Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Monferrato hills, our B&B offers a warm and family-friendly welcome in one of the most picturesque places in the Langa Astigiana. It is family-run, and we, Mario and Marisa, are proud to introduce our guests not only to the authenticity of our territory but also to the stories and traditions that make it unique. Mario, a local, and Marisa, from Vicenza, have combined their experiences to create an environment where every visitor can feel at home.

The three rooms, spacious and bright, reflect our personal style and desire to provide a comfortable retreat. The breakfast room is a cozy corner where guests can enjoy local delicacies while immersing themselves in readings dedicated to cultural and gastronomic itineraries. Here, guests can also find a space dedicated to relaxation and planning their adventures in the surrounding area.

Our B&B has independent access, allowing guests maximum freedom during their stay. Upon arrival, a key is provided to ensure unrestricted returns. Among the sustainable features of our space, water is generated through a photovoltaic system, and an outdoor charging station for e-bikes and electric vehicles is available.

Located just 2 km from the Valsarmassa Nature Park, our B&B is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, or Nordic walking excursions. The world-famous Cantina Vinchio Vaglio, renowned internationally for its wines, is nearby. 5 km away, the Terme di Agliano offers an oasis of wellness with treatments for respiratory health.

We are excited to share with guests pathways to discover historic wineries and vineyards, such as the fascinating Underground Cathedrals of Canelli, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, particularly the Bosca Cellars, with which we have a collaborative relationship.

Our breakfast, prepared with care and passion, includes local delicacies and fresh products, such as seasonal fruits from our garden. Every morning, guests can enjoy a selection of sweet breakfasts, including moka coffee, croissants, yogurt, and typical sweets, in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. With our desire to make every stay special, we are committed to offering simple and sincere hospitality so that every visitor can take home a piece of our land and its flavors.

I stayed with my family for one night during the weekend and we had a great time. I especially highlight the welcoming and hospitality of Mario and Marisa, the excellent breakfast, the order and cleanliness of the rooms. In the heart of Barbera d'Asti in a wonderful natural setting of my beloved Piemonte.

We arrived on Saturday and were greeted with great kindness, then they showed us the rooms and they were really lovely, very clean, tidy, ours with a very large bathroom. The next day we had a nice breakfast in the rustic room with truly many good and very fresh things. Like at home. Ten out of ten. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Ratti!

We were greeted by the very kind owners who booked dinner for us at a very characteristic restaurant in Nizza Monferrato. The room is warm and welcoming, the bathroom clean and spacious. A quiet and peaceful house. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Excellent homemade jam by Mrs. Marisa. Also excellent were the tips that Mario and Marisa gave us for the day's itinerary. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I came to Piemonte for truffles and I took the opportunity to stay a few days in Monferrato. In Vinchio, specifically at Ca' d'Rot, a B&B run by friendly and nice people (Federica and Marisa). The room is warm and welcoming, very clean with a comfortable en-suite bathroom. In the morning, in an environment that makes you feel at home, an excellent breakfast is served. The rest you come and discover yourselves, and don't forget to ask for recommendations on which wineries to visit to taste the excellent wines of the area.

I stayed at this property with my girlfriend on the occasion of the Festivals, after having already been to the Asparago Saraceno festival that takes place in May, in the village of Vinchio. We returned because the hospitality is unique, the managers are very helpful and friendly (which is not trivial!), the rooms are clean and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and the breakfast room is warm and family-friendly! The hills of Monferrato are magnificent and the itineraries are numerous, let's say we would like to return because we did not have time to visit everything that Marisa and Mario suggested to us! We thank our new friends and hope to visit you soon.

I stayed at Casa Ratti in June 2012 while passing through after a vacation in France with a group of eight cycling friends. Marisa, the owner, welcomed us with friendliness and a good glass of Barbera, then guided us on a visit to Canelli and the Bosca winery with its famous "underground cathedrals". The location is quiet, the rooms are very welcoming, and the breakfast is varied and abundant as requested by athletes. The time available was short, but given the positive experience, we proposed to return to Ca' d'Rot for a stay entirely dedicated to cycling excursions in the beautiful hills of the surroundings.

Hello, I am Caterina. I stayed at Ca' d'rot in June 2012. I had a really good time. The rooms are beautiful and welcoming and the breakfast in the morning caters to all tastes. The owners Marisa and Mario are welcoming and helpful people and they make themselves available to show the surrounding places of the B&B, such as the beautiful historic wineries of Canelli, which I personally found very beautiful. The area is so vast that I was not able to visit it all, so I will return to Ca' d'rot to finish visiting it and to be again in the company of the Ratti family.
