Posto tranquillo vicinissimo a Piazza dei Miracoli, quindi in centro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto cordiali. Vicino anche all'aeroporto, alla stazione... vicino a tutto.

Posizionato nella periferia di Pisa, in una zona residenziale e molto tranquilla, la struttura è molto graziosa. Dentro è un pò vecchiotta ma ben tenuta e completa di tutto. Colazione ottima, la proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile per informazioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per lavoro insieme ad altre 7 persone, ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo, i proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. La struttura è molto ben curata, a 4 km dal centro con un parcheggio interno che a Pisa è veramente una comodità. Camere molto comode e ben pulite. Torneremo sicuramente. Veramente soddisfatti tutti.

Il B&B si presenta molto pulito e ben curato sia all'interno che all'esterno, il posto è molto tranquillo ed abbiamo riposato bene in letti molto comodi. Buona la colazione, la proprietaria si è dimostrata cordiale e discreta. Da consigliare sicuramente.
