Villa Martina is a lovely country house where you will spend a happy and interesting holiday. The house is really quiet because it is surrounded by olivetos, wheat fields and vineyards. You will admire the beauty of Mount Maiella from the north side of our site, as well as the Adriatic Sea from the east/west side. When the weather is good you can clearly see the Tremiti Islands as well.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Friendly and helpful staff. If you want to spend some peaceful moments, Villa Martina B&B is the ideal place. There is also a kitchen available in case you want to prepare a meal on your own.

Hillside structure with a beautiful sea view. It is located just a few minutes from the city of Vasto and the beaches. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and modernly furnished, with air conditioning. The cleaning service is excellent. The manager, Fabio, is a very friendly and helpful person, always ready to provide advice on places to visit and places to eat. Breakfast is served on the outdoor patio with a spectacular view. Additionally, Fabio personally cooks some of the pastries served in the morning! The experience was very positive, highly recommended!

Structure suitable for those looking for peace and tranquility as it is in the open countryside. Maximum availability from Sonia, the owner. You can take long walks in nature around the B&B, or on the many trekking paths. Close to isolated beaches, 4-5 km away: Mottagrossa beach, Punta Penna beach, Punta Aderici beach... But also close to Marina di Vasto for those who want an equipped beach. Also close to the Trabocchi cycle path, a route that can be covered for almost 100 km, some sections are asphalted, others with gravel, a few paths are on main roads; on the web, you can find all the descriptions of the cycle path. Recommendation.

The structure is located on a hill from which you can see the whole panorama and easily reach both the center of Vasto and the surrounding area. The rooms are well furnished and well equipped, the breakfast is abundant and provided with excellent homemade desserts. Special mention goes to the owner and her family, all kind and very helpful.

The only positive note is the owner, very helpful and friendly. The structure is not new and the room where we stayed is really dark. There is no privacy as everything echoes from the other rooms. The bathroom was in poor condition with an obsolete shower, the toilet seat unstable, broken, and the quality of breakfast products very low. The coffee machine makes cold coffee. No comment.

Grazie per avermi definito simpatica e disponibile. La mia disponibilità, appunto, contraddistingue i servizi di Villa Martina. Se solo aveste accennato ai vostri disagi avrei potuto cambiarvi stanza, visto che il periodo me lo consentiva, addirittura trovarvi alloggio altrove. La struttura ha circa 15 anni, è difficile sposare i gusti personali di ogni cliente, anche se tutti gli ospiti che hanno alloggiato nella vostra stanza l’hanno definita confortevole e tranquilla. Appena ho letto questa recensione ho chiamato un operaio per sistemare l’asse traballante wc. Ne io ne lui abbiamo riscontrato problemi, mi impegnerò a provarla di persona… Sono spiacente di constatare che valuti i miei prodotti per la colazione scadenti. Avendo studiato sia alle superiori che all'università la merceologia, dedico molta attenzione agli alimenti, leggo le etichette, mi informo sulla qualità e la provenienza degli ingredienti a prescindere dalle marche. Alla colazione presto molta attenzione. Sulla macchina del caffè ammetto che era accesa da poco quella mattina, avendovi avvisato, sarebbe stato meglio aspettare pochi minuti per un caffè più caldo. Villa Martina mette al centro della propria attività il benessere dei propri clienti, vi avrei coccolato al meglio, bastava chiedere. Un saluto affettuoso Sonia.

Posto stupendo immerso nella tranquilla campagna abruzzese e vicinissimo alla bella costa della riserva naturale di Punta Aderci. Ottima accoglienza e servizio attento da parte della titolare Sonia. Camere pulite e colazione varia e abbondante. Consigliatissimo!

Posto molto carino e accogliente, pulito e silenzioso. Colazione abbondante ma mancava la colazione salata. La signora Sonia gentilissima e molto disponibile. Non è vicino al mare.

Location incantevole, ho soggiornato qui per 4 giorni, lontano dai rumori della città e vicinissimo alle spiagge di Punta Penna e Motta grossa. Un vero toccasana per chi vuole riposare. Vicino alle spiagge di vasto marina, Acqualand e tutte le comodità della città. Il signor Luigi è cordiale e molto disponibile, chiedete a lui tutte le informazioni e vi si aprirà un mondo. Eccellente.

Abbiamo scelto questo B&B come sosta di un viaggio più lungo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura curata e molto pulita situata in una posizione tranquilla, silenziosa in mezzo ai vigneti e uliveti abruzzesi. Il centro di Vasto e le spiagge si raggiungono in pochi minuti di auto.

Location incantevole, immersi nel verde ma vicinissima alla riserva di Punta Aderci. Pulizia, confort e gentilezza della proprietà fanno il resto..consigliatissimo! Ce ne stiamo andando col canto delle cicale nelle orecchie e questa meravigliosa vista mare, con qualche lacrimuccia, ma torneremo senz'altro. Grazie di tutto!

Ottima struttura: stanze comode e pulite. Luigi è un gestore cordiale e disponibile. Se si cerca una vacanza in tutto relax questo è il posto giusto. Ovviamente, essendo in mezzo alla campagna ricca di uliveti e vigneti, la macchina (o altro mezzo di trasposto) è necessaria per qualunque minimo spostamento. Da consigliare ad occhi chiusi.
