Rosalia and Mario are such lovely people that you have to go there and spend some quality time at their place. The handmade breakfast by Rosalia with products from their own production is awesome. It's a good starting point to visit every day a new beach. We loved to stay there for a week.

My partner and I spent ten fantastic days at Nico and his family's bed and breakfast. Truly authentic and genuine people. A special mention goes to Nico: we will always remember his kindness and availability. The breakfast with their fruit, their jams, and exquisite homemade cakes was unforgettable. Family house turned into a bed and breakfast, a small green oasis in the midst of the often arid landscape of Sardinia. Super welcoming owners ready for every need. Upon our arrival, they were having a small aperitif with other guests and their parents and immediately included us with great hospitality, much appreciated. Large and clean room, equipped with air conditioning. Good and varied breakfast, always with some homemade cake or cookie. Great location to visit the surrounding beaches.

We stayed for ten days, warmly welcomed by Nico and Lorenzo, who pampered us with abundant and characteristic breakfasts made by the sweet Rosaria. We felt like among friends, also thanks to Mario's generosity. Solanas beach is a few steps away and just minutes from Villasimius. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic experience. Very kind and helpful owner, from whom we also received valuable advice on the beaches to visit and the local places. The location of the property is valid, in a very peaceful area and useful for reaching the most beautiful beaches (the closest one is 5 minutes by car, the others 10/15 minutes away). Super breakfasts, with homemade sweets and excellent fruit. Recommended!

We appreciated the abundant breakfast, made up of homemade products (jams, pastries) and local products (cheeses and fresh fruits) served in a cool and ventilated veranda. The rooms are on the ground floor and equipped with a space in front with a small table and lines to hang out swimsuits and towels. The bed is very comfortable. We really appreciated the silence and soundproofing of our room. The owner is always available. The location of the property is good for reaching both the beaches of Villasimius and those of Costa Rei.

Very convenient place to reach Villasimius and Costa Rei. Nico and his parents are very kind and ready to give advice about the area. Incredible breakfast, knowing that my birthday was coming up soon they even made a final surprise for me! Highly recommended!

Peony Room (not the one shown in the photos): Great relaxation and sweet breakfast with fresh pastries and fruit, advisable to include cereals and yogurt. Small ground floor room with only one window in the bathroom and the only room unfortunately lacking a private outdoor space. B&B declared as 3 Stars but lacks TV in the room and wifi does not have a stable signal, much appreciated the mini fridge in the room. Cleaning and towel change (without conditioner) only weekly. Nico, the manager, is an excellent, kind, and helpful person! Very well-kept garden. Thank you for everything! Alessandra and Filippo.

Gentili Alessandra e Filippo, siamo davvero dispiaciuti che il vostro soggiorno abbia presentato delle criticità, dovute, a nostro avviso, a una non corretta comunicazione, visto che ogni mattina, alla mia domanda se andasse tutto bene rispondevate di non avere nulla di cui lamentarvi, per fare un esempio, se solo aveste chiesto dello yogurt o dei cereali vi sarebbero stati serviti. Vorremmo poi ricordarvi il significato della dicitura bed and breakfast, vale a dire 'letto e prima colazione' e voi, ogni mattina, dopo colazione vi rintanavate in camera fino al pomeriggio, a consumare, contravvenendo alle regole della casa e del buon senso, cibo e bevande, tenendo in camera la spazzatura senza darci modo di differenziarla in un locale della casa a ciò dedicato. La casa ospita inoltre degli spazi comuni in cui consumare i pasti e apposite stoviglie, sempre con la discrezione che ci contraddistingue. Infine, volevamo ringraziarvi di aver divelto il bidet nel bagno, che ci ha causato non pochi problemi visti i tempi necessari a reperire un idraulico e rimettere le cose a posto. Grazie per la visita, Nico P.S. Negare l'evidenza di quanto detto sopra e soprattutto del bidet divelto rende sterile ogni ulteriore minuto speso nella faccenda se non come utile avvertimento per eventuali futuri host che avranno il piacere di ospitarvi.

Very pleasant stay, owners simply welcoming and helpful. Extremely clean and functional room, wi-fi, delicious breakfast and pleasant conversations under a generous late April sun. Large garden. Exceptional beach just a stone's throw from home. A place we have become fond of despite the brevity of our visit.

Mario and Rosaria are very kind people and welcomed us with great sympathy and hospitality. We had a great time at their B&B. They gave us tips on places to visit and also on restaurants. The location of the B&B is ideal for visiting Costa Rei and the Capo Carbonare area, the beach of Solanas is very beautiful.

Wonderful stay! The place is fantastic, both in terms of location and the villa itself. The room is truly beautiful and well taken care of in every detail, equipped with every comfort and pampering. The breakfast was also really excellent and varied, always with high-quality products and different every day, including homemade jam. One of the best Bed and Breakfasts we have stayed in, me and my boyfriend! Not to mention Nicola, the owner, super kind and very helpful! Absolutely recommended, to come back.

Very nice structure a bit outside Solanas, a small hamlet of the municipality of Sinnai. The beach of Solanas can be reached in 5 minutes by car and those of Villasimius in 15 minutes. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and very clean, and the bed is really comfortable. However, the highlight of the structure is the very kind owners who make you feel at home. It is worth staying at Eranu just to get to know them. Congratulations to Mario, Rosaria, Nico, and Lorenzo. We hope to be able to come back soon!

Thanks to the hospitality of Rosaria and Mario, it is easy to interact with other guests with spontaneity and fun for everyone. Mario's suggestions on beaches to choose based on windy days (always useful when visiting Sardinia), places of interest to visit, and the wide selection of excellent restaurants to try are always excellent and helpful. Breakfasts prepared by Rosaria are always abundant and rich in local and genuine products, thank you again for the exquisite sapa cake. Thank you both for the cultural exchange regarding Sardinia and its traditions that has enriched us greatly. Long live the junco baskets. Anche per noi è stato un piacere ospitare Angela e Flavio perché sono gli ospiti migliori che un gestore di B&b possa desiderare: rispettosi della casa, come se fosse stata loro, partecipi e affabili con gli altri ospiti, riuscivano col loro modo di conversare a rendere viva e partecipe l'atmosfera delle colazioni e non solo. Anzi, ci sono stati di grande aiuto con gli ospiti stranieri che non parlavano italiano; grazie alle loro traduzioni abbiamo potuto approfondire conoscenze e trasmettere un po' della nostra cultura. Già ci mancano le risate cristalline di Angela e la visione dei suoi esercizi mattutini di tao Yoga accanto al melo mentre noi preparavamo le colazioni, come ci mancano i commenti arguti e bonari di Flavio. Mario and Rosaria's B&B has nothing to envy to the many 4-star hotels in the area, in fact.. my husband and I and our two children spent a week of pure relaxation and tranquility, surrounded by every comfort and pampered by the owners, always very helpful. Rosaria's breakfasts, prepared with products from their own company, were a sweet surprise every day. The entire structure is very well-kept and clean, it's a corner of paradise. Coming back home and feeling nostalgic, not only for the enchanting place but also for the owners, rarely happens. Our children have become attached to the "Sardinian grandparents", as they nicknamed them, and we sincerely hope to see them again next year. Mario and Rosaria are two people of infinite sweetness and kindness, you have to try it to believe it.

We are two young guys who stayed at the B&B Eranu at the beginning of June. The welcome was immediately warm, announcing a relaxing holiday in good company of Rosaria and Mario but at the same time of the nature that surrounded us. The structure is excellent and maintained with great dedication, located 5 minutes by car from the beach of Solanas, but away from the chaos, immersed in nature and hills. Having a car at our disposal, we could easily reach Villasimius and Costa Rei with their respective beaches. Furthermore, Rosaria and Mario were very helpful in our choice of dinners, recommending truly suggestive and typical places of the area. The good morning was visible from the morning, the breakfast that awaited us every day under the porch was a delight for the eyes and the palate, with products cultivated by Mario himself and prepared by Rosaria. A couple and a vacation that we will not easily forget. Our farewell could be a "see you soon" Rosaria and Mario.

We can only give high marks to this structure. The care of the guest, the availability, and the affection shown by the owners are worth more than any kind of "technical" judgment on the B&B. Which, moreover, is of excellent quality, in a strategic position for wonderful beaches, in a quiet area not crowded with tourists. The environments are pleasant and clean, and the comforts are not lacking. Abundant breakfasts linked to the territory and local productions. The outdoor space available makes the stay very pleasant.\n\nBut the difference between an excellent structure and an excellent stay is precisely due to the genuineness and beauty of the family of the owners, to whom we give our thanks and the hope to see you soon!
