Very nice studio, kind and friendly manager, but for 60 euros per night, upon arrival, we expected at least a bar of soap to wash our hands.

Salve la struttura che vi abbiamo fornito non è un B&B dove è incluso tutto l'occorrente da bagno ma una casa vacanza dove non è previsto la presenza di sapone da bagno. Vorrei aggiungere che non era neanche incluso il servizio taxi.. le signorine sono state accompagnate a casa senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Ma noi facciamo il possibile per aiutare l'ospite. Mi spiace non averla soddisfatta...

Salvatore has been a great host, he made everything very easy and has been a very recommended guide. The flat is very comfortable, I spent a wonderful resting week at his place. Castellammare is a very nice place, Salvatore's recommendations were really helpful from breakfast to aperitif. Next time in Sicily I will definitely make a stop in Castellammare at Salvatore's place. Salvatore, I hope to see you soon, have a good summer.

I stayed for 5 days in this building with my girlfriend. I must say that we had a great time: the apartment is large and full of balconies and terraces that allow for good ventilation even during the summer. The kitchen is functional, as well as the spacious bathroom. The area is quiet and the guaranteed parking inside the courtyard is very convenient. It is very close to the beach and the center and for those who want to travel around a bit, it is in a good position to make a stop being close to tourist destinations such as Trapani, Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Segesta, the Zingaro reserve, etc. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. He even offered us some homemade sweets that were really good. To finish, we also asked for a restaurant recommendation for dinner and in the end we chose "Egesta Mare" which is located right in the center, absolutely recommended: helpful staff, nice place, fresh and well-cooked fish, and fair price. Final rating: 5 out of 5.

We stayed in the Belisario apartment for two weeks in August, we were very satisfied as it reflected the photos sent to us by the owner. The apartment is very clean and located in a quiet and peaceful area just a few minutes walk from the center. The owner, Mr. Salvatore, is a very kind and helpful person and made us feel immediately at home. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to return soon for another unforgettable vacation.

Just spent a week in the Gabbiano attic. What can I say, falling asleep looking at the stars, in total tranquility just steps away from the center, two minutes from the bus terminal and the supermarket. Salvatore, the manager of Fiori d'Arancio apartments, has always shown, since the first contacts, superb relational skills and proven reliability, as well as a marked sense of hospitality, making us feel comfortable from the moment of the airport welcome until the farewell a week later. Unfortunately, the Belisario apartment, located in the town center, fully met our expectations both in terms of livability and impeccable cleanliness. The small, intimate and sheltered gulf beach is simply splendid. Our overall judgment is certainly excellent, we will definitely return with friends. We thank Salvatore for his friendliness and availability, always attentive to our needs and especially generous with culinary and landscape advice. Unforgettable stay.

I would like to emphasize the kindness of the manager. We had a problem not being able to go on vacation during the Christmas period and Salvatore was very kind to move the dates of our vacation to the first week of April without any problem. Truly kind. The apartment fully meets expectations both in terms of livability and impeccable cleanliness. We did not experience any particular noise disturbances; on the contrary, it is very quiet for resting. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the gulf and the surrounding landscape, and it is possible to reach the town center with a walk. If I have to give an overall judgment, I can only say “A splendid stay.” We will return without a doubt. The attic is a true gem. It is equipped with everything. The terrace, then, was the icing on the cake. Tranquility and relaxation are the main words of our stay. We thank Salvatore, the owner, for his friendliness and availability; he is always attentive to our needs but, at the same time, very discreet. Oh, I almost forgot... the second highlight... the fireplace. Highly recommended.
