Kobel Rooms is located in the heart of Canove, a picturesque hamlet of Roana, framed by lush pastures and thick forests. This cozy guesthouse is the ideal starting point to explore the beauty of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities, with trails winding around and direct links to the pedestrian and cycling path leading to Asiago. We had such an amazing time. The b&b is clean, warm, tidy, just perfect. The hosting are so kind and they have so much passion in what they do. We went few days ago and we have already booked to stay in June.

I loved our stay at Kobel Rooms. In fact, this is the absolute friendliest host I've ever had the opportunity to enjoy. We asked about local places to eat and were delightfully surprised at what our host offered. Our first lunch encounter was the perfect mix of playground for our 2-year-old daughter and healthy portions of yummy meat right off the grill. But if you want to eat, you better make sure to book early. Next up, we had a lovely dinner at an off-the-beaten-path restaurant you'd never find unless you were a local. The food far exceeded our expectations. The quality-to-price ratio was also perfect for almost any pocketbook. If you're in town, ask about "The Baitina." Our host was also willing to answer any and all our questions. It felt like we were right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Oh, and the beds are some of the most comfy you're going to find.

Beautiful property, comfortable and well cared for down to the smallest details. It is in an excellent location, close to Asiago, reachable on foot via the lovely trenino path that allows you to reach various places and trails. Having a chat with Patrizia and Stefano is always a pleasure, especially listening to their tips about little gems that the Plateau never ceases to offer.

Ci dispiace invece per la percezione di umidità nella stanza: ogni camera è dotata di deumidificatore, che la nostra addetta alle pulizie accende quotidianamente. È possibile che, magari senza volerlo, sia stato spento durante la permanenza. Se ci fosse stato segnalato, avremmo fatto volentieri un controllo per migliorare il comfort.

Patrizia and Stefano were excellent hosts, kind and attentive. The B&B is very beautiful and well-kept. We had a great time: we found a beautiful and comfortable room. The Italian breakfast was excellent. Finally, the gate of the B&B opens directly onto the bike path of the former railway, which makes it a fantastic base for those who want to enjoy the plateau by bike.

The structure is very beautiful, welcoming and clean. The front garden is well maintained, the location is strategic for starting pleasant walks using the little train path without having to use the car. The managers were very friendly and accommodating to various requests.

Patrizia and Stefano were exceptional hosts. Very welcoming, in a place that makes you want to stay inside in the warmth rather than go out. Although in the end, the wonder of the surrounding landscape captivates you to the point of convincing you to face the cold. It was very nice to stay overnight in Canove di Roana, we would gladly come back!

I stayed for one night. I found myself very well. Beautiful house with a garden, great for those with a dog. Well furnished in theme with the mountains. Quiet location but convenient to everything. It is a pity that in the room they gave me there is no wardrobe and a small television, they would be appreciated for longer stays. For the rest, nothing negative to say.

The structure is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The room was very spacious and well cared for in detail. The outside space is useful for relaxation and can also be used to eat something. The only thing that I think they could improve is the breakfast, maybe by adding cakes or packaged croissants, perhaps for the little ones. I absolutely recommend it.

The room we stayed in was very bright and well furnished, in full mountain style, very clean and taken care of in detail! The location of the structure is convenient to any service and overlooks the Asiago/Tresche cycle path. Nice accommodation in a quiet and well-served area of the village. The room and the rest of the common areas of the apartment, furnished with excellent taste, are very clean and equipped with all possible comforts. The basic breakfast is good: every guest finds everything needed to have it in peace and autonomy. Great guesthouse just steps from Asiago! Patrizia welcomed us warmly and with great courtesy, super cozy and comfortable room, excellent cleanliness! Enchanting location, you can take beautiful walks in the surroundings, also a few meters away you can find all the necessary services (bar, bakery, newsstand, grocery store, etc.). Being a guesthouse, breakfast is not provided, but there is a small kitchen where you can find everything you need to eat something (coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, biscuits, rusks, jam, etc.). We returned even after the change to a guest house, we found the same quality, kindness, care, and attention towards the guests. I have stayed several times at this Bed and Breakfast and I have always found it magnificent. Beautiful and clean rooms, managers always ready to answer any question or request. I stayed at this property for 3 nights at the beginning of August, as a couple, and we had a great time. Excellent location to explore the entire plateau and very close to Asiago, you can also walk there with a nice walk or 5 minutes by car. The lady is very friendly and helpful both with requests for breakfast and with tips for itineraries and places to eat. The room and bathroom always clean. I would say it is an excellent base for staying in the plateau.

My job has been to travel and review hotels, inns, B&Bs, and farmhouses for years. Kobel Rooms is an excellent establishment, run with love and spontaneity. Beautiful and cozy place and structure. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owners in a very kind manner and with a nice hot tea and accommodation in a double room. The B&B is very well taken care of in the details, there is a lot of wood, warmth, and fragrance, beautiful the small sitting room heated by an old wood stove with the possibility to read a book from the on-site library. Patrizia, the owner, provides excellent information on where to eat and what to visit in the plateau. We will definitely come back.

Environment and owners very welcoming and helpful. All very well-kept, outdoor space could be improved. Excellent breakfast with homemade products, if we really want to find a flaw, a real cappuccino is missing.

Ours did not have a bathroom in the room, but the layout of the premises ensures that the room and bathroom remain in a private area where there is no passage of strangers. Cozy structure just a stone's throw from the church, nice rooms with good mattresses. Welcoming and friendly managers, Tuva the dog is very shy and obedient, good breakfast also with homemade cake. At the end, a gift of organic jam. Very quiet area, valid recommendations from the owner on where to eat well nearby. To come back.

The B&B is definitely worth a try if you're in the area and a valid alternative to a hotel.\n\nMy partner and I, along with our little dog, were treated like family with great professionalism by Mrs. Patrizia and her husband.\n\nWe were lucky to have breakfast with the snow falling in the background, but considering the B&B's location, it must be spectacular even in the summer as it is close to the meadows; it is not isolated, the main road to Asiago is nearby.\n\nA few meters from the B&B, the cycling/pedestrian path begins for both Asiago and Treschè Conca.\n\nWarm and welcoming room, excellent breakfast.

We are a young couple. We highly recommend this property to nature and animal lovers, you will feel at home both for the structure that gives a great feeling of warmth and for the owners. We had the opportunity to interact with Patrizia, the owner, who is truly a kind and helpful person. Dogs are welcome, in fact, we stayed there with our little dog and had no problems, on the contrary, we were greeted in a festive manner. The owners also have a very good and beautiful dog that socializes willingly with other dogs without any difficulty. The room and bathroom are very clean and with attention to details. A place where we will definitely return.
