Stealthy and autonomous welcome because the owners have a restaurant nearby. Clean, very large and tidy guest room. Self-service and quiet breakfast. Location close to the city center and quiet.

Very clean and bright room. Well located a stone's throw from the center. Easy to park in the surroundings. Unfortunately, breakfast was made up of products that were too sweet and industrial, lacking fresh bread, for example, or unsweetened cereals. 10% discount at the family restaurant for B&B guests (which I highly recommend).

Welcoming structure even though there is a language barrier. Very well located.

A lovely room with bathroom near the center (bars, restaurants, shopping) and the port of Palau. Everything is new, well decorated with nice materials. Compliments for the breakfast with fresh and quality products. A big thank you to our host for everything and especially for his availability and responsiveness. We will come back with pleasure!

Nous n'avons pas pu y séjourner à cause d'un malentendu par mail (et par téléphone) puisque les propriétaires nous ont confondu avec un autre groupe de clients (pas très pro déjà). Cela aurait pu être excusable s'il n'y avait pas eu l'attitude déplorable des propriétaires. Nous avons été accueillis par la femme de ménage qui nous a installé dans notre présumée chambre composée de 3 lits. Cela lui paraissant étrange puisque nous n'étions que 2, elle a appelé la propriétaire qui lui a confirmé que c'était bien notre chambre. Nous sommes donc partis toute la journée et à notre retour, nous avons étés accueillis par la propriétaire furieuse qui sans chercher le pourquoi du comment nous a sommés de partir en disant que c'était inadmissible, comme quoi nous n'avions pas réservés (comme si nous allions nous installer tranquillement dans une chambre d'un B&B sans avoir réservé). Je lui ai donc montré les mails que nous nous étions échangés et elle m'a dit que j'avais raison. Son ton s'étant alors radouci, elle nous a proposé d'être hébergés par un couple de ses amis vivant en face qui avaient heureusement une chambre de libre. M'étant sentie agressée alors que je n'étais pas en faute, le ton est un peu monté et la propriétaire m'a soudain proposé de m'offrir les 3 nuits que nous étions censés passer chez elle, en un geste "commercial". J'ai accepté et nous avons passés 3 jours agréables dans le B&B en face qui était censé s'être mis d'accord avec les propriétaires de le Coccinelle sur l'arrangement financier. Le dernier jour je reçois un appel du mari de la propriétaire de le Coccinelle qui, avec un ton très amical, me propose de nous rencontrer pour expliquer le malentendu. Suspicieuse, j'ai tout de même accepté et à notre rencontre, le propriétaire, plus amical du tout, me crie à nouveau dessus et me dis (je cite) que je suis une "fourbe" et qù'il va appeler la police (peut être a t-il pensé qù'il pouvait nous impressionner puisque nous sommes un couple de "petits jeunes"). Je lui explique donc l'arrangement que nous avions décidé avec sa femme mais visiblement ça ne lui allait pas du tout. Ce n'est que lorsque je lui ai dis que nous avions de l'argent pour payer à l'origine et que nous n'étions pas des voleurs qù'il s'est calmé et a reconnu que l'erreur était en grande partie sienne. Cela étant, il nous a fait payer 2 nuits sur 3 au final. Si je poste ce commentaire c'est simplement pour signaler mon indignation par rapport à l'attitude agressive et sournoise des deux propriétaires de Le Coccinelle qui n'ont pas du tout chercher à comprendre le malentendu ou à trouver calmement une solution, ce qui aurait été beaucoup plus humain et professionnel. Cela s'oppose totalement aux attitudes que nous avons pu rencontrer dans tous les autres B&B où nous sommes allés et nous avons été très déçus.

B&B muy bien ubicado en Palau. Habitaciones limpias, con aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente y una pequeña nevera para conservar los frescos. El wifi tenía muy buena señal. Desayuno pobre en cuanto a calidad (bollería industrial y biscotes de pan). No eran productos frescos. La dueña muy amable y servicial.

Very satisfied with the excellent Bed and Breakfast, I highly recommend it. I was on a motorcycle and in the evening I was always in the well-guarded inner courtyard. Thank you very much for the welcome.

Too bad about the breakfast, with only one fresh item (cake or croissants) and a few other packaged, mediocre products.

It is an excellent bed and breakfast. The manager is attentive to all needs. My wife and I were pleased to have been guests at Le Coccinelle.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Coccinelle B&B. The breakfast lacks the savory option, but for those who prefer sweet: excellent! Clean! Lovely. I would recommend it.

New room very clean, great location to move around, 5 minutes walk from the port, parking is easily found on the street. The cleaning lady is really lovely. Thank you!

Great location, plentiful breakfast, helpful and kind owners!

The facility is ideally located for those, like us, who needed to stay near the train station, from where the next morning the departure of the Green Train to Lago del Liscia and Tempio Pausania was scheduled. However, the position is also optimal for those who need to rent a dinghy at the small port, which is a maximum of 10 minutes away by foot (the main street of the town is 80 meters away), take the ferry to La Maddalena or tour the beaches and tourist attractions of the area. The only downside, it is not easy to find parking near the facility, except in the external square of the station, if lucky. The owner Pina is friendly and very helpful, if you dine at her restaurant-pizzeria 'Sa Pinta' (about 200 meters away if you cross the train tracks) she does not hesitate to give you a welcome loyalty discount. Excellent and abundant breakfast with fresh pastries and artisanal sweets, fruit and yogurt, daily towel change, possibility to hang out in the inner courtyard of the facility.

Great location, very nice and clean rooms, quiet. Excellent welcome, daily room cleaning with linen change. Abundant Italian breakfast with fresh sweet products (maybe I would add or provide some bread and savory options for foreigners). If I were to return to Palau, I would definitely try to book at Le Coccinelle again. Thank you.

The Bed and Breakfast is located in a central area, just a few meters from the main street where you can easily find supermarkets, small shops for souvenirs, ice cream parlors, and bars. Despite its strategic location, the area is very quiet even at night. In 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the harbor area, full of bars and restaurants. The owners of Le Coccinelle also have a great restaurant, Sa Pinta. Mrs. Pina is always very helpful, kind, and easily reachable. The breakfast is abundant and varied, the cleanliness of the premises is good, and the cleaning lady is an angel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean room, varied and abundant breakfast. For us, who were moving around with public transport, the location of Le Coccinelle was excellent, right in the center but in a quiet and not noisy area. Mrs. Pina always available for every need. Excellent value for money, I recommend it.

Posizione ottimale per visitare in libertà il golfo della Maddalena con le sue fantastiche spiagge e insenature, compresa l'isola di Caprera. Stanza accogliente, pulitissima e con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Il gestore si è mostrato accogliente e attento alle esigenze. Consigliatissimo.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo! Struttura vicino al centro con possibilità di parcheggio nel cortile interno. Accogliente e pulita, la proprietaria e la signora delle pulizie gentili e disponibili. Colazione abbondante e varia.

Ottima posizione, la stanza è abbastanza grande, ben arredata, pulita e climatizzata. Tutta la struttura è molto carina e pulita e a due passi dal porto, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Buona anche la colazione. Gentilissima ed accogliente la signora Pina che gestisce anche un buonissimo ristorante pizzeria all'ingresso di Palau (Sa Pinta).

Questa struttura ha un aspetto delizioso, pulita e ordinata. È in pratica al centro: vicino al porto, vicino alla strada principale e vicino ai ristoranti. La padrona è gentilissima, disponibile e possiede anche un ristorante a pochi passi che è semplicemente eccellente. La struttura pulita, la colazione abbondante, hai la possibilità di farti un buon caffè ogni volta che lo desideri perché la cucina è sempre aperta. Sicuramente se dovrò tornare a Palau opterò nuovamente per questo B&B.

Struttura molto ben gestita dalla Signora Pina sempre disponibile ed accogliente. Nelle vicinanza anche un ottimo ristorante gestito dalla stessa proprietaria del B&B.

Ottima location di una pulizia eccezionali! Cortesia e molta libertà di movimento come a casa propria! Colazione ricca e varia. La cosa che è piaciuta di più è proprio la possibilità di farsi tutto da soli. In due giorni non abbiamo avuto modo di approfondire come la signora del B&B gestisca cambi di lenzuola e asciugamani, ma il profumo di entrambi e l’ordine, lascia intendere davvero molta cura. Posizione a 500 nr dal centro di Palau in viale silenzioso e con ampie possibilità di parcheggio.

Ottimo B&B, centralissimo vicino al porto per raggiungere la Maddalena e le sue meravigliose spiagge così come quelle di Palau! ottima colazione anche con brioche s calde e dolcetti sardi!| pulizia perfetta lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati ogni 2 giorni! consigliatissimo!

All'arrivo siamo rimaste fuori per circa 20 minuti nonostante avessimo telefonato dall'aeroporto per avvisare; non abbiamo avuto nessuna dritta su come muoverci o cosa vedere, anche perché non abbiamo più visto il gestore fino al giorno della partenza -dopo aver cercato invano di contattarlo dal giorno precedente. La colazione era pessima, merendine da discount e fette biscottate vecchie di chissà quando, infatti, dopo il primo giorno l'abbiamo fatta sempre al bar. Per finire, abbiamo dovuto dare il saldo in contanti e, dopo averla chiesta, abbiamo avuto una ricevuta che non so quanto possa valere ai fini fiscali. È pur vero che quest'ultima cosa la sapevamo fin dall'inizio, ma non abbiamo trovato altro. Esperienza da non rifare.

Siamo stati benissimo, Grazie alla Signora Pina. il posto è molto vicino al centro che si può raggiungere a piedi. Ottima la Pulizia e la Colazione. Silenziosa e accogliente. Pensiamo di ritornare. Grazie.

Posto molto tranquillo a 2 passi dal paese, la proprietaria è una persona molto disponibile e cordiale, le camere sono comode e sempre profumate, WiFi gratuito e la colazione fai da te.
