We stayed here one night after flying into Milan and before we drove on to Lucca. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely nice and recommended a wonderful place for us to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A wonderful alternative to a hotel. Francesco and his wife, Anna, are rice farmers and it was a very pleasant surprise to discover their shop located on the property, where they sell high-end artisanal rice in handmade bags. They were extremely gracious and helpful, using Google Translate to communicate with us, which had us laughing at some of the "typos". Francesco offered to drive us into town personally to help us find restaurants (!) and we ended up at a fantastic local place nearby, filled with regular locals enjoying family meals at large tables. The room was clean and simple, as one would expect, but also HUGE. I loved looking out the French Doors in the morning across the rice fields located right outside. Great choice, great people.

The owner is a super nice and funny guy. We arrived only at 23.00. He even went with us to a selected restaurant to eat. I have NEVER experienced that before. Agriturismo Bon Piumazzo sells top-quality honey and rice (risotto). Agriturismo Bon Piumazzo is located right in the rice field! The dog is very sweet and friendly! He recommended us a pizzeria in Cura Capriano with a wood oven. Great food, very friendly host and reasonable prices. Would go back anytime.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Agriturismo Bon Piumazzo. The owners are so lovely. We felt at home. Breakfast is not provided, but we knew that and had our own kitchen. Our dog Jeylo enjoyed the space - she could run around freely and had fun with the dogs Lady and Bubi. We highly recommend this accommodation to all pet owners and animal lovers. Reception and service by the operator very warm and committed. Excellent tips for eating and breakfast nearby. Room and bathroom are clean and functionally furnished, beds comfortable. Although the Agriturismo is located directly on a very busy road, the night's rest was undisturbed. Agriturismo Bon Piumazzo grows rice. You can buy various varieties of local rice very well.

We stayed one night to visit relatives. Very close to the center of Pavia. Neat and clean rooms. Beautiful and well-kept courtyard. The owner, very helpful, gave us a package of rice from their production as a gift. For nature lovers, there are also the owner's geese and dogs, who are very well-behaved. I highly recommend it.

Strategic location, rooms inside the beautiful and well-kept courtyard, rooms are quiet and welcoming, the owner is splendid and very helpful in recommending restaurants and leisure activities, they have a rice shop inside (excellent). Despite being immersed in nature, the farmhouse is in an optimal location to reach the center of Pavia by car in a few minutes. The environments are very clean and well-kept, the room was really spacious and well-equipped. The girl who welcomed me was very kind and helpful. If I were to return to Pavia, I know very well where to stay! There is also the possibility of buying their own production rice, a great gift idea.

With my family, we found ourselves in an emergency situation without a home. Despite not giving any notice, we were welcomed with extreme kindness and availability by the owners. Always ready to help, they didn't let us lack anything. The two-room apartment offers all the necessary comforts for a family and for anyone who desires space and independence. Just a few minutes from Pavia, it is easy to move around, with the farmhouse located in front of the ring road. The presence of animals and a large space also allowed our daughter to have fun and relax. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a two-room apartment for 2 people. I found a clean, equipped and quiet environment, the apartment is equipped with a hob with utensils and dishes included, a spacious refrigerator with freezer; the kitchen is open space with the living room that includes a 4-seater table, a sofa, television and various furniture. The bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and comfortable, the view of the fields is relaxing and enjoyable. It's worth noting the daily room cleaning and the supply of always clean towels, wi-fi is available. There is a very large and convenient parking lot. The staff is kind and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay in Pavia.

Located in a great position to discover through various itineraries the Pavese (castles, villages, rice fields, Oltrepo wines). The owner of the property is a kind and helpful person. Being also a rice company, I recommend buying rice at their shop (I tried the Carnaroli which turned out to be excellent).

Structure known to the undersigned for about 10 years, located in the outskirts of Pavia (near the headquarters of Riso Scotti) and diligently maintained by the Calcaterra family. Always comfortable and hospitable in a very quiet area. The rice produced by the company is also excellent. The quality-price ratio is really good.

The room and the bathroom are very spacious, with an independent entrance from the courtyard, where there is also space for the car. In the room, there is a minibar and a coffee machine (which we used). The bed is very comfortable and the place is very quiet, perfect for rest. Great value for money since Pavia is a bit expensive town when it comes to hotels. Elisa is very nice, and it was very pleasant to have a chat about her beautiful geese!

Exemplary demonstration of how you can find a beautiful and extremely welcoming place at reduced prices (it would almost be tempting to raise them, since in all of Pavia they are much higher). Obviously, being a structure that does not provide breakfast, you have to organize yourself, but Elisa's smile, the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms, the beauty of the surrounding countryside invite you to relax. It is the second time I stay, always for work, but it will certainly not be the last. Truly exceptional.

Nice, helpful, always friendly management. It's already the second year that we use the facility for the period of an event we participate in at the nearby castle of Belgioso, large and bright rooms, spacious and well-organized apartments and with the view of all the housing solutions on the large garden courtyard, it's easy to make friends with the neighbors and feel at home.

One-night stay as a couple. Beautifully renovated farmhouse. Warm and cozy room with a very large bathroom. Breakfast not included, but the room has a fridge and a coffee machine with capsules. Excellent welcome from Mrs. Elisa who waited for us even outside regular hours. Recommended!

Ideal structure for those who need to stay in the Milan area at modest prices. Comfortable apartments without frills, but very clean and with the possibility to cook. In the morning, you can have a coffee, as breakfast is not provided. The girl who welcomed us was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not easy to find, so rely on Google Maps. I can only recommend it. P.S. rice sale inside the farmhouse, interesting.
