Hidden in the heart of L'Aquila, Il Giardino Acquatico offers a cozy and private family villa surrounded by a charming 250-square-meter aquatic garden, an organic vegetable garden, and pets that make this place even more special. The strategic location of the facility allows for easy access to points of interest such as the University Pole, the 'San Salvatorè Hospital, and the Guardia di Finanza Academy, as well as being a short distance from the Gran Sasso National Park and the main ski resorts.

The independent apartment of 60 square meters is designed to ensure a high degree of privacy and tranquility. It consists of one bedroom, a private bathroom, and a spacious living room, equipped with all modern comforts including a refrigerator and a TV. Upon request, guests can also use the kitchen, while ample outdoor parking is always available.

Breakfast is served in a way that guarantees complete autonomy for guests. There is an automatic machine for preparing espresso, cappuccino, and tea, along with a selection of croissants and snacks, thus offering the freedom to start the day at one's own pace.

During the summer, the aquatic garden transforms into a natural paradise, where the art of stone and brick harmoniously blends with the sound of water and the vivid colors of flowers. Walking among its wonders, one may encounter delightful animals and enjoy a spectacle that renews with every step. In winter, the landscape takes on an enchanted dimension as snow envelops the garden in a mystical silence, offering a chance to experience a surreal atmosphere, just as during the Christmas period when discovering the suggestive 'Nativity Scene in the Garden'.

I spent 2 days in this property with my family, I was surprised by the cleanliness and order. The garden is beautiful, the owner very courteous. Located 20 minutes by car from the Gran Sasso cable car and other small villages. Great vacation!
