We spent wonderful days in this beautiful apartment on Lake Garda! The location is perfect: convenient for reaching all the main points of interest in the area, yet in a peaceful, relaxing setting. We stayed two nights in one of the rooms of the property, room with bathroom, clean, elegantly furnished, equipped with everything you need, spacious bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast is served in the room, there is a small machine with pods to make cappuccino or coffee, the croissants are left by the lady in front of the door. The windows of our room faced a fairly busy street, but this did not particularly disturb us, we slept peacefully. The managers are very friendly, and they are also the owners of the nice shop located on the ground floor, very nice, the son runs the pub in the same building, a pub that is worth trying.

The structure is new and well managed. The owners are wonderful, very kind. The breakfast includes soft and delicious fresh pastries. The coffee machine in the room can be managed however you like, and there is a minibar available. The air conditioning is efficient, the bed is comfortable and spacious. In short, it is wonderful. The only small downside is that they do not clean the room, but you can overlook that if you stay one or two nights. We will definitely return.

Although we stayed for only two days, we were welcomed with great courtesy and availability. Stay above expectations. We had booked a smaller apartment, but due to some works, Mrs. Umberta, a delightful and friendly person, to avoid the inconvenience of noises from the roof works, hosted us in the larger structure, with a little terrace. Wonderful the entrance garden leading to the house, immersed in greenery and surrounded by beautiful flowers. Clean apartment equipped with all comforts, TV and air conditioning in all rooms; huge bathroom with shower and bathtub with very soft and fragrant towels. Perfect location to visit the lake, very close to Peschiera. Lastly, not to underestimate the proximity to the pub "the bench" that offers delicious sandwiches and beer. In conclusion, we recommend it to those who want to spend a sweet vacation by the lake, pampered by Mrs. Umberta.

Praiseworthy. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms as 2 families with children: we were wonderfully. The place is beautiful and in a strategic position for any point of interest that can be a tourist, commercial, theme parks area. The rooms are spacious, bright, beautiful to see and well cared for in every detail, clean and equipped with every comfort. The courtyard is lovely. I stayed with my family in the apartment from the 5th to the 13th of July to visit the lake areas and enjoy the desired and beloved Gardaland, the latter just 5 minutes away by car (from the window we could see the tip of the roller coasters). The short distance from the amusement park was truly a blessing... after an intense day at Gardaland, getting behind the wheel for many kilometers to return home is not ideal. Fantastic experience, rarely do you find B&Bs at this level. Structure with brand new furnishings, soundproof windows, meticulous cleanliness, services, welcome, and perfect treatment for our entire stay. Street parking for cars, public and free, right below the B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Umberta who pampered us throughout the period and at the same time with extreme professionalism respected our privacy, making us feel at home. She didn't let us miss anything... B&B with a hotel service. Coffee machine with various capsules for all tastes (coffee, tea, milk coffee, chocolate), welcome drinks, fresh croissants every morning, clean sheets and towels always available, air conditioning in the rooms. In short, we were amazed because we have never experienced such a scrupulous abundance of services from a B&B. The presence of a pub below our accommodation did not bother us at all... a pub also frequented by families with teenagers like ours... I must say, on the evening of the Italian victory at the European football championships, we also celebrated with the pub customers. In short, it was a beautiful experience and we will definitely return to this beautiful B&B. Thank you and see you soon Mrs. Umberta!

Although this bed and breakfast is located in a small hamlet, it is only a five-minute drive from the town of Peschiera del Garda, with the possibility of reaching all the renowned centers of southern Garda (Sirmione, Desenzano) and eastern Garda (Lazise, Bardolino, Garda) in a short time. We stayed in the apartment with four people and we had a great time. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the scented linens and towels in different colors. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed to make tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, and in the fridge, there were drinks available to us. And to top it all off, the lady made us find fresh brioches every morning and, on Easter morning, a beautiful package of little eggs with wishes. The owners are exceptional and helpful people. The location is very convenient to reach the lake in a short time.

We stayed 2 nights in the attic (5/6 beds) very nice, clean and tastefully furnished. The structure has a very fragrant beautiful garden and a small terrace, very romantic. Every morning the owner, Mrs. Umberta, brings fresh artisanal brioches chosen the day before. Breakfast can be prepared with the typical Italian espresso. Unfortunately, there is no kitchenette to heat milk or make a herbal tea, but I think that by asking everything can be solved. Great welcome and availability (given our arrival time at 23.30). We found the air conditioning on and a welcome minibar. In the end, we also received a sweet surprise from the lady for the happiness of our little one. I really recommend the structure for the location, cleanliness, elegance of the premises, and the price!

We stayed in the Attic for only one night. We were 4 adults and a child and I must say that we had a great time. The attic is very well furnished and really comfortable. Entering the gate, there is a beautiful garden that creates a lovely atmosphere of tranquility. The attic has a double bedroom with a bathroom and another room with three single beds connected to the living room with a sofa and television. There is a breakfast corner with a coffee machine. The apartment also has a beautiful little balcony. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and kind and did not let us miss anything: in the morning she made us find fresh croissants outside the door bought by herself and made some fresh drinks available for free (juice, coca cola, and water). Highly recommended even for those going to Gardaland, as it is less than a 10-minute drive away. Really low price for those traveling in a group especially considering the structure and the service received.

It's the second year I stay at this bed and breakfast with my family and I must say that every year I feel better and better. We stayed in both apartments and I must say that they are really spacious, comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished with quality. They are equipped with all the necessary services: air conditioning, dishes for those who want to use the kitchenette, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices, water and excellent croissants always very fresh every morning. The owners are truly kind and courteous, they never let you miss anything and are always super available. The location is very close to Peschiera and the parks. An excellent strategic point to visit the various countries of the lake while staying away from the chaos and traffic. Highly recommended.

We spent a weekend at Gardaland and the B&B St. Patrick's House turned out to be ideal for our short stay. Everything was in its place, an order and a disarming decor with impeccable details and finishes. I would have gladly stayed longer. The wonderful and welcoming hosts made us find the apartment equipped with towels and linens with refined and fragrant taste, soaps, detergents, coffee, drinks, and everything needed for breakfast. Sleeping in that kind of bed without the presence of pressures was refreshing especially after the tiredness of a whole day out. 10 seems the minimum for the quality and a more than fair price. I will definitely come back for more weekends.

We stayed for two nights in the double room and we had a great time. The room is very beautiful, spacious, clean and with brand new furnishings and finishes. For breakfast in the room, there is a machine/kettle available with various pods, toast, jams and biscuits. In addition, the owner provided us with fresh croissants in the morning. There is also a mini fridge with some bottles of water and drinks (much appreciated and essential in high season). The B&B is in a great location, very close to all the most beautiful towns and areas of the lake such as Sirmione, Desenzano, Peschiera, Bardolino etc.. The managers were welcoming, kind and very helpful, especially regarding arrival/departure times, allowing us to better manage our time. We stayed in the spacious and comfortable attic of this delightful bed and breakfast. We highly recommend it to families who want to go to Gardaland without spending too much: it is very close and easy to reach, clean and quiet, spacious and comfortable. In the bathroom there is also a hairdryer not specified on the website. The owner is very kind and does everything to make the stay unforgettable: she added a cot to the 5 beds already present (to prevent my two youngest children from sleeping uncomfortably) and the second morning she even managed to get us a krapfen donut for my son who doesn't eat croissants! I don't give the highest rating to the structure only because it lacks an elevator to allow access to the disabled, but otherwise everything is perfect.

After encountering with my husband and my two "small" children, in an apartment that was anything but shabby! Which from the reviews seemed to be ok?! We had almost given up on staying in Castelnuovo del Garda also considering the time (21:00) and returning home (La Spezia), then we found on the vacation rental website the apartment at St. Patrick's House! What to say! Spectacular not only because despite our last-minute call the owner, kind, polite, courteous, and very elegant welcomed us as if she were expecting us from an ordinary reservation, but the apartment is very refined, well-finished, welcoming but above all Spotless! The breakfast was good and plentiful (fresh croissants and a variety of capsule drinks that you can prepare with the machine inside the apartment; moreover, the lady, very kind and helpful, asks for the croissants flavor preference you want to receive in the morning for breakfast). Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an accommodation for one night as we were going to Gardaland. Searching online, we found this vacation home, which we liked a lot from the photos; since we didn't find any reviews, we were a bit doubtful, but convinced by the photos and the very convenient price, we booked. As soon as we arrived, the owner warmly welcomed us and told us that the property has been open for just over three months (that's why we hadn't found reviews). The room is exactly like in the photos, refined and essential design, very clean, wonderful shower, brand-new and comfortable bed, digital TV. Inside the room, there is a coffee machine with pods, accompanied by various biscuits, Nutella, jam, and in the early morning the landlady left us hanging on our room's door handle a bag with two fresh croissants with pistachio cream (delicious). Highly recommended also for the area, 5 minutes from Gardaland, as well as Lake Garda. We really hope to return soon for a longer vacation.
