Our B&B is located at San Vigilio district of Marebbe in a setting of stunning mountains, in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme San Martino in Badia), rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view. "B&B Villa Dolomites ¤¤¤" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, design with meticulous attention to detail, unique, distinctive style.

Giulio was extremely friendly, the room was very nice and tidy. Location is perfect, in the morning there was a beautiful view with the sound of some birds waking us up. Excellent experience! We got some tips about Lago Braies which is absolutely beautiful! 10/10 would recommend and visit again!

Place for enthusiasts. Wooden structure, almost 'vintage', warm and welcoming. Not your usual mountain Bed and Breakfast. On the outskirts of the town, literally in the woods, surrounded by trees, but close to the village center. Absolute silence. On the day of departure from the small and comfortable green parking lot, we glimpsed deer among the trees. A family-like environment in the sense that you practically live with Giulio's family, the all-around owner always available and very helpful in recommending restaurants, excursions, and with whom you chat and joke pleasantly. Truly a magnificent week of vacation, comforted by the beautiful weather.

Excellent B&B, in a very convenient location just a few steps from the center but immersed in nature and the woods. The structure is typical and entirely made of wood with antique furniture. The lounge has an incredible charm! The rooms are comfortable with a large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. The managers made us feel at home, always giving us tips and advice. Listen to the suggestions of Mr. Giulio, they are always exceptional to see beautiful places and also avoid crowds. The breakfast was very good and abundant, I didn't give it a 10 only because I would have liked to have it in the lounge but due to Covid it is currently not possible. I plan to return to enjoy the warmth and breakfast in the lounge! Very comfortable beds, I particularly appreciated the duvets and soft, fragrant towels every day. Our room also had a large balcony and a small fridge that was convenient for us. Children and animals were welcome (and we travel with a dwarf rabbit!). It also has a large green space where you can relax in the afternoon. Unbeatable value for money!

Beautiful apartment finished in every detail with breathtaking views. Centrally located to reach both essential services and naturalistic trails for trekking and mountain biking. A stone's throw from the river, the playground, and leisure and commercial activities. Charming little village, with little traffic but in an excellent position to reach other destinations. The manager is an exquisite and very helpful person, as well as a motorcyclist, so he knew how to advise me on the ideal places to reach and visit with the whole family.

Beautiful property, at the edge of the woods just outside the village, with a breathtaking view. The owner Giulio and his whole family are exceptional and showered us with useful information and care (we were lucky to be the only guests, being there off-season). Unique experience, we will definitely come back!

We had a great time, family atmosphere and kindness. Excellent cleanliness. Varied and abundant breakfast options. Small things to improve: in our room, taking a shower was a bit uncomfortable due to the very small bath/shower.
