The establishment, which welcomed its first guests in the late 1960s, is the result of three generations dedicated to hospitality. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you need to be comfortable, including air conditioning, a mini fridge and small TV. The host was incredibly helpful in all aspects. She went above and beyond to help us with some transportation troubles we had. The property feels quiet and remote but there is a ferry port nearby and a village with restaurants and pubs is 12 minutes way by foot.

We highly recommend staying at Villa Mayoti. The room has everything that may be needed during the stay, and it offers a lake view from the balcony. Pleasant and cozy atmosphere in the Villa, and very nice and helpful hosts. The location about 7 minutes by foot from the lake is also a big advantage of this place.

Simply perfect. We spent 3 nights at Villa Mayoti. Very nice welcome! The room is clean and comfortable, with a terrace and a view over the olive fields and part of the lake. Perfect for parking and a very good breakfast. Personally, I loved the location of the Villa for its natural side. The beach of Pisenze is not far and neither is the village of Manerba. What a view over Lake Garda! It's amazing to be able to enjoy such a view for this price.\n\nEverything is perfect or almost perfect; just a small lack of storage space. A shelf under the bathroom mirror and a real wardrobe would have been nice.\n\nFor the rest, absolutely nothing to say: the house is lovely, cleanliness without any reproach, the people are pleasant, what more to say than a big thank you.

Thank you for the very pleasant and beautiful stay at Villa Mayoti. The rooms are extremely clean and quiet, everything is as described. Small suggestion for improvement: possibly offer for a fee breakfast with cold cuts / cheeses or eggs - we would have paid for it! Otherwise: highly recommended.

The Villa Mayoti property is superbly located, just a few minutes from the lake. It boasts a magnificent view, peace, and great hospitality. We were only offered a sweet breakfast, however, we did not inquire about the possibility of getting savory options. It wasn't a big deal for us.

It was a wonderful time at Villa Mayoti. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The room was clean and there were no complaints. The surroundings are quiet, although you quickly reach the center (5 minutes on foot). The fact that the entire house, including the parking area, is within enclosed grounds gives a very good feeling. When we come back, we will definitely stay longer as we have rested very well. We were very satisfied with our room. It was cleaned daily, fresh towels were provided daily, and the bed was made fresh daily. The refrigerator, TV, and air conditioning were up to date (Unfortunately, there were only Italian TV channels, but with 150 channels :-)). The bathroom was clean and very well-equipped, with a toilet, bidet, shower, large sink, towel warmer, and even a towel dryer for the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the furnishings matched well. Even Wi-Fi was available for free. If the room had had a telephone, it would have easily met the 3-star standard in Germany. You can tell that the B&B is quite new and well-maintained! The sweet breakfast was great, with delicious jam, Nutella, honey, butter, and a coffee machine offering a variety of good coffee specialties. The cleanliness of the entire house is really noteworthy! The friendliness with which we were received was also remarkable! Even though it's a bit out of the way, we only had a 5-minute walk to a small but nice beach near the small harbor. Good, affordable, and tasty restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk. We will gladly return and highly recommend this property, as the price-performance ratio was really good.

The house and the operators are top-notch. I have been coming to Manerba for 29 years and I am thrilled with what Villa Mayoti offers for the money. Although a bit out of the way, still highly recommended. When it rained at night, the house's boss even put our scooters in a dry place or covered my locked motorcycle with a tarpaulin. Great service!

We only stayed one night in this villa in June. A very quiet place, suitable for relaxing in the silence of the countryside away from all the confusion by the lake. It only lacked a hairdryer to dry my hair, which would have been helpful. The breakfast more than adequately met our needs, perhaps a bit lacking in typical savory products, maybe local, to satisfy the needs of foreigners. The owners are very kind.

Great base for visiting Lake Garda. Well-maintained structure, very clean, residential area surrounded by greenery, quiet and peaceful. The room is comfortable, with a nice livable terrace overlooking the lake. Close to the center of Manerba and the Dusano port, which can be reached on foot with pleasant walks. Parking space inside the structure. Breakfast could be improved, but it's really a trifle compared to the rest, largely positive. I will come back and I recommend it.

Stay at Villa Mayoti was perfect! Quiet location a stone's throw from Lake Manerba and close to Desenzano del Garda. Positioned near a nature reserve where you can go hiking and walking. We slept in one of the lake view rooms, clean, modern, with everything you need for a comfortable stay with comfortable bed and pillows. Kindness and availability from the owner, good and abundant breakfast. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I stayed for two days with my girlfriend at Villa Mayoti and we had a fantastic weekend. The property is easily accessible by car and has a private parking inside. The room is beautiful, with a private balcony offering a fantastic view of Lake Garda, air conditioning, mini fridge, and TV. I particularly want to highlight the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property and in our room. Covid protocols followed and respected. The host was kind and very helpful with us. Fantastic location with a breathtaking lake view, a large garden divided into two where even the owners with animals will find peace. Excellent cleaning, excellent parking inside the residence and a varied breakfast to please everyone. The landlady of the house is very prepared and ready to answer all your questions. We stayed at Villa Mayoti for only one night but we had a great time. Clean room equipped with everything necessary, with a beautiful view of the lake. Michela was immediately available to give us suggestions on places to visit and where to spend the evening. Very beautiful structure, located in a wonderfully quiet place and at the same time close to everything. A few steps from it, in fact, you can reach the beach and the shore restaurants. Also there, there is the port of Dusano, from which you can reach various interesting stops by ferry, such as Sirmione, Salò, Desenzano del Garda at affordable prices. By car, a few km away you can reach the Pisenze beach, the Baia Bianca beach both spectacular, as well as the Rocca di Manerba which offers an unmissable view. In short, the structure is very comfortable both for those looking for a place to relax, and for those who want to discover new destinations and have fun. Finally, the owner is very nice and available to provide information about the place. My husband and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

Very nice B&B. Spacious rooms, good cleanliness. For breakfast, I would recommend a few more variations. The property is located near the nature reserve, which I highly recommend going to see. A path to be done only on foot, a walk of maximum 15 minutes, a slightly winding path to be done with suitable shoes. From the property, you can visit many beautiful places around Lake Garda.

We had a great time at this property. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of the room and, although simple, the attention to details. Wifi, air conditioning, and TV are available for those interested; we are not particularly concerned about these things. The breakfast is also very good in terms of quality/price ratio; we had more or less the same breakfast as we have at home, so it was fine. The property is surrounded by a green oasis, in a quiet yet convenient location. The owner is very kind. A place to go back to.

Immersed in the green and lush plain overlooking Porto Dusano, with the Rocca di Manerba almost standing guard, the B&B Villa Mayoti immediately stands out for a not insignificant feature, that of being completely enveloped in silence, in the silence of nature, given its location, in the silence that embraces the house, also a result of the courteous and very kind discretion of the owners. All this and more (the functionality of its rooms, well-cleaned, tidy and pleasant, the simple but tasty and abundant breakfast, the prompt availability of the Poli Family to meet the various needs of the guests) make this small B&B an ideal place to spend a few days in this portion of Lake Garda where history, traditions, faith, and culture intertwine in a unique and very valuable way. Surely, if we are given the opportunity to return to Garda, we will definitely stay again at B&B Villa Mayoti, a family-run structure that we highly recommend to all those who want to stay in these splendid lands!

Villa Mayoti has been renovated, it is located just outside the center of Montinelle. Good location to reach the beach, the center is easily reachable in two minutes. It is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. The managers are reserved and very kind. Excellent for visiting Lake Garda, with a very good value for money. Recommended, I will come back.
