Modern and clean structure. Spacious room with all the comforts, modern and clean furnished. The location is not central if you are not by car. The only thing I feel like pointing out is that the bakery for breakfast is not very close to the structure and the breakfast is a bit "limited", as already mentioned by others. Overall, everything ok.

Everything good, up to expectations, considering the reasonable cost. The only downside was the breakfast, at the nearby affiliated bar, but only coffee/cappuccino and a croissant were available. I was asked for a supplement for the American coffee! Personally, I always expect a hearty breakfast in b&bs.

I spent 2 nights in this new, comfortable, and spotlessly clean property. The rooms are exactly as seen in the photos, tastefully furnished and, I repeat, impeccable. The kindness, availability, and cordiality of the owners were truly unmatched. We were a group of nine people and everyone was enthusiastic about the choice made. The property, as advertised, is located in a semi-central area but well served; the city center is reachable in 10 minutes. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Matera.

The location was somewhat difficult to find, it was unclear which house number the B&B was at, you couldn't ring the doorbell, the host was difficult to reach by phone. The room was fine.
