I stayed there on April 21, 2025. Very nice place with very beautiful clean rooms and a very friendly owner. Quiet place. The only downside is that it is far from activities, but I would return without hesitation.

Well-maintained and comfortable property. About 10 minutes from the Orte motorway exit. The road is a bit rough, but there are clear directions to reach the B&B. Room and bathroom are large, clean and comfortable.

Excellent B&B, located in a peaceful area, family-run and surrounded by greenery. Everything was top-notch. Highly recommended. Only thing: there is no TV in the room.

Staying at the B&B dell'Aviatore was super relaxing. The property is in an isolated location with a spectacular view. The pool is definitely an added bonus and very enjoyable in summer. The decor is very well curated with aeronautical details. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Good sweet and savory self-service breakfast. Friendly staff.

The property is nice, well maintained and welcoming. The staff is friendly. The view, which can also be enjoyed from the pool, is beautiful. The location is not easy to reach because the road is narrow and somewhat uneven, but it is well signposted.

A truly charming place. We stayed one night in the tent and it was a nice experience, especially for our little boy who had never gone camping before. The pool is a gem! Plentiful breakfast and fantastic hosts!

We had the pleasure of staying at the B&B dell'Aviatore and could not be more satisfied with our experience. The host's welcome was extremely warm and cordial. The property is charming, located on the hills, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend the B&B dell'Aviatore to anyone looking for a stay near the town of Narni. We will definitely return.

A fantastic farmhouse, immersed in greenery and silence. The thorough cleaning of all environments, the attention to detail, and the courtesy of the manager are the characteristics that distinguish this B&B. Even if only for one night, I must say we found ourselves wonderfully!

A very beautiful place immersed in nature and therefore very quiet. Spacious room as well as the bathroom, also equipped with a comfortable terrace. Very clean environments. Simple breakfast.

Typical well-renovated farmhouse, the only drawback was the uncomfortable bed and the third bed was even worse. For the site Bad and breakfast.it, I had already submitted the documents for online check-in the night before, but once I arrived at the B&B, I had to present the documents again. Where was the advantage of "check in to save time" suggested by the site?

Caro Paolo, come descritto nel sito, il letto aggiuntivo non è un letto permanente ma viene installato per chi non vuole (di solito non riesce) a prenotare le camere familiari più idonee a 3 (o più) persone e preferisce adattarsi alle matrimoniali con un letto aggiunto...riguardo la scomodità del letto principale invece, ci rincuora che in 10 anni si sia lamentato solo lei. Vi consigliamo di visionare meglio i dettagli delle strutture nelle quali volete prenotare, sia per la camera che per l'ubicazione da lei non gradita. Riguardo il check-in online come le abbiamo più volte ripetuto quando è arrivato, il sistema non ci ha permesso di visionare i suoi documenti per un errore tecnico (supponiamo, dato che non siamo noi i gestori della piattaforma ma solo suoi clienti) e lei senza presentare un documento PER LEGGE non può entrare in nessuna struttura, se avessimo saputo che fosse duro di comprendonio, avremmo provveduto a ricordarlo anche al check-out. Confidiamo che la prossima struttura in cui soggiornerà non le farà ripetere la titanica fatica di estrarre il suo documento e presentarlo alla reception, dove le è stato consegnato 5 minuti dopo. Una buona giornata.

Great B&B, stayed only for one night, very close to the Orte exit on the A1, but being located on a hill, where you can enjoy a stunning view, the place is really relaxing and quiet. Spacious and very clean room, as well as the bathroom. Very kind staff and available for our needs. Really great price. I also recommend it for a vacation, just 1 hour from the center of Rome.

The place is located on a hill and surrounded by greenery. Beautiful view and context. The road is a bit uphill but easily navigable. Directions to reach the structure are very clear. Upon arrival, there is convenient parking and excellent welcome. The room is clean and very spacious. There is no TV but we gladly did without it. In the bathroom, I would have preferred soaps and disposable bottles instead of large (already used) bottles. Breakfast is inviting and has a lot of choices. During the stay, there was also room tidying, which we usually do not find in B&B formulas, so it was very appreciated. We will surely return in the coming months to visit the nearby places and why not, maybe spend a few hours at the pool too (hoping it is ready).

A very beautiful and quiet place in contact with nature. About 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Narni and the Orte highway exit. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast. Very kind and helpful owners. Great value for money. I will return.

Pleasant stay with family. Beautiful view of the San Liberato oasis, although it is not very convenient to reach. Presence of internal parking and adequately sized swimming pool. The breakfast could be improved, but all in all it is acceptable and quite varied. The refrigerator in view is useful, where guests can help themselves independently. Comfortable room, mosquito nets, air conditioning, television, comfortable bathroom with a nice shower. Ideal for relaxation, without noise.

I can say that it is the best among all the places I have stayed. Wonderful location, close to the highway exit. The road to get there is a bit winding, internal parking space, very well-kept furnishings and cleanliness. The owners are very kind and the breakfast is good. We will definitely return.

Nice place, clean and very quiet. Large and comfortable rooms and bathroom. We expected a refrigerator and a television in the room as stated on the website, while they were only in the common room. Stunning view, understanding and very kind people, at the same time capable of making you feel at home. We have stopped a couple of times already, and we will do it every time we have to come down, because it really deserves. Very relaxing environment, many nice and good-natured little dogs that keep you company. Extremely well-kept rooms with lots of greenery. Very clean rooms accessed by stairs and stunning bathrooms. Only missing the possibility of having a savory breakfast, for those who like it. Baby cots and high chairs available in addition to Nesquik for breakfast! Do not hesitate to book!

Grazie Alberto per aver recensito la nostra struttura. la doccia è fatta proprio così non si allaga ma è a filo pavimento, per la scala a chiocciola più larga di così non l'abbiamo potuta realizzare ma siamo tutti alti noi dello staff e ci passiamo abbastanza comodamente, diciamo che c'è di meglio ma anche di peggio. Bagno senza cabina doccia (fare la doccia voleva dire allagare l'intero bagno) e con fortissima puzza di fogna. VELUX che gocciolava sul letto, che ovviamente al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bagnato.

Mi spiace Michel che sia stato vittima della sfortuna quando ha soggiornato da noi, abbiamo prontamente ripreso la ragazza delle pulizie poiché (come le abbiamo spiegato alla sua segnalazione) il VELUX non perde ma non era stato agganciato bene quindi risultava socchiuso, nell'immediato abbiamo provveduto ad averle fatto trovare il letto asciutto e rifatto. Per l'odore sgradevole è dovuto dal fatto che con le forti raffiche di vento delle ore precedenti, un impianto tecnico si fosse otturato, creando la spiacevole fragranza. Come le accennavamo sono cose inusuali per noi come può leggere da sé dalle recensioni dei clienti precedenti a lei. Saremo lieti di riaverla come nostro ospite così da farle comprendere che per quanto si lavori in modo preciso e meticoloso, a volte la sorte tira strani scherzi. We stayed at the B&B dell'Aviatore for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. We chose the half board formula, abundant and delicious portions. Breakfast with a wide selection. Excellent location of the structure. Very kind owners. If we go back to that area, we will definitely return to them.

Great location just a few minutes from the highway but isolated and shielded from any inhabited center or busy road. Tested with a German shepherd and we all had a great time (including the dog).

Beautiful place with very kind and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, very spacious attic room, but small bathroom with shower without a box or curtain, low ceiling and a spiral staircase really too narrow and steep for room access.

B&B dell'Aviatore, a real family house! Thanks to William (the Aviator) and the sweet and kind Nilla who make you feel truly at home. We will never forget their attentions, kindness towards us. We felt like part of the family, besides the cleanliness, the order, the perfect details. I would describe it as a construction from the 19th century (including rooms) that lands on a dreamy hill! An impeccable stay. I recommend it wholeheartedly. And if I return to the Terni area, the B&B dell'Aviatore in San Liberato will be my overnight stop. Thank you Nilla and William, for everything.

We spent a wonderful week, my husband and I, in relaxation, in a beautiful place, with discreet but attentive owners to every detail. We could refresh ourselves in the pool with a suggestive view. Many cities of historical and spiritual interest easily reachable. Abundant and varied breakfast, maximum cleanliness in the room and throughout the structure... Everything was great! Definitely to come back!

The structure is very beautiful and clean, the managers are very kind and helpful. The only flaw is the road to get there which is very rough and a spiral staircase (used to access a room) really very narrow! (but they said they have to fix it) Good breakfast and good and plentiful dinner! Even the dog had a great time! Very good prices!

Spectacular! I found this Bed & Breakfast almost by chance, a very lucky coincidence. The owner was exceptionally kind, the room was bigger than my whole house (only the bathroom was as big as my bathroom and kitchen combined), everything clean, amazing view, peace and relaxation. I hope to have the opportunity to return! The only slightly annoying thing is the steep climb to get there, I recommend if you have LPG to switch to gasoline if you want your car to make it!

The B&B dell'Aviatore met all expectations. Quiet and peaceful place, total relaxation by the pool, extremely clean rooms. Perhaps a slight downside is the accessibility, there is a steep uphill gravel road to get there, some difficulty on a motorbike, but perhaps it's the price to pay for such a magnificent place. If I return to the area, I will definitely stay here.

We would like to write only bad things to keep it just for ourselves, but it would be unfair. We had two fantastic days both for the family memories the area provides, but above all because the place deserves it. Splendid location, friendly and very kind staff that makes you feel at home. The B&B dell'Aviatore is located in a convenient area to reach by car coming from the highway but at the same time surrounded by greenery and silence. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the cleanliness and size of the room, excellent breakfast and especially the very kind managers, who made us feel perfectly at ease. Highly recommended this structure as a base for tours in the area (close to Narni, Marmore waterfall, Orte and other interesting locations) but also as a place to escape from the chaos of the city.
