Everything was great, nice and big room, friendly Giovanni as a host, the kitchen in the room was well equipped and there was also sugar, salt, olive oil. Separated bins. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Umbrellas were on site (not needed). A coffee maker was available for free in the entrance hall.

We had a very pleasant stay at the property; it is very beautiful, clean and spacious. It is conveniently located within a short walk of Alghero town centre and Maria Pia beach, as well as public transport. Giovanni was always very kind and quick to respond to our requests. The only aspect that could be improved is the internal sound insulation between the apartments, but with a bit of consideration and respect from everyone it is not a problem.

I highly recommend this property: above all for the helpfulness and kindness of the owner, Giovanni. The location is strategic for the beach, about 50 m away, and for supermarkets and Alghero's historic center. The property is very welcoming and clean; you feel at home.

Great location, historic center 15 minutes on foot. Beach Maria Pia likewise. The studio had everything needed. Very helpful owner.

Located in a nice spot near the sea, 10 minutes from the airport and healthcare facilities. Everything is beautiful, clean, and very helpful and kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

I really recommend everyone to stay in this apartment: very nice and well-equipped. My friends and I made the right choice, we felt very good and comfortable. Giovanni is super helpful and open to all requests, he was very kind.

The studio apartment where we stayed was really perfect! The location of Marisal Accommodation is great, close to the sea, a 15-minute walk from the center and with several services nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarket). The studio was spacious and very clean, equipped with everything necessary and more. The manager proved to be kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it for the quality-price ratio and for a fantastic stay in Alghero!
