The location is definitely the strong point, as it is on a side street of the pedestrian area where people stroll in the evening; this allowed us not to take the car at night. The property is fairly new, the rooms are spacious and the owner is kind. Obviously some things should be updated, such as the shower head. The only thing I found really strange was the absence of shower gel: there was only one sachet on the day of arrival and then we had to buy it ourselves. I had never encountered that in a B&B. For such a small thing the service could be greatly improved. The value for money of the property is excellent compared to other places on the island.

The structure is overall good, considering the location, the excellent daily cleaning, and the quality/price ratio. There is room for improvement in the relationship with guests. I don't understand where this story about smoking comes from, I've never asked her anything about it, she does very well to remind all guests, of course. But she absolutely cannot say that I created problems regarding that. So I certainly wasn't referring to that. If I may give her a piece of advice, she should accept criticism and work on it to improve. In the end, they also serve that purpose.

Buongiorno Sign Chirico mi dispiace che averle fatto presente di non fumare in camera non mi abbia fatto apparire molto simpatica e disponibile, ma cerco di rispettare un equilibrio tra rispetto per gli altri e qualche regola di base della casa. We stayed for a week at Mariangela's. The room was very nice, with everything necessary. The breakfast was very good, with the possibility of filling the croissants at the moment. Mariangela was always very available to meet our needs. The place is super strategic, just a few steps from the center. It is highly recommended.

Highly recommended! Very central but in a sufficiently secluded position from the nighttime noise. Modern room, well-renovated bathroom with a large, glass shower. Air conditioning and TV. Mariangela is very kind. Breakfast not continental but quite decent. I will come back!

Spectacular place just a few steps from the center. Modern and newly renovated rooms. We were welcomed by the landlady, Mariagrazia, who manages the property alone, establishing a friendly and cordial relationship with the customer from the very beginning. I recommend booking this B&B because you won't regret it.

The parents of the owner of the structure who welcomed me, exquisite people. They let me move around freely throughout the stay and more. I was picked up and taken back to the airport.

I contacted the owner of this B&B several months before my stay asking if a studio was available. Right from the start she was very kind and reserved a beautiful apartment for me with a double bed (not a sofa bed), equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful veranda where we were served breakfast every morning (hot croissants, biscuits, milk, coffee, rusks, fruit juice). Very good cleanliness and great tranquility just a few minutes by scooter from the central Via Roma. Excellent value for money. I recommend everyone to contact Mariangela for their stay in the wonderful Lampedusa!

Beautiful, relaxing and close to everything being in the center. The terrace above is spectacular for its simplicity and privacy that can give a touch of luxury.
