The apartment is superb and very well located (right next to Piazza del Campo). It is to be shared with 2 couples. We were lucky to spend a day there alone, a real luxury. The owner comes by in the morning but is not very talkative and welcoming, a small downside therefore, unless you want to be quiet.

We had a good stay, the only downside was that it was not possible to reach the property by car so we had to drag our luggage for at least 2 km. We were not informed about the possibility of accessing the restricted traffic areas ZTL as it was the structure's manager who had to request it from the local police! At least facilitating the loading and unloading of our luggage could be helpful. We might have to pay a fine.

Central location, friendly hosts, simple room with private bathroom with everything you need. We stayed in a double room for New Year's Eve and were lucky to have the entire apartment to ourselves, including a small but functional kitchen. The building is old and full of character. The room was simple but sufficient as a place to sleep. Very clean. A few steps from the main attractions; some pizzerias, restaurants, and cafes within a couple of steps. We walked to and from the train station, having only a backpack. It was doable and a great way to see more of the city. It takes 30 - 45 minutes, depending on the speed. I wouldn't recommend it with suitcases or trolleys. The price we paid was perhaps a bit above the value of the place, but it was on vacation, so understandable. We also checked out very late the next day, so we can't complain. The street directly below can become noisy with all the shops and people wandering around, but this didn't bother us too much for a one-night stay. For people with sensitive ears, I recommend earplugs. This place can be a good temporary solution even for those looking for a more stable home. Overall, a very positive experience for us. Would stay again!

Ideal for a long weekend, right in the center, very comfortable, clean, with many local places around to taste Sienese specialties. Great price.

Perfect location for those who have commitments in the university area and surroundings. The manager is a truly splendid and very helpful person. I highly recommend it.
