Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

- You will then settle the payment upon your arrival by cash.
- The Roma Capitale authority has decided on tourist accomodation tax payments due from the guests of bed and breakfast : 3,50 euros per person for each night spent in bed and breakfast. You will pay accomodation tax upon your arrival by cash
- Smoking is not allowed in the whole property. It is possible only in the balcony.
- Early departures implicate a penalty that is the total amount of the stay.

Devo fare i complimenti a Marco, ragazzo gentile e molto disponibile. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e pulito. Situato vicino alla stazione della metro e anche al lungomare di Ostia. Consigliato. Se torno a Ostia, lo contatterò senz'altro.
