Elegant apartment in the historic center in a historical building of Naples, Via Duomo. The apartment is on 2 levels. Downstairs living area with kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and bathroom with shower with hydromassage. Upstairs open space with king size sofa bed and the possibility of adding a single bed or cot. The room has a dresser and closet. In the apartment any comfort. Smart TV, microwave, refrigerator. and fully equipped kitchen, you will also have an en suite bathroom kit, hair dryer and towels. Basically everything you need for a dream vacation.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Per il primo viaggio a Napoli credo non avremmo potuto scegliere di meglio. Ottimi ambiente, accoglienza, premura e disponibilità della Signora Venere e del marito: cordialità, simpatia, affabilità. Ottima la posizione della struttura. Impeccabile il servizio di pulizia. Camera accogliente con servizi nuovi, puliti e ottimamente funzionali. Come abbiamo concluso la permanenza? "Grazie. Gestori gentili e disponibili a fornire tutte le informazioni utili al soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova a piano terra di un cortile interno di un palazzo antico, non ha alcuna finestra. Il divano letto ha un materasso molto scomodo.

Siccome per noi l'ospite è sacro..... materasso printamente sostituito.... Non ci sono finestre sull esterno ma sovraporta però avete (fore nn ce ne siete accorti) un impianto vcm aria sempre pulita.....

Posizione comodissima proprio dove inizia spaccanapoli, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Camere belle e pulite, con vista sulla piazzetta. La. signora Venere è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, dandoci consigli sui posti da visitare. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio.

Ottima struttura, dotata di tutti i confort. È posizionata in una zona strategica per poter visitare tutta la parte storica della città, anche a piedi. Colazione ottima e abbondante, in un bar a pochi metri dal B&B. I gestori sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, il b&b, molto pulito e curato, si trova in una posizione strategica per muoversi senza problemi nel cuore della città. I gestori sono stati davvero gentili e sono venuti incontro ad ogni mia esigenza. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Posizione ottima per tutto ciò che vuoi vedere a Napoli. La sig ra Venere e la sua famiglia sono stati disponibili, cordiali e di un’ospitalità incredibile. Al mattino ci portavano il caffè in stanza e nel mini frigor non mancava mai una bottiglia da 2 litri d acqua (visto il caldo) La stanza molto bella e moderna, pulita sempre quotidianamente. Sicuramente da ritornare. Consigliatissimo.

Il caffè la mattina in realtà non è un servizio ma una coccola che riservo ai miei sempre graditi ospiti. La colazione si effettua in caffetteria perché lo riteniamo sicuro inoltre riteniamo dare più libertà e finora la maggioranza degli ospiti ne è stata felice. Premetto la signora Venere una persona molto carina ma, c'è un ma. Ho soggiornato da lei riservandomi una camera alquanto angusta perchè molto piccola ma sopratutto senza finestra. Si entra da un piccolo balcone di ringhiera. Anche se la camera era molto pulita e anche con delle accortezze non da tutti, però il fatto che non abbia una finestra può creare dei problemi. La posizione è ottima. Consiglio alla signora Venere di rivedere il prezzo della stanza.

La camera ha una porta finestra e la Sua grandezza è una grandezza standard x 2 Ospiti anche perché non abbiamo lesinato sul bagno. Venere è una host davvero molto disponibile e cordiale, sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Le camere sono molto grandi e pulite. La posizione del b&b è perfetta per girare il centro della città.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura in estate con il mio ragazzo. É stato un soggiorno eccellente, la posizione centrale della struttura ci ha permesso di raggiungere i siti idi nostro interesse con estrema facilità e la vicinanza a bar e ristoranti ci ha permesso di saltare fuori fino a tarda sera. Venere, la proprietaria é stata gentilissima e si é resa molto disponibile alle nostre richieste. Alla mattina ci ha portati persino il caffè in camera! La colazione invece era prevista al bar in stile napoletano con cappuccino e dolce a scelta. La struttura di design e molto pulita, si é rivelata un'ottima scelta per un'esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente al più presto, Covid permettendo. Un caro saluto

Proprietari gentilissimi che ti fanno sentire a casa e pronti a risolvere qualsiasi, eventuale, problema. Stanze ampie, comode e pulitissima. Posizione centralissima, si scende e si è praticamente a Centro Storico di Napoli e a tutte le sue maggiori attrazioni. Consigliatissimo

Ottima sistemazione in pieno centro storico; struttura accogliente e curata, camera spaziosa, bagno comodo e nuovo, gestori molto cortesi e super disponibili. Colazione in un bar a poche decine di metri. Davvero carina l'idea dell'aperitivo di benvenuto e del caffè portato in camera ogni mattina, piccole premure che fanno la differenza. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Eccellente struttura ubicata nel cuore del centro antico di Napoli a due passi da San Gregorio Armeno. Le camere, estremamente pulite, sono curate nei minimi dettagli: nulla è lasciato al caso. I titolari Venere e Roberto sono stati ineccepibili sia per l'accoglienza che la disponibilità. Ottima colazione offerta in un elegante bar adiacente al Duomo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Bed and Breakfast per una settimana insieme alle nostre famiglie. Posto magnifico, ospitale, comodo per girare Napoli a piedi !
