Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 180 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-out For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - pets of any size by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times - Garden - A one-time additional cost of 30 € for final cleaning - Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €
Nettes kleines Bnb direkt am Gardasee. Die Lage ist super und die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Der Seeblick vom Zimmer und vom Pool waren toll! Die Betreiberin war sehr freundlich. Parkplätze gibt es.
