This property in the neighborhood near Parioli is welcoming, very clean, quiet and fully equipped. The breakfast is varied and generous and the pastries are spectacular. The owners are attentive and helpful. It is a true B&B. The prices are in line with the area. An experience to have again.

Caterina and Lorenzo are a certainty of the B&B: their kindness, availability, and discretion make them excellent hosts. They have pampered us and made us feel comfortable these days.

Whether positive or negative, I never leave reviews because I am convinced that this system of commenting on one's experiences in hotels or restaurants is terribly mismanaged and allows anyone to express judgments that, in most cases, are inappropriate. But this time I decided to make an exception. Due to culture, social status, and education, each customer is different from another and has different needs. Needs that are sometimes already complicated to solve for large hotels, let alone for the manager of a B&B. Considering the high degree of uncouthness of the majority of modern tourists, what value does their judgment of the Quality/Price ratio or the Cleanliness of a B&B have if at home they live with chickens in the living room and wash their armpits only once a week. In a big city like Rome, with city mobility services that most of the time prove inadequate, asking to rate the Location of the Property means absolutely nothing. You may live 5 minutes from a subway station, but then that station is closed for renovations. You may have a wide choice of buses, but if you are in the northern part of the city, it will take hours to get to the southern part. And if you need to buy tickets, you don't know where to go. The same goes for Breakfast. Because if at home you are used to having it with Coca-Cola and peanuts, or with eggs and sausages, the fresh wild berry tart every morning will not be part of your food culture. I believe that if there are problems to report, needs to be addressed, or compliments to make, they should be done exclusively by talking to the managers and not by writing reviews afterwards, which serve no purpose. Especially if those already mentioned uncouth individuals do it, who seem to enjoy taking advantage of the opportunity to judge their stays, leaving negative reviews just to show their friends how snobby they are when they return to the chicken coops where they usually live. Stop with these absurd reviews and find a more intelligent way to evaluate the quality of the services you offer.

The friendliness and sympathy but also the discretion of Katia and Alessandro are a strong point of the structure! At least for me and my children who were not in Rome just for vacation. So we took advantage of their useful tips and their availability even in letting us leave the luggage until late. The atmosphere is very familiar and the decor lives up to the name of the B&B Anni 50. Clean bathrooms and excellent breakfast. For those who do not need to stay in the center, it is certainly a comfortable B&B served by public transport.

We have just stayed at Caterina and Lorenzo's, very welcoming and helpful. We had a great time. The location is ideal for visiting Rome and surroundings, nearby bus stops and metro. Recommended!

B&B located a short walk from Villa Ada, in the quiet east area of Rome. Convenient for those who want to enjoy a music weekend at the festival they organize every year in the park, in the month of July. Good welcome from Mrs. Caterina and family. I would gladly return.

I stayed a week at the B&B with a group of students. We had the whole structure at our disposal for the entire week, a dream. The structure is very beautiful and spotless, the rooms are cute and truly from the 50s. With the opening of the S. Agnese/Annibaliano metro B stop, the area is now much more accessible, and the prices are very good. Certainly, it is not very close to the center, but for us, this was a plus, since Rome can be very tiring and leaving the center at the end of the day is not bad. Also, with the metro B, you can quickly reach the center. I recommend it without a doubt.

I stayed in this beautiful and welcoming B&B with my girlfriend, and as soon as we entered chilled from the rain, the owners of the B&B welcomed us with towels and smiles to help us dry off, they showed us our beautiful room with a very comfortable and stunning round bed, very rich breakfast with homemade items, toast, various types of jams, honey and Nutella, plenty to choose from, very convenient location, within 10 minutes you have 2 metro and bus stops to reach the city center.\n\nWe will definitely come back for the summer.\n\nThanks again B&B Anni 50.
