In addition to the beautiful, bright room, there is an exceptionally rich, varied breakfast with homemade bread, various cakes, homemade jams and fruit from the property's own garden. There is also the possibility to purchase an exquisite olive oil, of course also from their own production. Mosquito nets on the windows are a matter of course, as is access to the refrigerator in the breakfast room. Opportunity to relax on the terrace and in the garden, play facilities for children. Anyone who, like me, had so far been convinced that the perfect guest room or the perfect stay could not exist does not know Alba sul Mare and its extremely warm hostess - there cannot be more hospitality!

We stayed as a family of three with our 7-year-old daughter and we had a wonderful time. The location is really peaceful, with parking, a beautiful, well-tended garden equipped with children's play equipment, fruit trees and an adjoining olive grove from which you can enjoy a lovely sea view. For organizational reasons we spent one night in a room for four with a double bed and a bunk bed, really spacious and comfortable, and one night in a double room with a foldaway cot, definitely small but very well organized. Both were clean, pleasant and recently renovated, as was the whole villa that houses the B&B. Breakfast was truly fantastic, with cakes, jams and homemade bread... Everything homemade with local products, delicious; it makes you want to try everything! The owners are always kind and helpful and make you feel at home. A pity we couldn't stay longer.

I stayed for one night in this accommodation which is convenient for accessing the Misano racetrack. The room was very clean and the view was very nice. I would definitely recommend the structure. Mrs. Anna is very cordial and kind, as well as being a good pastry chef. She knows how to pamper you in the morning with her cakes, bread, and homemade jams. The place is amazing with an exceptional view. If you feel like getting up early, the sun rises in front of you. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet, the view is enchanting. A warm welcome and the owner is truly helpful, even in suggesting places to visit. There is also the possibility to put the car in the garage. A fantastic breakfast, abundant with various homemade products, such as jams, bread, and pastries. I highly recommend going there.

It's a paradise, absolute tranquility. We had a small double room, in line with the very honest price for the week of Ferragosto. Varied and very good breakfast, all homemade, served under the portico. The donuts made by the mother of one of the owners were truly appreciated, as well as the inevitable piadina filled with Nutella and homemade jams with the fruit from their gardens. I really relaxed and regenerated.

We spent three wonderful days at the property, with lots of greenery around the house. Fantastic view in the Leonardo room, from the window you could see the Alba sul Mare. There are many games for children, abundant breakfast, there was everything and more. Vincenzo and Fabio, who manage the property, are fantastic people and Nonna Anna prepares fantastic pies, all with fruits from the garden. So true that on the way back we wanted to stay for one night but everything was booked, maybe next year. Bye Vincenzo and Fabio, best regards.

A holiday with a young child is hardly synonymous with relaxation, unless you choose a place that caters to children. Alba sul Mare is baby-friendly and highly recommended for families with children, both in terms of spaces and managers. We were looking among the facilities that accepted the holiday bonus and we fell madly in love with the tree house, which for us (and especially for our son) will always remain the symbol of our vacation. The garden is really well-kept and spacious, children can move around in complete safety and the landscape is breathtaking! We adults also enjoyed swinging on the swings and enjoying the view while our son played with the slide and ran in the meadow, and we relaxed on the sun loungers or in the hammock while the child jumped on the inflatable clown. We stayed in the Gaia room which is very bright, fresh (we didn't need air conditioning), tidy and clean, with a large wardrobe and spacious enough. The real strong point, that extra something that makes the difference, are the managers! Vincenzo, Fabio, and Nonna Anna! They knew how to measure themselves and tune in to our needs and characters: they were present without being intrusive, welcoming and helpful but not insistent, and above all they were tender, patient, and affectionate with our son, who told them “I miss you” when we left! We had a family vacation and felt like part of a family, where breakfast is enjoyed with homemade cakes and jams made with the fruits from the garden. All accompanied by the utmost professionalism in service, scrupulously respecting the use of distances and masks that unfortunately the anti-Covid19 regulations imposed on us. This prevented us from saying goodbye with a hug, which we would have genuinely given them, for having pampered us and leaving us with beautiful happy memories.

Staying here was not like staying with family, but even more: an attention, a kindness and a reception out of the ordinary. I really have no words to express our gratitude for these days. We have one of the children with special needs who was welcomed not as a guest, but as a son... Vincenzo has become "Vincenzino" for him and I'm sure he has taken up an important piece of his heart! Fabio illustrated to us in great detail the beautiful things to see in the area and where to eat, with particular attention to being suitable for children, in fact we then had a great time! Special mention also for Anna's cakes and the piadinas for breakfast besides the beautiful garden with many games. Great location for tranquility and splendid panorama. We already miss it! Thanks again for everything.

We arrived at this Bed and Breakfast last Friday for the B&B Day and we were very satisfied both with the place, a very large room with a clean and functional private bathroom, and with the welcome we received from Mrs. Anna and Mr. Vincenzo, very kind and friendly. In the morning they prepared a fabulous breakfast with many things made personally by Anna, jams, bread, flatbreads, biscuits. Vincenzo made us cappuccino, coffee, tea at the moment, and made us feel at home, talking with us and telling us about their lives. The structure is located about 200 meters above the sea and offers a splendid view of our beautiful Adriatic Sea. Various types of rooms with private bathrooms are available to customers, a large and bright living room where you can have breakfast, a beautiful garden with an orchard, chickens, and olive trees from which they extract their olive oil. A stone's throw away you can find quality pizzerias, it is close to San Marino, Rimini, Riccione. I highly recommend staying at the Bed and Breakfast Alba sul Mare, you will not regret it but you will want to come back. A kiss. Daniela.

Upon arrival, we were greeted excellently by Fabio, who explained everything that could be seen from the terrace of the structure, everything that could be useful to us. The managers are extremely available for any request. The place is peaceful with a sea view. We were there to watch MotoGP, it was perfect, the circuit is reachable on foot in about half an hour if you don't want to drive. Riccione is about 10 minutes away. Exceptional breakfast, with many products handmade by them, such as piadinas, pizzas, jams, cakes. The room was perfect, as well as the cleanliness. Outside there is a garden with sunbeds and games, surrounded by many olive trees. We will definitely come back. Thanks to Fabio, Vincenzo, and Sarah (if I'm not mistaken) for pampering us.

I stayed at Alba sul Mare a year ago with my husband and my two children who were 5 and 1 year old at the time. We arrived in the afternoon after a 500 km journey. Fabio, the manager, welcomed us in a friendly and warm manner. We were able to immediately occupy the room, well shaded and clean. Our room had an external bathroom for our exclusive use, also very clean, equipped with towels and a hairdryer. The kids could play for a couple of hours in the beautiful garden equipped with a swing and a slide, they went crazy for the tree house. The garden is well-kept, and it was pleasant for me to watch the kids play while sitting on one of the many sun loungers. Fabio also recommended a restaurant where we ate very well. The next morning, we had a frugal breakfast according to our habits, to Fabio's dismay, and then we resumed our journey. Fabio, his mother, and his wife were truly friendly and welcoming. The B&B is in a great location relative to the highway. To keep in mind and return.

I went on a hunch in choosing this property by reading the reviews. What can I say, my three children and I had a great time, so much so that we didn't want to leave. A short but intense stay. Warm and familiar welcome from Vincenzo and Fabio, two really kind and discreet people. Abundant and very tasty breakfast, sweetened by an excellent apple cake. From the review and the ratings, I may seem biased, but that's not the case, I recommend it to you. Strategic location 10 minutes from the sea and from Acquafan, as well as from the nightclubs. Last but not least, the view and the sunrise over the sea. This coming summer we will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Excellent well-maintained structure. Large common space for breakfast with a balcony overlooking the sea view from the hill of Misano. The breakfast is plentiful and well made/served. The assigned room, not very modern in furnishings but still fully usable, includes a private bathroom with a blind shower, which I believe is recently renovated or at least recently modernized. Vincenzo and his wife are very nice and very helpful in meeting the needs. Excellent and beautiful outdoor spaces, with the possibility of a covered box. Splendid panorama.

The view is truly suggestive: the sunrise over the sea is for the most romantic, while motorcycle enthusiasts will appreciate the view of the Misano World Circuit, all immersed in the green hills of Misano. Furthermore, the location is strategic to easily reach all the most sought-after locations in the area, including the sea. In the village, there are all the necessary services for daily life, easily reachable and conveniently. My family and I are very demanding people, and this family-run management has fully met our expectations, with an excellent value for money. I highly recommend this corner of Romagna.

The bed and breakfast is located in a cool and quiet area, surrounded by the green hills, from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view. From the place, not only the beach is easily reachable, but also many attractions: Italia in Miniatura, Oltremare, Cattolica's aquarium, Rimini's fair. We stayed in a beautiful and clean room. The property is surrounded by a large garden full of trees, from which we could freely pick ripe fruits. There are also a hammock, swings, and even a wooden treehouse. We were impressed by the kindness of the owner Fabio and his mother, who in the morning prepared Nutella piadinas, left her genuine cakes and exquisite homemade jams on the table for us. Brand new structure, enchanting location. Fabio and his family made us feel at home. The homemade cakes and the piadinas with Nutella made on the spot were a sweet awakening. We were with two 15-year-old boys and they were thrilled. Lately we have visited several B&Bs from North to South but this one has surpassed them all. We will certainly return to visit them and I highly recommend it without a doubt.

The B&B, recently renovated, is in a great location, close to the sea, Oltremare, Aquafan, and the Misano World Circuit. Spacious and clean rooms, good and plentiful breakfast.
