Our B & B is located in Florence, city of art, a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, in a quiet location where you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view in Semi-central area. "Salviati Dimora" is a prestigious dwelling that brings to life the emotions of the past, a hotel with a unique and unmistakable style, an old building where the echoes of the past meet the comfort of the present.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €4.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

Bella struttura, gestione efficiente e cortese. Ottima pulizia. Unico difetto la posizione, la via che costeggia la struttura è molto trafficata e le camere verso questa via sono molto disturbate.
